I would highly recommend Moody s in Windham! Scott and Pam were great to work with. Scott did a phenomenal job on my pick up truck that had a nasty scratch to the metal. Their repairs to my truck made it back to show room ready!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

When I got into an accident earlier this year I had my vehicle towed to Moody's. They charged upwards of $60 each day they had my car and each day I called and asked if they knew the damages. Each time I called they did not have an estimate/quote for me yet, and I received terrible customer service as well. Pam in particular was incredibly rude to me on all occasions. On the tenth day I called and they finally had an estimate. At this point I "owed" them over $600 for simply having my car sit there. They hadn't given me any estimates on damages until 10 days after! When I stopped over during the 10 days to get some things out of my car, it was torn apart. Every compartment emptied and gone through, I returned to my car a complete mess. Absolutely ridiculous. I had my car towed and fixed somewhere else where I was treated right.

Moody's Collision Centers staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They do great work. Don't have a lot if needed for collision services, but a couple times others have hit my car and I have used Moody's before and was very satisfied and expect to be this time also.

I was referred to Moody's by my insurance after I noticed a small hairline crack in my bumper cover. I brought my car in for an estimate in February and was told that it wouldn't be until April that they could repair it. I anticipated that this would be a relatively quick fix, but I left two full days open on my schedule for the repair. A week before my appointment, I called to confirm and was told they needed at least three days to repair it. After asking if there was anything that could be done to expedite the process (I don't have rental coverage, and three days without a car for me was going to be an issue), I was sarcastically told that they couldn't "lengthen the day," so I ended up pushing the appointment back to the following week. I asked if I could drop my car off Tuesday night after I got out of work and pick it up Friday afternoon, and was told yes, I just had to leave my key in their drop box. My manager was able to pull some strings at work in order for me to get the necessary time off, which entailed totally changing around our work schedule at the last minute. My roommate came and picked me up when I dropped it off and drove me back to our place in Sebago, but to get back to the shop, I had to call my friend to come all the way down from Orono and give me a ride. So, two days go by with no car, and I get a call Friday morning from Moody's asking if I wanted to reschedule for next week. Confused, I asked why it didn't get done in the past two days. They said I never came by and dropped off my car. Now I was even more confused. I told them I came by Tuesday night and dropped it off like I said I would and left the key in their drop box like I was told to do... To which they replied they never checked their drop box. Three days went by and they didn't check their drop box, nor did they notice my car sitting in their parking lot. I'm not entirely sure how that happened, but then again I'm no expert. Anyway, I was pretty much told that there was nothing they could do and that I'd just have to reschedule at a later date. I would have asked to speak to a manager, but I think I got a feel for the overall attitude of the place and decided it wouldn't do any good.

I had awesome service with Moody's Collision in Windham. I previously went there, and it is nice to still have the same couple working in the office and the same treatment as expected. Highly recommend!

Professional and they work with your insurance company in a positive way, unlike other shops that fight insurance. Nice experience!

Fantastic people, professional work, and arguably the most trusted business for vehicle repair in the community.

They don't do rust repairs," in New England?" Probably the reason they don't call themselves a body shop.
