Josh was great at helping us to find the Jeep we wanted. Not to mention we got to the dealership at 5, with the understanding they closed at 7. 7 rolls around and Josh was still taking and showing us different options. Finally found the jeep we wanted and again Josh went above and beyond to get us into the jeep and great payment! So now all the paperwork was signed and this is now getting close to 9, and now Josh takes the jeep to be cleaned and ready to take home! Josh you went above and beyond and at no point did we feel pushed or pressured making the choice to get the jeep that much easier!!!THAN YOU!!!

Just picked up a 2020 Ram 1500 thanks to Josh Goulette. He worked with me to find the exact vehicle that would fit my family's needs. He made the process comfortable, absolutely hassle free, and was able to introduce me to the perfect warranty package I didn't realize was offered on used vehicles. Great guy, awesome process and couldn't have had a better experience elsewhere. A++

Loved my experience with Scott L. It was my first time coming into a dealership. I was so lost but he helped me through everything I needed, answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him if your buying a car! Thank you Scott with helping me get the car I wanted.

I will be contacting a lawyer to get the lemon law process started. Bought a car through lee had it for 2 months and the motor blew up and seized. Under warranty it was covered. I had to pay out of pocket to get it towed but at least it will be fixed. More pissed at lee at this point but then was told it would be 2 months before lee could look at it, waiting the 2 months, mind you I've now paid over $4k in rentals out of pocket because they don't do rentals or loaners. Finally after absolutely no contact from anyone at lee on any updates I drove up there to get answers only to find my car sitting at Bill Dodge Kia. They informed me that lee sent the car to the to rebuild the engine, few weeks pass never heard from BDK Finally a gentleman named Tom was super helpful and there explained everything that wrong with my car and that my car could be picked up in a day or 2. What a relief I thought. Called BDK cars ready so I went and picked up the car. First thing I noticed was my cars skid plates were not reinstalled they were in fact sitting in my truck. While I was driving home I noticed that my engine was abnormally loud and seem to struggle going through the gears. I was almost home when I noticed a bunch of smoke out back of my car, temp gauge instantly all the way red so pulled over popped the hood and noticed coolant everywhere. It was leaking from the hose that runs into the heating core. Was then told by BDK that I would have to pay $245 for a tow. Found my own tow for $145 and now it's back at Bill Dodge Kia and the wait continues. Will never and would never buy from Lee Auto again. Their is absolutely no communication everyone there just passes the buck to another employee that never calls back. I honestly don't know how this place is in business. 0 Stars.

My brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee was rear ended by an F150 in December. Brenden, Dave, Wes and Deb (and I'm sure there were many others): you all went above and beyond to get my girl back on the road. Tonight I fell in love with my Jeep all over again! Thank you to everyone at Lee for taking such great care of my girl and I! I would recommend anyone take their vehicles to the Lee Collision Center! Their work is exceptional. Attached are before and after pictures.

Josh was so informative and thorough. There was no pressure in looking and buying a vehicle. I ended up getting a safe, reliable Jeep for our family, at a great price. Josh took his time to explain all the features and showed us a few vehicles. He even went out of his way to connect my phone to the Bluetooth system and install our car seat after the sale. He made sure everything was taken care of. The experience was an absolute pleasure and now we have a phenomenal vehicle. Would highly recommend.

Remarkably inept service department. In an era of widespread incompetence, that s quite a benchmark! Near new $70k truck had a loud squeak in the front drivers side suspension. First visit elicited the expert duck job by Portland Lee - we can t recreate the sound. Then a visit to Auburn store, they replace control arm. Apparently the pastoral setting of the Lee Auburn store allowed them to detect the sound. A few months later back to Portland Lee with same squeak. Predictably, they can t recreate the sound. There s apparently a service bulletin from Ram on this issue according to my online research but Portland Lee remains hopelessly confused and hard of hearing. Working through a problem apparently is less profitable than banging through customers like piece work. I took a video of the sound a few days after service which I recreated by standing on my running board and bouncing the suspension. And I didn t even go to Lee school for that. Lee is decidedly NOT for me.

We were in a really tough spot when our old car couldn't be inspected so Mike Burgess went over and above to get us into a safe reliable car! Have been singing his praises since!!! Definitely would go back again when we're ready.

Where do I begin? Was told by the Lee dealership in Augusta where I bought my car to call this Lee service center to make an appointment. My transmission in the vehicle I bought a year and a half ago was leaking. My regular small business mechanic I normally go to plugged the leak until I could get in at Lee service center in Westbrook, a place I was told works with my warranty company every day so they will know what to do. They were booked a month out. The person I spoke to to make the appointment asked the make, model, year of car, what was wrong, etc. but did not give any information about when they open, what they would be doing on day of appointment, how long it would take - you know,pertinent information that a customer should know for everything to go smoothly in such a busy place. I had to call 3 separate times over the course of 3 weeks just to get information I was looking for about the appointment and spoke to a different person every time, each giving me different and conflicting information. Morning of appointment I dropped it, was extremely frustrated at the lack of awareness, patronizing comments and totally unclear communication. I proceeded to leave a negative review about my experience. That afternoon when I went to pick up my vehicle and was brought into the office (an apology was given, rightfully so) and told that because this was not a hyundai dealership they don't have the proper tools to make a diagnosis. Way to go Lee service center Westbrook! Yes, they tried to "make it right", yes they apologized and referred me to a couple Hyundai dealerships. I was even asked to take my negative review down. And I did. But you know what? This place wasted 4 weeks of my time, time that could have been spent finding a place that could actually accommodate me and fix my vehicle if any of the 3 separate people I spoke to would have done their job like they are getting paid to do. May I suggest a customer service training seminar for the staff there? Maybe learn how to listen and speak to paying customers and appropriately respond to their needs and concernns and communicate clearly and effectively? I don't feel bad. DO A BETTER JOB. It's not rocket science!

beware of LEE!!! Worst experience I ve ever had buying a car. I would not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from them. My car has been in their shop 13 times to be fixed they kept saying please give us a chance to make it right so I did and then when they couldn t fix the problem they said they would trade me out of the car then they said no my warranty is out but they are the ones that kept it going so my warranty would run out and they wouldn t have to deal with it. Been trying to reach Adam Lee who doesn t care if people have had bad experiences. He s done nothing to make it right. I m pretty much screwed. They took full advantage of me. I m so upset. I can t even believe they can get away with stuff like thisWhat has this world come to? Selling broken cars to single moms? this was my only way to get my kids around and now I have nothing. Thanks a lot Lee

Grateful Shout Out to Stephanie Waddell in Westbrook Service Department whom I worked with to get a replacement roof on my 2016 Jeep Renegade. In all my years working with auto service writers, Stephanie has been the best experience yet. She is transparent, and goes above and beyond to make a customer experience a positive one. My wife Della and I have made Lees Auto in Westbrook our go to place for vehicles. We have bought 3 vehicles in the last four years. Our salesman has always been Josh Goulet.Josh is a non pushy salesman who carries a witty sense of humor. He listens to our needs and likes and works with that. The process of buying my first car had started out a little rocky, but with a lot of team effort and support from Aaron chase and Josh Douglas I am in a great car that I love. They put in a lot of time and effort to ensure that I was happy with the overall process. I would definitely recommend my friends and family coming into Lee for either their first or 10th car.

Lee Auto, Mike Burgess, and Mr. Standish, were quick with emails and organized the delivery of a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from "up North" Maine to be delivered down to Westbrook, Maine, for me. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, 1/16/22, to look at and test drive the Subaru. Monday, 1/16/22, was a messy icy snowy day! Mike Burgess emailed me to introduce himself and confirm my appointment. Great way to make a customer connection! When I arrived I saw the Subaru Crosstrek! It was clean and in fabulous condition! Impressive!I am beyond happy with my purchase and the customer service I received at Lee Auto.I highly recommend them!

First time experience. Went to the Westbrook dealership and looked at vehicles. Waited a bit for a salesman but the cars lot and the sales office is separated so no one noticed us we had no idea what door to use. Then a man named Adam, turned out to be Adam Lee the owner, stopped an took the time to greet us and summoned a salesman. Pretty good so far.Then the experience just fell apart. The salesman acted as if we were pulling him away from something. Very little knowledge of the vehicles, just kinda agreed with me on anything I said....I even made up a feature and he agreed it was a good option on the vehicle....sigh...OK I can forgive a car salesman for not being interested in the product details.....but I Then asked about inventory and he did not know what he had to sell...I found 3 more vehicles on the lot, after he told me what I was looking at was all there was.Very short, impatient etc.He went in back in the store to find something and sent another salesman out. Poor guy knew even less, but was friendlier and less inclined to see us as an inconvenience but really wasn't into selling cars.I came off with a feeling that the staff overall is demoralized and kinda going through the motions.Aside from Adam, everyone just seemed to be in a "whatever, buy one or don't, I could care less, "We were ready to buy that night, had the cash down payment in the envelope but never even got into that part....see what mean?, no interest in selling.So be it. I am a long time customer of Rowe (I bought all 9 company trucks from them) and Bodwell....I guess I should not have strayed.As it goes, we did buy from bodwell the very next day.

I've leased a Ford for the past 6 years but I've always wanted a Jeep Wrangler...since I started driving so many years ago. I went to Lee in Westbrook and met with Mike Marsh. He had me test drive a couple of models which I liked but at the time the deals weren't all that great. So I held off on the purchase. Mike was persistent which, as a salesperson myself, I can appreciate. 3 days ago I was perusing the listings on their site and found the Jeep I wanted. I messaged Mike to see if he could get it from their Auburn lot which he did in only a couple of hours. I really hammered him on the pricing and wanted to get as good a deal as possible and Mike came through. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and if anyone is looking to work with a patient salesperson and will make sure you are satisfied at the end of the purchase, go see Mike Marsh in Westbrook.

Best auto mechanic experience ever! Very friendly and knowledgeable, great prices, and excellent service. Chris did a great job on my brakes. He also took the time to explain the state safety check and showed me some things about my truck that I need to fix to pass (I just moved here from the west coast -- had no idea about that stuff!). These guys are very honest and took good care of me. I'll definitely be back for future work.
