Once again they didn't have a knowledgeable counter staff and they didn't have what we needed in-stock. We had to drive 40minutes to another Napa and they had the wrong parts. If you are reading this you already know they are not what they used to be, if you want this kind of service go to Napa or Walmart. NAPA you can do better!

Fast unloading. Make sure to turn right just after passing the store on the right side. Shipping and receiving are on the back.

If you're handy this is the place to get your auto parts. They have the highest odds of having your part in stock as this is the distribution center for other branches.

This store will not mix paint per a phone order (unless you have an account). So, you need to travel all the way in-person and place order. Next is the fun, you will be told will be ready by day end .??? At 10:30am I have to hold off on my repair and wait until day end to travel all the way back to the store to pick up.Ridiculous to make customers travel to store TWICE to get a can a spray paint. Even worse to not have ready in 1 hour, or two .to say by day end at 10:30 am is outrageous.Quote: It s against company policy to accept a credit card over the phone. OMG .can t think of any other RETAILER having this stupid rule.If you want major inconvenience and lost time shop At NAPA in Westbrook Maine paint counter!

Drivers beware!Arrived on time and waited 10 minutes, knocking on their receiving door and ringing their bell multiple times.Another driver showed up and asked how long I was waiting. Then, he proceeded to kick the ever living **** out of the door.Someone answered, and I was finally checked in. When I got docked, there was no red light at all.I had 9 small pallets. So this should have taken only a few minutes, which thankfully it did. However, I could never get a response if they were done or not. I only felt them enter the trailer 2 times, and the light never turned red.I continued to hear a loud sirene in my trailer as if they were already done unloading me. I didn't want to risk pulling away, so I walked to the door and knocked, knocked and knocked with no response.Eventually, I forced my way through the cover of the dock with the forklift still partly in the trailer. About 4 minutes later, someone walked out with my papers. It sorta seemed like he was annoyed, so I'm assuming he was honking for me to pull out. But I wasn't going to risk pulling someone in my trailer. Please meet your drivers at your door or let us freely walk in. Don't expect us to pull out when you sirene us. I'm not risking my job by taking you and the forklift for a road trip, or worse, have you falling out of the trailer.I am currently waiting for a new load and see another driver trying to coax them to open the door so they can check in.

Some of the guys in the back parts line need to work on their customer service. I get short non answers and no help with any direction on questions I asked or offer any help in pointing me in the direction where I can get help. I've had better help with auto zone, I should have just went there.

Needed new windshield wipers. Seeing that I needed help a young man came over and actually put the correct adapter onto the new wiper and went out to the car with me to make sure it fit. I bought 2. Very impressed with the service!

I called ahead to have two headlights ready for pickup, I get there and nothing was ready. I stood there for 25 mins and they couldn t find them. Multiple people helped and didn t seem too concerned. I told them I would have to come back and the man just looked at me and said okay. Not sure if they will be ready or not but I won t be going back there was no point in calling in ahead of time.

Any time I have a project going on I go to this NAPA. Very knowledgeable staff. Quick service. And unlike many other auto parts place. This location has the warehouse on site. No waiting a day for the part you need. I live 98 miles away, but I drive a tractor trailer and my route takes me by this location. This is my go to parts store.

Asked a guy in the far back if they had any universal dip sticks - he said a car "shouldn't run without a dipstick". Wasn't our car, was running fine without a dipstick so I'm not really sure what his problem was. He didn't offer any advice or seem to care that our engine was having issues. Lovely attitude to deal with when having car issues!

Not friendly when I genuinely needed help finding a battery. I know I don't know alot about cars but didn't need to feel more stupid

The parts guy in Westbrook with a beard and a little blue in his hair should be working in the warehouse! Not a person who should be dealing which the public bet I m not the first to say so

Great customer service! If they don't have exactly what I wanted, they're able to quickly find an equal replacement.

Andrew Word is the BEST employee Napa could have! I have asked Andrew on multiple occasions if the Napa location he is at has different things for my car and he has always known immediately what parts they have and what is in stock! I would highly recommend this place to anyone as they have always been nothing short of helpful on every trip I have ever had here. Andrew deserves a raise or at the very least a public announcement on how great of an employee he is and for getting clients in the store! Napa is very lucky to have him!

Westbrook NAPA is such a great place to do business. When I need parts or auto cleaning supplies this is my go to location. When I had a malfunction with my wiper blade today I headed right to NAPA. Yes... I drove past three other parts stores with no wiper on the passenger side and arm extended in the air to not damage my windshield. With in just a few moments Matt had figured out the issue with the clip on my recently purchased wiperblades and my wiper was back in service. How lucky that it was just a clip malfunction! It s so nice to know there are still local businesses with ample pleasant and helpful staff!!!

I've always gone to NAPA first for my parts, ever since a boy just fixing farm equipment. By the time I got my license and my first car NAPA had a lot to do with keeping it running. Now I'm a few years from teaching my kids how to drive, and I'm still visiting NAPA because their service is great, and the parts counter employees know what they're talking about. Always good for some mild banter when I walk in.

Great store. I've been going here for over 30 years. That alone should be testament enough for you, the reader, to purchase your vehicle parts here.

I purchased a few items and thank God they had it in. First visit was good, 2nd visit, the young person at the counter, didn't have a clue what I was asking for. I ordered something that was in the next day, but couldn't pick it up until a few days later. It was in the back with my name on it. He tried to find it but didn't have a clue what or where it was. I needed it for a project I was doing the next day. The woman at the counter finally asked what I needed. She knew exactly where to look. Relief! The transaction was wierd that the payment didn't go through the first time. She asked me to sign twice for it then checked my statement and was ok. Three diff. times. It worked out ok through my account.

staff was willing to help, and weren't shy in telling me that what I needed for my car couldn't be found at their store; I should see the dealer. I was assisted promtly & with respect. Thank you!

I went in for a simple set of booster cables and found them right away. The counter person was great as was the friendly cashier. Excellent overall experience.

Usually always have what I need. One guy working there once told me to hold down the fort and I have no experience in retail at all though

Noone that works at Napa actually has a great personality. Maybe they just get that way because their doing the same type of work for so long. Either way, they still sell the best parts around. You will like being able to select between several different grades of these parts as well, so if it's something that is minor you can buy a less expensive part for it.

Wow what a great place. The staff are efficient and knee everything I needed. Would not waste time going anywhere else. Napa is always too notch. Spread the word. They are great.

Excellent service, lot's of parts in stock. If you go to most Napa's and ask for a part they often say they can order it from this location. I prefer to come to the source.

Gotta love Napa know-how! Always helpful. Only place I buy paint. Wish the rewards program was set up a little differently.

Largest selection of parts in the area on hand some of the Personnel are outstanding a lot of them need to know what a book is instead of relying on a computer and they need more help on the counters
