(update) I was recently contacted by the owner Lee himself about my recent experience. He seemed genuinely concerned and wanted to make things right. I will update if I do/finalize business with them. I was interested and ready to buy a new car. My initial visit and salesman I had was great the day I came in. I received follow up emails from both salesman and mgr. I replied with my offer to the mgr, and never received a reply back. I called days later and asked the receptionist for the mgr, she said " he's on a call right now" I asked could I leave a voicemail "we don't have voicemail for anyone here". - really shady btw I asked if she could page him "sorry we don't do that". When I said how do customers get in touch with anyone, if the staff don't respond to email, have no voicemail, and no paging system like every dealership has. Her response was "almost all dealerships work this way" I asked if she or someone could walk over to his desk with a note to call me, "sorry you'll need to try via email". I eventually got a hold of a mgr after pressing the receptionist etc. But that didn't turn out too well either. I've never seen a business run that way. Shady

Kyle was amazing working with us to walk my son through his first time purchase. He was very helpful working around my son's work schedule and had everything ready so make the process faster. It was a great experience.

My experience at Lee auto malls in Westbrook was very easy, quick, and satisfactory, thanks to Kyle Lemieux! He went above and beyond for us and made it clear he was doing everything in our best interests. This was my first time buying a car and it went very smoothly thanks to him. I will definitely carry this milestone with me and I highly recommend Kyle and Lee auto malls for anyone who s trying to do the same!

Went to Lee Automall in Westbrook today to look at some new jeeps. Had to retire my old Jeep Patriot. Casey Kruger met me at the door and immediately made me feel welcome. He showed us the car we wanted to see, took it out for a ride and then lined everything up for financing. This is my 3rd purchase from Lee and I ve been happy every time.

Walked into lees thinking I wasn t able to get a car since I was first time buyer . Ryan , Adam and Maddox made that happen for me . I told them exactly what I wanted and they heard me loud a clear . Bought my dream car a 2019 jeep compass and left there with such a big smile . They helped me with everything I needed to know . Thank you guys again for making my dreams come true !!

Such an easy process to get my first Jeep! Everyone I worked with was so friendly. I worked directly with Nick who was very helpful and answered all my questions about the purchasing process and Jeep's in general. Looking forward to continuing to bring my car to Lee for general maintenance as needed.

Recently purchased a 2019 ford escape, Casey was extremely nice and professional. I came into the dealer very nervous but Casey made it a stress free process. Was there for a few hours and Casey walked me through every step. Very kind people at Lee and they try there best to get you in ur car at the best deal. Would go again to get another vehicle.

I bought a vehicle from Lee and Kyle L was soo helpful and patient through the process! He waited until we found a vehicle and price I was comfortable with instead of pushing me into something I couldn t afford. I ll definitely be back to work with Kyle for future vehicle purchases!

I can't say enough positive things about Lee!! The dealership offers a fantastic selection of vehicles that cater to a variety of everyone need s. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. They made my family feel welcomed and valued as a customers for over 10 year s. We want to express gratitude to Nick, Dan and Josh for the outstanding service! They provided during are recent purchases they were highly skilled, and professionalism and attention to detail were commendable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy place to buy a car. We couldn't be happier with their service. The team was professional, punctual, and efficient and attention to detail. Unfortunately not everyone at Lee was accommodating. We did realize that we are populated by some people who don t have any personal and/or professional integrity. They simply don t know how to make a living doing the right thing, so they take the easy route to scam and pilfer. Or, they oversell their capabilities and under-deliver. These under-performers are everywhere! we cannot escape people who take advantage of our trust, optimism, Accept the existence of unethical people and they are part of good companies like Lee who will take advantage. A honest mistake was made on there part which was brought to there attention to be correct. It was not. I would just bare caution with communication and being taken advantage with some employees. We will be addressing this problem with a higher up. So this does not happen to anyone else and hopefully will be resolved. We have to remember there are bad Apples in ever company. Please don t let this discourage from the great people at lee s!! We will keep everyone updated on the outcome and plan on doing business with Lee s for Life Thank you Wasel Family !!!

I wasn't planning on leaving the dealership with a new Jeep, but Casey Kruger mad the whole experience fun and easy. He was patient while I test drove a few modles, ran numbers on the few I liked, and worked with me to get my monthly payments where I needed them to be. I drove away in my brand new beautiful Jeep. I have to shout out this team! Tyler was a huge help when I ordered my 2023 Jeep Wrangler 2-door Willys package I never ordered a vehicle without knowing what it looked like. I got the new, limited color Earl and I was not disappointed!!This was a great leasing experience and did not feel pressured in anyway. I seriously LOVE my Jeep lllllll Thanks Lee Chrysler Jeep!!

I could not be more happy or impressed with how hard Mike Marsh worked to get me into a vehicle of my dreams. He made sure I was taken care of, was getting the best value, a great rate and helped me find a Jeep that fit me. And also, found the perfect color, LOVING the Granite Crystal!!! Mike truly was INCREDIBLE!!! Thank you all at Lee for making me FINALLY a Jeep girl!! And a special thank you to Mike for not stopping until he got a loan for me. YOU ROCK MIKE!!! Was on vacation in Maine with my brand new Challenger and it suffered a major issue. Tried another dealer close to my campground that was no help since I wasn t a customer. Told me 3-4 weeks. Got in touch with Lee through my selling dealer. Was brought in immediately. Rental car was waiting for me. My car was fixed within 3 days, and was hand washed at pick up. Eric Ferguson in service was outstanding. We live 4 hours away and would have them service our vehicle in the future. Well worth the drive.

I had a great experience with Matt Thompson at Lee. He was friendly from the get go and showed me everything I wanted to see without putting any pressure on me. He and the rest of the crew were even great with my young daughter as we went through the process. Matt was upfront about costs and had the knowledge to answer all my questions. He was able to help me find a car that fit my budget and lifestyle. I was also happy with the finance manager who was direct and didn't try to play any games with my payments. It was an effortless and quick experience. I highly recommend Matt and the crew at Lee.

Declining Service Quality and Extended Wait Times at Lee Dodge in WestbrookI've been a loyal customer of Lee Dodge in Westbrook for several years, having purchased four vehicles from them. However, my recent experiences have left me disappointed. The quality of service at this dealership has steadily declined, and I'd like to share my concerns.One of the reasons I chose Lee was because of their maintenance package for my vehicles. Unfortunately, when I need service, I find myself facing significant challenges. The service department is consistently booked out several months in advance, leaving me in a frustrating and inconvenient situation.What's more disheartening is that I've started to feel like just another number to the dealership. My vehicle has been out of service for a considerable portion of this year due to the extended scheduling times, and this has greatly inconvenienced me.I won't be purchasing another vehicle from Lee. As a loyal customer, I had hoped for better service and more personalized attention, but it seems that those days are behind us.

Nick was so great to work with. I ve had 20+ vehicles over the years, many of them bought through dealerships, and Nick was by far the best to work with. He was professional and efficient, not pushy at all, and was just a genuine, kind person.Everyone knows working with a dealership comes with the woes of the car salesman . Nick was just the opposite. He listened to our needs, showed us some options to try out, and was comfortable to chat with while the details of the sale were being processed. We will seek him out specifically next time around.Additionally, the one other person we talked with regarding the sale while filling out the final paperwork was also pleasant and efficient. The facility was clean and quiet, and there were many vehicles to choose from.All in all, a perfect experience. And we love the vehicle!Thanks Nick!

I had such a great experience with Lee Dodge. Casey K. was so helpful finding me my new vehicle! During what could be a very stressful time having to replace a vehicle unexpectedly due to flood he was there to make getting my new car was stress free!Michael B. was also so helpful with helping wrapping up all the final details also was very funny and kind.I felt so comfortable !!I will always recommend Lee Dodge for there great customer service!
