Excellent service, the gentleman looking up my parts wouldn't stop searching until he found what I was looking for. I even asked for something that might sell once every 10 years or more, and he had it. I'll be sure to recommend this place to all my friends. Great place to do business.

The owner was very friendly and non judgemental today when a brought in a perfectly working piece of equipment that could not be started at home - the fuel button needed to be on. :/

Dropped a leaf blower there to get serviced. I called a few days later just to check up on it and the gentleman who answered the phone said "oh it's trashed or Junk. There is some dirt in the carb" something to that effect. Horrible way to deliver that message considering most guys are emotionally attached to their tools. I had that blower in the field with me for 3 years before this happened. There could have been a much smoother delivery of that message and Hey!!!... How about a call when you find out the machine is broken!!!So instead of me sitting around and waiting I could have promptly purchased another from them. Instead I just ordered online. They dropped the ball.

These guys are great! Very helpful in helping to choose the right snowblower, reasonably priced and locally owned so you deal directly with them. They sell and service the same lines so they know what they're talking about. Would recommend to anyone!

Called and asked if they stocked blades for my simplicity mower , gave year make model and size and deck size Reply , I can't help you with out model # , ? Can you cross reference on your computer . No I can't help you with out model # click... Don't waste your time.. Not lia real Simplicity dealer ..

Bought used snowblower and had it delivered. Good selection, knowledgeable staff, owner present. All in all good experience; will be having mower and blower serviced annually there as well.

I've done business with Maine-Ly for several years now and haven't been disappointed! They have very convenient pick up and drop off services for purchases made in house, quick turn around as well!

Shortly after getting my tractor serviced, the belt keeper rod fell off and went under the blade causing significant damage. Can't be 100% sure that it was service related, but I'm afraid to let them work on anything after this.

Very poor attitudes throughout the store...ineffective service department! Act like they don't want or need your business!... I have worse things to say but will take the high road and simply warn you here.

I purchased a new snowblower from them ($1300). They said it was run, tested and ready to go. When I used it the first time the forward and reverse gears were not setup properly, now I have to bring it back to get adjusted, which is an inconvenience for me. If you buy something from them don't take their word that it is all set, test everything.

They promised assembly and delivery by the weekend then failed to deliver without a call. When I called them they failed to take responsibility and deliver it then, stating they would get to it next week. Very poor response when trying to compete with Home Depot.

Interested in selling equipment & services, but very unhelpful when asked about a particular problem & a replacement part. They want to fix your machine, but not interested in helping if YOU want to fix it.
