Came to Lee Collision Center after a fender-bender where another driver hit the back side of my 2018 Honda Fit. GREAT customer service - Pam is amazing. She was incredibly responsive and helped me navigate the process with the insurance (this was my first accident) and helped me feel more at ease with the process. Had our van repaired and they were easy to work with, especially since we don't live there and did it all over the phone. They sent a wrecker to another city to pick it up and worked easily with the insurance company. We had some additional work done and everything looks good as new. I only would recommend that they keep the customer updated better on the status.

I took my Dodge minivan to Lee after an accident. Being from out of town, they were closest to the accident site. Deb, the office administrator was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, thatst where it ended. After a week, the car was still dittsit where the tow truck dropped it off. Was told it may be 5-6 weeks. After getting my car towed home, I called the GM who truly took the bull by the horns. Hopefully, things get better. If not for Deb, I would have posted a much worse review. She truly saves that dealership. 5 stars to her....0 stars to them repairing vehicle. She was awesome!

Deb was amazing from start to finish. She got me in for an estimate the day after my fender bender and then had my car fixed two weeks later while I was on vacation so I never needed to get a rental. Smooth sailing. Thank you

Absolutely terrible customer service, We called about a week after leaving the car there after hearing nothing and were told it would be in service within a couple days, another week goes by without a call, so we call back and nobody even knows what stage the car is in and promised to call back, yet nobody ever called. This happened 5 times over two more weeks when we called and were told we'd get a call back and nobody ever called. The manager actually got on the phone and literally promised us the car would be done in two days, which just happened to be Friday. So we waited for a call and didn't get one, Friday morning we called at 11 and asked if the car would still be done at 4:30 and they said yes we will call you to let you know. 4:30 comes around and we have heard nothing, so we call at 445 and are told "it's not done, we will call you back". Funny thing how the collision center closes at 5..great timing by them right. So now it's been almost a month for a small accident that shouldn't have taken more than a week, no parts needed to be ordered. I would never send anyone Here and I will adamantly recommend to anyone I know that nobody use this service center in the future. The customer service was literally so bad it was almost laughable and I'm disappointed that we came in the first place.

Car was perfectly repaired. Plus it was returned to me cleaner that it's been in years. All this at a lower price than was estimated by a local competitor.Customer service was friendly and efficient.
