10/10 - have been going there for years to do all our delivery vehicles and personal ones. Quick turn around, product I ve found is better than anything else out there and makes a big difference. Very, very thorough and worth the investment. Will put years onto your vehicles living in Maine, would highly recommend the boys.

First time using Rust Check. Justin was fantastic!! I dropped the truck off for a 2pm appointment. Justin asked if I had any questions. He went over the process, what was included. At about 3pm I was called to let me know the truck was done. They do a lot for the price I paid. My truck was even washed before I picked it up. Looked underneath. Everything appears to be coated nicely. Professional looking job. Will likely get my other car done. Anxious to see how well it performs. I have high hopes. Great experience so far! Highly recommend!!!

The staff were friendly and courteous. They kept my truck clean while it was in their care. I highly recommend Rust Check for anyone who is looking into rust proofing. They serviced my truck and had it washed in under 45 minutes.

Cody and his team did an amazing job! Amazing customer service before and during my appointment. They made sure I was ready for my appointment with multiple calls and reminders ahead of time. They also did not just push me out the door at the end: they gave me advice and tips for the continued care of my undercarriage.Customer service like that is a rare thing: thank Cody and the Rust Check team for taking pride and care in your work!I'm not sure about longevity of the application (will update this review in a few months) but I expect the service will make a big difference in the condition of my vehicleService: General repairs & maintenance

This is a great process - I had reminders leading up to my appointment, and the appointment went off without a hitch. Its a very cool process of cleaning the undercarriage and then applying the product in a two-step process. After that, they wash the vehicle and clean the brake rotors - everything they did was well explained and they also looked for any problems and let me know that I was OK before starting to spray the product. Interesting service & I believe it will work as advertised.

Amazing service. Most importantly the product offered is second to none. Rust check offers the best rust protection of anyone out there. Additionally, their customer service is excellent. Cody and the entire crew in Westbrook is extremely helpful and kind. Excellent communication. I will be back with my other vehicle and sending friends and family as well. Thanks y all!!

I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment. Dropped the truck off at 9:17. They greeted me with a smile and took the truck right in. They said should be done in about 45 min. It was. Truck looks great underneath. They washed the truck for mr. Very happy with their prompt service and professionalism.

Great experience here with the friendly staff. We upgraded to a newer vehicle when I came home from deployment and wanted to make sure it was protected. Rust Check got us in and out quickly and explained all the ins and outs of the process. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to keep their vehicle safe from harsh Maine winter road salts and rust.

The service at Rust Check is outstanding. They are extremely helpful, friendly, informative. After I had my truck serviced, I had to stop in the parking lot to fix an (unrelated, pre-existing) problem with my parking brake. They noticed I was stopped, so they actually came out of the shop and asked me if everything was OK. Then they proceeded to help me with my problem even though it had nothing to do with my service at Rust Check.

Rust Check Portland did a fabulous job on my dads car!! Cody very kindly greeted me and everyone else that walked into the check in area and was very efficient getting me checked in. He is very educated on the services they provide and goes above and beyond making sure the customers know they, as well as their vehicles, are taken care of. He was so personable and had great energy. As for the service itself, I couldn't be happier. It was fast, effortless, and it was a job well done. I'm not sure what the man's name is that was actually taking care of the vehicle but he was also incredibly nice!! My dad has been coming here for a few years and I can see why!

Was recommended by a friend! They were quick, answered my questions, and provided info about their product. His belief in their product and service was very reassuring.Have a return trip planned next year. Time will tell if it works as well as advertised. I'm feeling confident that driving over wet, salty winter roads isn't going to harm my Tacoma!

This place is great! I've never gotten undercoating on a vehicle before. It was easy to make an appointment, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They communicated very clearly about all the steps of the process, and how to maintain it afterwards. They started working on the vehicle right away and had it running with the heat on for me when it was done! It's such a relief to get this service done and not have to worry so much about rust from all the winter salt. I would absolutely recommend this place, and will be coming back next year!

I always feel a sense of relief and reassurance after my appointment at Rust Check, I love when they tell me that my 2009 Volvo looks great underneath because we all know rust is the cancer for cars. Cody and his crew are all so nice, friendly, professional.....just top notch. Can't recommend enough. It's fast, affordable, easy to schedule. Maine is tough on vehicles, this is beyond worth it.Service: Auto maintenance
