I ve been to the Westbrook location a few times and the people are always helpful and their service is top notch. They re very honest and pricing is more than fair. Shout out to Spencer, he s always friendly and makes scheduling service a breeze! Another shout out to Dave, he knows what he s doing, and it s clear he genuinely cares about the customer; I know my car is in good hands with Dave!

This place recently started to gouge me. I never had a synthetic oil change. My Jeep doesn't require synthetic. 09 Jeep Wrangler. That's what they charge me for my last oil change.My family and everybody used to come here now I understand why my family stopped. I now recognize why. I don't trust this company anymore. They also try to overcharge me for breaks pads and rotors. The price was astronomical!? Without calipers even! Don't call here.

If I only could get my tires bagged, I would be so happy...Also, the tire shine, they put on when I shifted tires is spectacular. Could be Dave's special secret recipe, but I include a picture so everyone can enjoy.Anyways, they have as always great customer service and a easy to access place.

Look the counter staff super nice, friendly however... almost 3 hrs to swap snow tires to all seasons. My day is shot.

Not dependable. Had an appointment for new tires to be installed. Dropped car off at 730 am and they did not have them on at 6pm. I was told they could get probably get it done tomorrow if I could leave it. I d consider going anywhere but here.

I have been going to Sullivan for awhile now up in Bangor and I figured I would stick with Sullivan when I moved because I literally always received excellent customer service. Dave and his team at the Westbrook location rocked it yet again. Thank you guys!!!!

I can't say enough great things about the entire team at the Westbrook Sullivan Tire location! They worked extensively with me to diagnose and assist with tracking down parts for our front suspension work, and the final cost was more than $4,000 LESS than was quoted for the same work at the Mercedes dealership. This is the second time that have had this vehicle in for service and everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to make the experience a positive one. Only ranked them a "10" because you didn't have "11" as an option. Many thanks!

I have used the services at Sullivan Tire in Westbrook several times. Each and every time the staff goes over and above to provide the very best service. I couldn't be more pleased with my experiences with this company. I will continue to use Sullivan Tire for all my vehicle's service needs. I tell friends and family I am confident they will be treated fairly and with respect just like me!

Needed a tire in a hurry put my spare on for me in the intrim. Not one they had but they did their magic and was able to find the tire. Squeezed me in to get the tire put back on the car. Very much appreciated. I've been using Sullivan when I can for 13 years. Always fast, professional, honest, and decent price.

Always a great place to get your car serviced. Breaks like a dream. Last 3 times it was serviced at another business, and the quality was lacking. Sullivan made an appointment within the week, finished the vehicle on time, and did a great job.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Rear Break Job - good price for my 2014 CRV. Dave (manager) IS THE MAN !! Visitor/Customer area very clean, bathroom sparkling clean, coffee available, large screen TV, ride is on them even though they no longer have the courtesy shuttle.

So appreciative of them fitting me in and having my flat fixed within just a few hours after calling them that morning. Everyone there is so nice & courteous. We ll definitely be taking our cars back there for service in the future!

2pm on a Saturday I pop a flat tire and almost every nearby garage is closed or telling me they can t fix my tire before Monday. I call these guys & they tell me they re booked, but they have the tire in store and would do their best to put it on for me if I could get towed over before they close at 5pm. Thankfully, my tow truck arrived quickly and I got to the shop around 3:30pm. Before 4pm I m paid, new tire put on, and out the door. These guys worked so fast, were so nice and went out of their way to help me get back to my day. So thankful to have gone to them!

Dave Dow and his team at Sullivan Tire in Westbrook have always been great to deal with. I have brought 2 different cars to them for service and they never disappoint. Honest company & quality service.

Edit: Dave made everything right. Back to 100% satisfied and back sending friends there.I have been going now for several years. Dave was magnificent. I trusted him completely. I never had an issue.The last two times I was in Dave was no where to be seen. New people at the desk means something got missed or messed up each time. I m sad to be trying to be on the look out for a new place. It s an amazing feeling to feel 1000% comfortable and confident when you drop your car off for service. I hope I can find that again somewhere else.

Edit: Sullivan s store manager fit me in and diagnosed my car and fixed the issue. Would recommend them for being true to their word and dedicated to finding the issue.I ve brought my vehicle to Sullivan tire several times and mostly without complaint. However, within the last year I have visited there store between three and five times, receiving various services and diagnostics results. Most recently, I have had a mystery clunk that nobody can seem to locate, including sullivans staff after two visits. I was advised Sullivan tire had a technician from further away who could come and look at my vehicle, that he almost always finds the things nobody else can find. So I scheduled my appointment for this specific technician to look at my car, dropped my car off (per Sullivans request, I preferred to wait with the vehicle) and went to work. I received a call mid day telling me that this technician had a scheduling error and that he actually wouldn t be showing up to their store on that date. Being this is my only vehicle (which has been stressed to Sullivan tire) I had to pay for an Uber to get back to their facility and get my car. I then rescheduled this visit with this exact technician, again stressing that this is my only vehicle and I need to have it back for 3pm if I am to drop it off, so please make sure the technician knows this. I bring my car to the shop at 8am, and drop it off, and I am told the technician is definitely scheduled today, and they apologized for the mishap last time. After receiving no communication by noon, I was reaching out to Sullivan via phone to ask about my vehicle. The man states that the technician hasn t showed up yet, but that I will be all set by 3pm. I pay for an Uber, show back up at their location just after 3:30 only to be told the technician still hasn t showed up, and they have done nothing with my vehicle. All the man at the counter had to say was sometimes this technicians schedule is funny If I d have known this would be a complete waste of time, and money I would have never scheduled the first appointment, or the second. My vehicle sat on their property for over 16 hours and the scheduled diagnostic wasn t even performed. This makes them not only unreliable, but negligent as well.I would not recommend scheduling through their company any longer.

UPDDATE from below: As expected, the replacement of my OEM tires with Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires went smoothly, on time, no surprises. Had a chance to talk to Dave Dow, the Westbrook store manager, about my great experience so far with Sullivan, and he shared with me why he has stayed with them for 32 years -- they treat their customers AND their employees like family. Great service from happy employees is a great formula. What's not to like about Sullivan?ORIGINAL REVIEW: In every community we have lived, we have sought out an independent tire dealer that was professional in the services offered, honest in their dealings with customers, stood behind their work, didn't "push" products, and treated women with respect. In Westport, CT it was Fetzer Tire; in Lebanon, NH it was Wilson Tire; and now in Scarborough, ME we think -- after one encounter -- it is Sullivan Tire.Our need was small -- pump up a slow leak several times until we could get it repaired (today). Twice we came in to the Westbrook location for pump-ups, once for the repair. Once it was me, twice it was my wife. Every time, manager Dave Dow could not have been more professional, efficient, respectful, helpful. Service was delivered promptly, on schedule. So far, Sullivan Tire fits the mold we have been looking for...we will definitely be back. "You never have a second chance to make a first impression!""Be back" is likely replacing the minimal OEM tires (when they wear out) on my new 2022 Subaru with our favorite Michelin Cross Climate all season tires -- expensive but worth it. Sullivan Tire has competitive prices, and we know great service. Sullivan Tire will be our destination...

Dave and his team are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I recently moved out of Westbrook and thought I would go to a location closer to my home in windham. It was a disappointing experience. I called Dave and service was as always impeccable! Dave and his team are worth the drive and then some! I trust them wholeheartedly and they all give me faith that there are companies that work hard and do the right thing. I will be a lifelong customer and will refer all my friends and relatives to them. Thank you!

I would like to recommend Ricky from the St John's Sullivan Tire Store in Portland, Maine for his professionalism in helping me out immediately with a repair issue I was having. I was amazed at his multi tasking and the positive way he treated all customers as equals.

Great team at the Westbrook location. There aren't many automotive repair facilities that I trust fully, but Sullivan Westbrook is one of them. Dave continues to always take care of my family vehicles with honest service and prices. Always a pleasure to deal with! Keep up the great work even when understaffed!

Super friendly, helpful, and reasonable. They never try to get me to have work done that isn't really needed, unlike some other shops. In addition, the gentleman at the front counter who helped me on my most recent visit was AWESOME. I can't remember his name, but he was fairly new. He and Dave both need to be cloned and plopped into other Sullivan Tire locations -- they rock.

My car broke on Thursday evening, called Friday morning and was able to get right in on Monday. Apt was for 2 pm, however dropped it off early and was done earlier than expected. They also went out of their way to get a part that was needed that wasn t in stock to make sure my car was done as requested. I crossed my fingers, but thankfully they were able to fix it in one apt. Very thankful. Everyone there is pleasant, and great to deal with. This is my second experience with Sullivan tire at this location, and I ll definitely be back! Thank you!

I never write reviews but I feel obligated to for this place. We scheduled an appointment to get tires replaced online. I dropped the car off in the morning, however when I went to pick it up in the evening they had not done it not seeing the keys in the drop box. They said they would do it the next day and call me when it was done. However, the next day I received no phone call. They also realigned the car (which I would have had no issue with if they had told me ahead of time they needed to do it), and charged me 100$ for it. For all my ails they gave me 25$ off a service I didn't even want.TLDR: Please don't patron this place- it's service is terrible

We really like having our tires work done here. But this time the order was screwed up. I ordered wheels and snow tires based on an their internet quote. Snow tires arrived for the appointment, but no wheels. The info between the internet sales and the store isn't coordinated or shared easily. We straightened out the issue but it's a real bummer to come back again and get the work done.

The service writers at the Westbrook location, Tasha and Dave, went out of their way to get the part and the right personnel in place in a short amount of time for my vehicle to be repaired so I could begin my trip on time. They really went over and above the norm to provide excellent service!

I've been to this one 3 times now and they've had the best service. If I could give them a high rating I would. :)They are quick, very nice, and have helped me with all my problems. 10000% recommend them.Will be back again if I have another problem with my car!!
