Absolutely Amazing! I can not say enough good things about this dealership. I financed a 2023 Ford Bronco. Daniel Otieno was very knowledgeable and kind. The finance guy Matthew Trent listened to what I wanted/needed number wise and made it happen. And his professionalism was great. Car was spotless when I left the dealership. I will never go to another dealership!!! ROWE FORD FOR THE WIN!

We bought our Escape back in NovemberMarty Flaherty was our salesperson and I could not say enough about his help through the whole process, we got fair trade in allowance, total transparency and fairness the whole way.The follow up has been amazing too.I actually for the first time, used Rowe Ford for the first oil change at their Quick Lane and those employees were fantastic, prompt and politeI will continue to use Rowe for future maintenance, something I ve always done myselfThanks to you all

Rowe Ford hands down is one of the best dealerships I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Everyone was friendly and genuinely seemed like they loved what they did for work. Excellent customer service starting from the first text exchange all the way to finalizing the sale. We went at the end of the month and on a leap year and they were slammed. they worked diligently through lunch and dinner to bang out amazing deals for all of the customers that were waiting and made sure everyone left a happy!Special thanks to Dan Otieno for working long hours and going above and beyond any sales person I ve purchased a vehicle from. he was not pushy and listened to my wants and got me into the exact car I wanted. He made sure we had the best deal around. He frequently checked in on us while we waited and made us feel welcomed. He took the time to explain things to us and made sure our vehicle was programmed prior to our departure. We will be sure to continue doing business here!Thanks again for the awesome experience!

I had an amazing experience at Rowe Ford. There was a little bump in the behind when I was in the process of buying the truck on the first attempt, but they rectified it and called me back to let me know they would have it ready for me. Everyone was very nice and no one was trying to push all of these extra services on me. I came in signed the paperwork for the truck and left. Even Matthew, the salesman I worked with moved my tonneau cover over from my old truck to the new one. I would definitely use them again in the future.

For years I have dealt with Anthony Hessert and find him to be friendly, professional and he explains services needed and/or done clearly so I know exactly what is being done to my vehicles. Eight hours to change a flat tire on a new SUV. After two hours I called for an update, and Julie told me she would call me back and never did. Then I called numerous times as well as leaving voicemails that were never returned. I showed up at 3:30 and walked by my vehicle as I entered the service department noticing that it had not even been touched. I had an 8:45 appointment. I was flabbergasted that my vehicle had not even been addressed yet after numerous attempts to contact the service department. I then spoke with Dominic and he apologized that the car had not been done yet and told me they just needed 15 minutes to fix it. I then sat there for over an hour, I didn t have time for this. That was why I made an 8:45 appointment. I have kids at home, I have a family to take care of, this is why I made an early morning appointment. I cannot believe the service that I received and after this experience, I will not be returning to your service department. Which is really a shame because I really liked your sales department.

Ethan was very friendly. He took his time showing me all the various vehicles they offered and was very patient with me and my many return trips to look at new Broncos. At least 3 times visiting and test driving vehicles until we finally found the one for us. I didn't feel pressured and believe I was given a fair price. I recommend Ethan and Rowe Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I'm not really even sure where to begin, so let me give you the TLDR right away; Lou is a wonderfully patient man and he genuinely did everything he could to make me comfortable with my out of state purchase. I will exclusively purchase my vehicles through him from now on and you should too. And now for the long story;I have been searching for this vehicle for nine months. Countless test drives, dealers, online and in person experiences all ending as a tremendous waste of time with me frustrated beyond belief.Just as I was about to give up, I decided to expand my search nationwide rather than within a 5 hour radius of my home. Within a few days, I got the alert that my ideal vehicle was just listed at Rowe Ford and I immediately reached out to see if they would be willing to ship this car to me. Lou called me promptly, and said they absolutely would ship it to me. Once he put my mind at ease with the process, I put a deposit down to hold the car the same day.This vehicle purchase will be probably be my 15th from a dealer, and I think the 25th car I have owned. When I say this was the most painless, pleasant experience I have ever had, please trust that I mean it. I have never EVER purchased a vehicle sight unseen before, least of all from a dealership over 1000 miles away from me (I live in Ohio). Lou was patient with my anxiety about the process, he reassured me every step of the way and was more than willing to work with me to give me the confidence in this purchase, because lets be honest- putting this much faith in a dealership takes a SERIOUS amount of trust, especially one I can't even go to in person if there is a problem. He took videos of the car for me, emailed me pictures, anything I asked for he promptly got me the details.I researched the dealership and the transport company, and I was thrilled to find only good things that customers have said. Any disgruntled reviews are easy to see through in that the customers were not realistic in their asks of the dealership, so I was not concerned with those at all.They were unbelievably fair on the price of the car. They even worked with me a bit to offset the delivery cost. And when I say they were fair, I didn't even have to haggle on the price. The local dealerships near me were asking nearly 10k more for the exact same car- USED, and week after week I watched them sent off to auction because those dealers were just too unrealistic.The process took a bit longer than I would have liked, but I understand there were many challenges they had to overcome considering I was making an out of state purchase so I didn't mind. The delivery was very stressful for me, mostly just anticipating the car arriving and being undamaged and nothing wrong with it, but Lou was still there reassuring me every step of the way that it would all be just fine.At the end of the day, I got the exact car I wanted, at a price I was comfortable paying, and they made the arrangements to deliver it to MY FRONT DOOR. I purchased a Mazda from a Ford dealership, and this dealership treated me better than my local Mazda dealerships did! Honestly the worst part was the waiting.I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I am so grateful I took the chance and Lou was my salesmen.The only thing I am still waiting on is my plates and registration, but everything else has been wonderful and I absolutely love my new car. I am so so happy with this experience and I have told all my friends and family to reach out to Rowe for any of their future vehicle purchases.I hope my local dealerships are ashamed of themselves that an out of state dealership treated me with more respect than any of them did during my search.Rowe is 10/10. And I will be buying here again!Thank you so much Lou, and Rowe.

I could not be any happier!! Lou was absolutely amazing. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. He walked me through the entire process and answered any questions I had. Always made time for me when I needed to make appointments. And helped me get into my dream vehicle the Bronco Sport. I will definitely be recommending Rowe Ford Westbrook and Lou to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. After waiting forever for Ford to build my vehicle. Rowe had it prepared and waiting ready to go when I got there. I was particularly impressed with finance manager Matt Trent who had extensive knowledge of the vehicles and went over many questions I had about service contracts and warranties. He had a knowledge of things I'd expect only sales or service to know and was very impressed. Rowe will be my first stop for any future vehicle sales.

I bought my 2018 Ford Escape there, it s been 4 months with my vehicle. She just had her first maintenance work on Thursday. Job well done, Rowe Fords are the best. I know they can take time when it comes to serving their customers, but remember they are a well known company of course they will have a lot of clients trying to buy a vehicle. Just learn to be patient.

First let me start by saying, I prefer going to Rowe Ford Westbrook for buying vehicles and having service on those vehicles. I am on my 3rd Ford vehicle and my wife is on her 2nd. But here is my recent experience trying to schedule an appointment to replace tires based on recommendations from a recent visit to the quick lane (which was a great experience).1. I call to schedule an appointment for new tires- Good Experience2. I am told that even though I was provided recommendations on which tires I can get, I need to be transferred from the Service Department to the Parts department. So I have to speak to 2 different people for the same appointment. Even having all of the tire information, part number, size, etc. Quite honestly a bad customer experience but oh well.3. Transferred to the Parts department where after waiting for 15 minutes I hang up.4. Call the Parts department and leave a message with my name, phone number, tire information. No call back yet- this is day 5 of no call back- Below Standard experience5. In the meantime I call the Parts department 3 different times and wait various amounts of time in a queue and don't get to speak to a person6. Finally get someone in the Parts department who proceeds to tell me that they don't order parts for Quick Lane. I need to be transferred. So even though the person in Service scheduled me for the Quick Lane, and attempted to transfer me to parts, they did not know where to send me to order tires.7. Get transferred to wait on hold for about 5 minutes. The parts person comes back and transfers me to the operator.8. I explain my situation to the operator who says they will transfer me to the quick lane, only to really disconnect my call.9. Writing this Review as scheduling an appointment where you are going to pay $1500+ to someone should not be this difficult.UPDATE- I had to call Quick Lane directly and spoke to an amazing person (Kim) who listened to my frustration with the process, ordered the tires I needed and confirmed my appointment. Changed the 1 star to a 2 star review as overall the process and misinformation is unacceptable. If I was reviewing based on my interaction with Kim at Quick Lane, it would have been a 5!

Dropped car off for morning appointment. At end of day got a call that work was unable to be completed and asked if they could keep the car a second day, which we did agree. After second day was unable to complete work with no loaners available, was given car back and told they would call when a loaner is available. One and a half weeks later finally got a call that a loaner was ready and work could begin. Once work had begun it was completed quickly. Overall, had the car for about 20 working hours and was completed a week and a half after original scheduled date for a software update. Was quite disappointing.
