Excellent service! Our service rep Andrew clearly explained the work that needed to be done, stayed in communication with us, and delivered on time and as promised. The entire service staff has a "can do" attitude. They made us feel welcomed and taken care of. I scheduled an appointment at 9am for an oil change and was told it is a 2 hour appointment. I was given the option to take a shuttle, which I took home. I am now back at the dealership at 3:45pm after having to show up in person to check the status of my vehicle since no one answered my multiple calls. I just watched them run out to get my car from where I left it this morning. A 6+ hour wait for an oil change seems excessive and is extremely disruptive to a workday.

Not only was the staff in a couple of their different sections over the top helpful, They also matched a tire price from a competitor location, which allowed me to leave my vehicle there and have one stop shopping.. I prefer to have it done there at Bill Dodge and they really stepped up and made my day a 100% easier. I really appreciate it when you come across people that work with the public, and really do work hard for the customer. This was evidenced by Keith Stayte in GMC service and Robert Houp at the BMW dealership.

I ve been working with Taylor from service there from my old 08 X3 to my now 2017 X3. Complete professional, personable and straight forward which I appreciate. Everyone s always courteous and friendly. I won t go anywhere else and recommend them to anyone with a Beamer!! The show room is spectacular & immaculate. The part never disappoint. But be patient because of covid, staffs shortage is everywhere. I know so because I am a technician and I get some OEM parts from here.
