Amazing experience! I called this location in a panic after a different auto shop told me I was in urgent need of new tires. Everywhere else was closed, and I contacted this shop only an hour before they closed, too. Anthony from Quick Lane told me to come by and that they would squeeze me in he talked me through the whole process and was able to ensure I d have new tires by the very next day. Because I had to leave my car overnight, Anthony provided me with an Uber ride back to my home (about 30 min away) and scheduled my car for delivery service once the tires were finished so that I didn t have to find a way to come back into town to pick it up. I could not speak more highly of the customer service I experienced here, and I am so thankful for the team at this location for helping me out in a pinch!

DO NOT GET AN OIL CHANGE FROM HERE. I used to come here every time for my oil chances/services until my last 3 visits. My past 2 oil changes I ve left the building and my brake lights went out. Fixed them myself and thought it was just a coincidence. My most recent visit was last week for an oil change/tire rotation. The lady at the desk told me I should get new brake pads and rotors because there was only 1 millimeter left on the brake pad. It was awhile since I ve had work done on them so I said let s do it. Went from $100 oil change to about $650 after the brake pads/rotor/oil change. Not even 2 days after leaving the shop my brake fluid is leaking! The past 3 visits at this place something happens to my car where I have to come in a week later (red flag). Went in today to get the brake fluid tank checked out, the lady at the desk gave the same spiel word for word about the 1 millimeter brake pads to an older lady next to me getting an oil change. After about a hour and a half the mechanic comes out and tells me he doesn t see a leak coming from the tank? Buddy I ve refilled the brake fluid tank 2 times in a week since I went to that place. Told me to come back when the light comes on and the tanks at the minimum line. The front desk staff was very cool and polite, but there s some sketchy stuff going on at this place. Guy wanted to leave much more than help me out when I had a flat and my donut was about to give out. I m not saying I blame the guy, he just didn t do me any favors. But he could have just had a long day so I don t hold it against him.

Great service. Kevin went above and beyond getting my car taken care of in a very timely manner. Follow up appointment today. All issues will be resolved in a quick 48 hours. Will recommend to all they visit Rowe Ford Westbrook.

Had spongy brakes so brought my car over to have them bled assuming I had air in the brake lines. Call me up and say "it's a much bigger problem" and that it'd take a while to figure out what the problem was. Had it towed to an actual mechanic who identified I had air in the lines within an hour. For oil change they'd be great.. but if you like inconvenience and spending money go hereServices: Brakes, Oil change

I was in Maine at this Dealership this summer while I was working in Maine. I'm from Oklahoma , went to this Ford dealership to see how often do I need to change my transmission fluid on my vehicle. Was unable to get this information from these guys. Who also had no idea on what to charge for just a drain and fill. So I said just do an oil change never mind the transmission mission questions. Well just got back to Oklahoma and was changing oil and oil filter and noticed that oil was leaking from oil filter. I felt it and tried removing it when I noticed it was loose maybe on thread in . Place is terrible be awareness

I've been coming to QuickLane and Rowe for years, they will push expensive and constant maintenance that I always bought, to find out from a different mechanic that essential maintenance I paid quicklane to do wasn't done, the owner's manual claims certain things to be inspected depending on the mileage; they didnt, they cut corners and didn't preform the maintenance advertised or listed on the invoice. The excuse being that although the manual says to check something, it isn't in their "multiple point inspection" so although Rowe sells Hyundai they do not maintain to Hyundai's standard listed in their manual. They want you to ruin your car at quicklane to break the bank at Rowe Ford. SCAM

Every time I come here everyone is friendly but, the wait times are out of controlWhy set an appointment if my vehicle won't be seen for an hour or more after I arrive?I'm really not impressed with this process. I've never waited so mong for basic maintenence service in my lifeAppointment set for 9am and I'm not leaving until after noon time just for an inspection?!?!? Nearly 4 hours waiting for just an inspection!Today is an oil change and tire change over.It's 11am right now .I arrived at 9am to "I'll get you in as soon as I can".Not everyone has all day to wait for their vehicle.When I book a time I understand difficulties but, hours different!?You folks really need to fix this I'll be going elsewhere at this point .Spending my whole morning or afternoon waiting on something that should take less than an hour is ridiculousIt's just like over booking flights or hotel rooms.You're clearly over booking service hereThere is nothing "Quick" about Quick Lane

Stopped here at the end of May for an oil change. My van has never been serviced by anybody but quick Lane. The man says they only have a 9,000-lb lift and my van weighs 6400 lb but yet he still can't do it. Refers me to the commercial side of the store which of course is more expensive. commercial side couldn't squeeze me in for 2 days while quick Lane had nobody in line.I called b*******

From the first you time you walk through the door, you are met with a smile. But more to the point, you have discovered an Auto Center that was built on Professionalism, Knowledge and true grasp Service. You can always count on straight talk and of course options/recommondations. I have been a customer for about 6 years and I would take my car no where else. For me and I think you will find, they are the best and should be the "First Choice!"

Set up an appointment three days ahead of time for a battery replacement. Told them on the phone the make, model and year. Came out in a snowstorm, gave them the keys, and went to the waiting area. After about 30 minutes in, they told me they couldn't get the battery at the quoted price from any nearby parts place and would have to get it from a couple of towns over. So I said to go ahead. After waiting for another hour, they come over and tell me they won't be able to get it in for a few hours. I ask them if they knew they wouldn't be able to get the battery why didn't they tell me. The answer was that the calls are routed through a call center and they don't have the car info. So wasted two hours, in bad weather to get nothing done. Won't be availing myself of their "service" anytime soon.

Excellent service from a professional group of gentleman! Got me in right before closing and saved me the headache of having to go in early in the morning the next day disrupting my travel plans. One of the most pleasurable experiences I've ever had an auto shop.

Got my tires rotated November 2020 and found that they rotated them wrong. It s no big deal it s going to cost me 28$ to get that done right but I don t know if I ll come back.

Got treated well. Sound advice not to spend 1300.00 on a 9 hr clutch replacement job that was maybe slipping 10% more than tolerance.

I brought my car here for service and dealt with Jessica who was phenomenal. Service was fantastic, great value for the money and they even washed my car! Walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Worst experience I ve ever had. Staff took advantage of me and made insulting comments and my appointment took 2.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and front brakes. Never going here again.
