Just purchased a 2024 Kona Electric from Rowe Hyundai Westbrook. The sales experience was relaxed and without pressure. There were none of the price "games" that some dealers utilize. The closing was quick and easy. Based on this experience, I would shop Rowe again in the future.

I just purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe SUV from Rowe Hyundai, Westbrook, Maine. The car I purchased was a great value for what I wanted to spend. The sales staff was helpful, courteous, informative, knowledgeable and very respectful of my needs with no pressure. The finance manager was informed and assisted me to achieve my finance objectives. Bottom line and important, Rowe Hyundai, Westbrook, Maine has people who help you get a car that meets your needs and who really care about their customer. I would recommend them and I would go back and buy another car from them.

I recently had an issue where damage was done to my wheel during a seasonal tire swap. I had my car towed to Rowe Westbrook and they were able to squeeze me in that day and even offered to get my incoming oil change and recall work done at the same time. Not only that, they were able to separate and highlight the charges related to the wheel damage so I could easily request reimbursement from the shop who did the damage. I can always rely on Rowe for great service and even better people!

The way my parents raised me was to believe that if you don't have anything nice to say about somebody, you shouldn't say anything at all. Which is why I've never left a Google review for a car dealership until now.After some exceptionally frustrating, aggravating, and stereotypical experiences at a number of other dealerships around the state, I ended up at Rowe's. I could have saved myself so much energy and hassle if I had just started here.From start to finish, my experience here was stellar. My sales rep was attentive, actually listened to me, and bent over backwards to find a car that suited all my needs. She took all the time I needed to get comfortable with the purchase. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured, which is a huge change from other dealerships.On top of that, Rowe's pricing was by far the most aggressive, and the deal they offered first was more than fair (including the trade-in on my old vehicle). It was such a pleasure to come away feeling like I didn't have to do pitched battle just to buy a car.There were so many little things, too, like a comfortable and quiet waiting room away from the main showroom floor where I could hang out while all the paperwork was in process. They even had snacks.I've never felt loyal to a dealership before, but they have absolutely earned mine. Highly recommended.

Just completed the purchase of a brand new 2024 Santa Fe. I cannot underscore enough how impressed I was with the quality of service from both our sales rep Brian at Rowe, and the finance manger - Matt. From step one the communication was clear, honest and to the point. They allowed my wife and I to freely test drive the vehicle and ensure it was the right fit for us. Whole experience was great! We ve looked at many dealers and wasted hours of time with folks saying one price and it ending up being completely different. Rowe was upfront, easy to deal with, very efficient with our time, and we even ended up with a lower price than we thought due to their discounts. Highly recommend! A tech mistakenly retained a lug bolt lock during a tire rotation. I reported it to Rowe on a Saturday. Monday morning I received two calls from Rowe promising to correct the issue. Within an hour a mobile tech was on the way to my home with the missing lock. Friendly, professional service and a real concern to make sure I was satisfied!

Everyone I interacted with directly was great! We went in knowing exactly which car we wanted down to the individual stock#. Test drive less than 10 minutes, trade-in exactly what I expected. Everything went smooth until it was time to close the deal. Once we decided to use financing other than what the dealer was offering, which was not great, that seemed to really slow the process - more than 3 hrs to get it done! Also the payment policies, as explained to me made no sense at all. Refused to take a bank direct transfer, bank draft, credit card for more than $500, or check for more than $1000 - certified check only. Except when it comes to purchasing the dealer extended warranties, three in total at a combined cost of more than $5000 - then they are happy to accept your personal check.

I don t like going to car dealers for the sales experience but I had a positive outcome at Rowe Hyundai. I went to look at a new lease special and was able to get additional discounts released that day that were not yet online. I appreciate the transparency of the process. Ryan Hooper went out of his way to provide great service. I d be happy to recommend Rowe Hyundai to a friend.

Within a week of having my car towed to Rowe for an engine replacement, I was told the new engine had been ordered AND was already received by the dealership. They said they d replace the engine and call when completed. I periodically checked on the replacement process but was always told it wasn t done yet. I know the service department is busy so I tried not to be a pest. Almost two months later I got a call from the service manager that they were going to START working on my car that day and that it should be ready for pick the next day. I got the call the next day that the car was all set and READY for pickup. I went to pick up the car. Everyone was very nice and professional. I got my key, found and got in my car. I inserted and turned the key - nothing happened at all. The battery was VERY dead. They jump-started my car and told me to let it run for the next 45 minutes and all will be fine. I ran errands and didn t turn the car off for an hour. I stopped at a store, turned the car off and that was it. The battery was still dead. I called Rowe but never got a response. I called my brother. I couldn t do anything as I had taken my tools out of the car when I dropped it off at Rowe. When he arrived, we pulled the battery and found it was way beyond it s stated life cycle and needed to be replaced. The whole time we pulled and replaced the battery, we fought with the hood as both hood supports were leaking and would not hold up the hood. On the way home, I noticed my brakes felt funny. I got home and pulled the rear wheels. I found one of the brake caliper seals was torn, water apparently got in and the caliper was frozen with my pads against the rotor.The pads were down to the metal. I wound up replacing both rear pads, rotors, and calipers. Though I realize my car was in for a motor, my car was NOT all ready to go. They absolutely would have had to jump started my car - at least once - to get the car out of the work bay and test drive. So they would have had to fight with the hood AND heard the squealing during the test drive. They DO test drive the vehicles after a major job don t they. If they had called me and reported those issues, I would have had them do all that work so the car would be COMPLETELY READY when I picked it up. They lost the sale of a battery, two hood supports, and a complete rear brake job AND I would have left a happy customer instead of being greatly disappointed and wondering where else I can have my work done!

The quick lane is unorganized. Their ability to explain Hyundai service for vehicles bought from rowe was to say it more than lacking it was nonexistent from the associates at the counter. The ambivalence that was palpable from 1 member made me think i was at the DMV.The quick lane does a disservice to all the other hard working, caring people at Rowe motors.

From the first conversation I had over the phone with Seth to driving up to meet the team at Rowe Hyundai I was impressed. There was no pressure and I had done my due diligence with several different Hyundai dealerships before deciding to drive the hour up to Westbrook. I met with Matt who is the numbers guy and he was 1st class. I feel confident about this transaction in knowing I got my wife what she wanted and we are both very happy with the sale. I want to thank everyone at Rowe Hyundai for their professionalism and hard work to get us into the vehicle that we wanted Happy New Years lady s and gents and I look forward to doing more business with you down the road!

Disappointed.... Like most people in America, we work for a living. To get our cars in for maintenance means taking time off and spending hours sitting and waiting. You call to make an appointment, explain the needs of the visit. When you arrive for said appointment you expect they are prepared for you. Of course anything that may come up during your vosit outside of the window of expect could cause delays or a return visit. But when you call with the original needs, they again tell you on arrival the service being extended that day and than after sitting for 2 hours they tell you that they do not have the said part needed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? When asked why they were not ready for our visit I am told "We did not know what was needed?" WHAT?? You literally just told us at arrival we were there for that said replacement. I understand we make mistakes, things happen and it does stink for all involved. But seriously? You missed the mark on this one guys with no apologize, no well let's see what we can do. Just a "We didn't know what was needed." WOW.. Disappointed, annoyed and upset that I again waste my personal time for work you screwed up on and can't own or try to make better despite it all. Terrible!

Had my first appointment for oil change & tire rotation on a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe. I asked for a tire balancing also since there s been a vibration when getting certain speeds since day one of purchasing the car. Also asked to look at why the steering wheel makes clicking noise when turning left or right - which has also happened since day one of purchasing the car.Two hours later, balancing was not done & steering wheel click was not identified-so need to make a second appointment.At the very least tire balancing should have been done.

Excellent customer service. Jason was by far the best car sales rep I've ever worked with. There were some mechanical issues shortly after purchase (no fault of dealership), and Jason and the rest of the Rowe team stepped up to the plate to resolve the issues quickly. This is how things should be done - definitely worthy of 5 stars.

I went to Rowe Westbrook Maine for a car service appointment in early January due to a persistent issue with my brakes. This was the second time I had brought my car in for the same brake problem. I was informed that I needed a whole new brake system, and despite the exorbitant price tag of $1000, I agreed to have the repairs done as I needed my car urgently.After picking up my car and driving to work, I noticed something was off. Upon arriving and getting out of the car, I discovered that my tires were burning and emitting a troubling smell. When I contacted the shop, I was brushed off and told that the smell was normal. Despite my insistence that the smell was strong and persistent, I was told to wait for three to five days before calling back. When calling back appoints were weeks out.I also discovered more issues when I went to a different shop for an oil change. It was revealed that the burning smell was a result of Rowe Westbrook's failure to properly install my brakes. They had not reattached the tire correctly, causing the left caliper to stick out and ultimately leading to my tire burning. The caliper was now seized, and I was informed that I would need to pay an additional $800 on top of the $1000 I had already spent to fix their mistakes.During my interactions with the staff, I encountered a lack of professionalism and empathy. The manager sarcastic tone and dismissive attitude towards my concerns left me feeling disrespected. Despite pointing out their negligence and the problems that arose as a result, they showed no willingness to take responsibility or rectify the situation. Instead, they insisted that I pay the price for their errors. I ask to speak with another manager and was told they will call me back, but the never did.The fact that Rowe Westbrook issued me a state sticker knowing that my car was not safe to drive is deeply concerning. By allowing me to leave their shop with unresolved mechanical issues that posed a risk to my safety. The shoddy mechanical work done by Rowe Westbrook is appalling. Instead of resolving the initial brake issue, I left the shop with more problems than I came in with. Their incompetence not only jeopardized my safety but also cost me additional time and money to fix their mistakes. This experience highlights their lack of regard for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against trusting Rowe Westbrook for any mayor car service needs, as you are likely to encounter more problems leaving their shop than when you arrived.PS the guy I spoke with on the phone several times about my issues couldn't even look me in my eyes when I was picking up my car.

This past Saturday my wife and I worked with the Rowe Hyundai dealership for the first time, and had an excellent experience. We specially worked with Maci from their sales team, who was phenomenally outstanding! Just so easy to work with throughout the entire process, from ordering up the car and processing our lease on a 2024 Hyundai Palisade SEL. Even working with Matt in their finance department was a delight and such a smooth process from start to finish. The entire process was less than 3-hours on a busy Saturday. Plus, we had our two kids with us and Matt said they were the best behaved kids ever in his office, which made my wife and I feel great as parents. We just love our new Palisade and hopefully the partnership we formed for years to come. Great job all around Rowe Hyundai, as you guys are doing it right, in my book!

We were in the market for a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5. The price varied by a few thousand dollars between the dealers I visited in five states around my home state of New Hampshire. Rowe provided the best price, and had a huge inventory from which to choose. They were also flexible with the pricing of an 10 year, 100k mile warranty, matching the best price I could find elsewhere. At Rowe we were served by Jim Mathews, who went out of his way to lead us around the lot to see the various colors were were considering. There was never any pressure or rush to make a decision. I highly recommend Rowe.

I had a positive and straightforward purchasing transaction three years ago with the purchase of a new car. Since then, I have had a Hyundai sponsored three-year service contract. With the exception of the sales staff not knowing, and therefore not communicating, the required mileage intervals for approved service on my vehicles - which the Service Manager handled gracefully and forthrightly - that service has been trustworthy and pleasant. An overall positive experience, and I love my Kona!

From our very experienced and knowledgeable sales person,Jim Mathews to Matt in finance we were guided to our ideal car purchase in a way that made us feel compassion and genuine interest in our ultimate well being. There was no pressure, nor vague promises only a thorough education in what Hyundai had to offer and the intent to find what we wanted at the right price. This was an excellent way to do business that communicated honesty and sincerity.
