Black bear auto is the best I needed a break line fixed fast most of the garages I called would need my jeep for the day, I understand that but I needed it by noon so the owner I believe his name is hank took me right in and had me on the road by noon they do awesome work and treated me with the most respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Great work the mechanics are great guys so give them a try you won't be disappointed!! Thank you hank and everyone there you guys are awesome!

These guys were awesome! Hank took my worries seriously, made no promises that couldn't be kept, and made sure that I was fully aware of what was going on the whole time. Good customer service and reasonable prices. I will say the entrance is near the right side of the building just around that corner.Went in due to engine trouble, no clue at the time what was happening just super nervous and felt unsafe driving. They were able to fit me in super late minute, found out the issue and got me back on the road in a couple days.Turns out my Transmission line rusted through.Happily going to go to them first before going to a different garage.

Black Bear is without a doubt THE place to get your Jeep needs taken care of. They are honest, friendly, and priced right. But more importantly, you can tell they actually care about you and your Jeep. Dealer quoted $200 for the work they did in 5 mins. I will be taking my Jeep here always. It feels great to support a local , family owned business as well!Service: General repairs & maintenance

In my years of owning cars I have never worked with such an honest and helpful mechanic. They always go out of the way to fit me into their schedule and do good quality work. I am 67 years old and have dealt with auto mechanics for 50 years off and on. I can say that Hank at Black Bear Auto Care is the most honest, trustworthy and caring garage owner I have ever encountered. I am not using hyperbole and I didn t know Hank. He was recommended to us. I am from NY and having our car break down made me fearful being in another state 7 hours away. But Hank did everything he could for us and felt bad that we were from out of state. Bottom line is that Hank is a good man. If you live in the Windham area or are visiting the area (we were at Point Sebago), I cannot recommend Hank and Black Bear Auto Care enough. Thanks Hank.

Hank took such good care of me and did such good work. I've never been happier giving a mechanic my money! He tried his best to call around and find out if the work needed to be performed was covered under a recall (much to his own surprise it wasn't), and find the best parts for what I wanted accomplished. My a/c finally works again after a couple failed attempts from the "other guy", my exhaust sounds better than I ever imagined, and the light on my dash that's been on for a couple years now is out for good. He didn't try to talk me into anything I wasn't interested in, and (fortunately for me because I own a jeep) he's a jeep guy that REALLY knows his stuff. I recommend him to everyone now!

The owners Hank and Tina are some of the most wonderful people. Hank is a fantastic mechanic, and in addition, honest as the day is long. I do some work on my own vehicles, especially my Jeep. If there's a job I can't (or don't want to do, sorry Hank) this is the only place I will bring my babies to. If you're looking for specialty parts, lift kits, tires, etc, Tina can find it, and Hank can build it.
