I've done business twice with Bill Dodge now. They consistently go above and beyond my expectations. Their work is exceptional and the staff knowledgeable. What could have been a trauma was an opportunity for them to provide customer service that (and I'll say it again) exceptional.

These pics don't do it justice. My truck had the grill, bumper, hood, both front quarter panels, both front doors, even the roof all damaged. The repair was finished a week early and the truck looks completely new! I'm amazed with the craftsmanship no corners were cut and so super thankful! This truck is my baby! I will note I had one minor issue with the window tint and without hesitation they told me to go get it fixed and they'll take care of it. Thank you for the superior customer service!

I just drove down to Bill Dodge Collision Center for estimate. My appointment was scheduled. I was then told by the estimators that they have no idea whether the damage were caused by the power line or if I had done them on my own. Basically they're saying I don't know how to recall what occurred when the power line dropped on my car.Stay away from these guys. And instead of doing their job providing an estimate they told me to go get an adjuster to do their jobThis is something that should have been communicated when the appointment was scheduled, not after the fact. Stay away.

After being the victim of a collision (this is a reminder to always call the police) I was worried my car would never be the same. I researched several shops and landed on Bill Dodge Collision. Quality workmanship was my biggest priority - and what my review will focus on. There was damage to the quarter panel, bumper & several suspension components. I have an extremely critical eye...and when I say it looks perfect, I mean perfect. Special thanks to whoever did the body work and paint, you guys are true pros. Another shoutout to John who helped answer all my questions, deal with the insurance claim, and keep my anxiety in check!

Worst and unprofessional experience ever. This was my first and hopefully my last time trying to work with this body shop. Initially i chose this body shop because they were affiliated with BMW and i thought i would trust them to fix my car the right way. The accident happened on 12/16. I called them on 12/21 and i was told i needed to make an appointment and that they were booked out until end of January. I was okay with it and set up the appointment for 01/24/23. I call my insurance, set up the rental and everything and then i called the collision center this morning 01/23/23 to ask if i could drop off the car tonight as it might be hard for me to drive after the Storm tomorrow and the lady i spoke to agreed and told me where to drop the keys if i come after hours. I tell her that i will stop by around 4 p and that i will be getting a rental from there. I then proceed to the body shop and i tell Jessica the body shop lady that i am there to drop off a car for repairs. She looks in the system and asks me why i am dropping off since all they are doing tomorrow is just an inspection. I then tell her that when i made the reservation the lady told me really well that they will be fixing as well. She then gives me an email address to send my estimate from my insurance to. I even told her that i have a reservation for a rental car. She then calls Enterprise (that i also called in the AM) and she was told that there was no one to pick me up, Jessica laughs with the other lady over the phone IN FRONT OF ME. I then ask her what the procedure would be if i was to find my own way home and deal with the rental car the next day. In a very mean way tells me� ��As i said, we will have an adjuster look at it tomorrow morning and then book you for an appointment which isn t until March��. Very frustrated i ask her why i would have to wait almost 3 months due to their miscommunication. I then proceed to tell her that i am canceling everything and she was just sitting there without even apologizing for all the chaos they made me go through in the middle of a full storm. This was the worst thing to go through especially as a first time here. Wouldn t recommend unless you have 6 months to wait and full patience for the attitude. Thank you Bill dodge for wasting my time and for rejecting my business.

In a time where places will be more than happy to rip you off these guys did NOT! They took an extensive look at my vehicle as if it were their own. They also didn't talk me into an expensive re paint and recommended a few paint correction places. Very pleased

I just got my truck back from being repaired after having the rear bumper and right rear quarter panel crashed into and it looks like brand new. I would highly recommend using Bill Dodge collision center for any body repairs needed.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Absolute worst experience i have ever had in the automotive industry. Their customer service is outright horrible. I was blatantly told that I had damaged my own car, after the gentleman had talked to his paint guy he admitted he did it. It has been said that my car is done 4 times already. My car is still not repaired correctly and no one will return my phone calls. I beg of everyone who may consider going to this place for repairs DO NOT!! I have pictures, names and documentation of all of this so far.

My husband stopped by this morning with a 2012 Hyundai Elantra trunk that would not open. The collision center has the best service department we have ever experienced. Everyone worked together until the problem was figured out ( a broken piece in the trunk latch) and fixed. They worked for about two hours . What an awesome group of workers! Once again, Thank you! I will spread the word, Bill Dodge Hyundai Collision is the BEST!

I bought a 2014 Kia Rio, four door sedan. This automobile appealed to me because of its fuel efficiency. The sales staff at Bill Dodge was very helpful, showing me various vehicles that were available for sale. I was pleased that I was able to take the time to think about my purchase. I did not feel pressured to make a quick decision. I am satisfied that I made a good purchase.

I have had body work done at Bill Dodge the first time they were great. This time I got 2 estimates which okay. Then I asked questions on the estimate and they no longer do the work they gave me 2 estimates on. I guess they do not like answering questions on estimates. I will never do business with Bill Dodge Auto body shop!

I brought my 2013 Kia Soul for its first oil change. The appointment scheduling process was very prompt (even getting a call about when it was due). They had appointments available that was ideal for my schedule. The staff member that I dealt with (sorry, I don't remember his name but he has long curly hair) was very kind friendly. The waiting area was nice. My son was able to play some toys while we waited. The service took about the right amount of time that we were quoted. This service may be more expensive then going to the $20 quick change, but I felt cared for and valued as a client.Thank you.

I have had my BD Kia Sportage for 5 years and have always had service (even my oil changes because the one time I went to Pronto they didn't replace the oil cap correctly and all the oil leaked out in a couple days time) done at Bill Dodge - sometimes in Westbrook (Kia)and sometimes in Brunswick. It is super easy to get appointments at any location and almost anytime that fits my schedule and they only try to encourage extra services that I really do need and I have never been disappointed. Excellent, professional, courteous and timely. Perfect. Once they forgot the window sticker with the mileage for my next oil change and I happened to run into Dan Arsenault at the Fryeburg Fair. I mentioned this to him because I was worried I was probably driving way over due (as I had been working at the Fair and driving a lot!) and he said my mileage would be on file. Then, much to my surprise, he remembered our conversation the next day he was at work and mailed me the sticker! I think that is really exceptionally great customer service! PS I was over due for the oil change, but only by a few hundred miles! I always meant to thank Dan for doing that.

I wish I could give 6 starts! The nicest people and fantastic work!! My muffler decided to start dragging on the ground right when i drove by, so I popped in and asked if they could just do me a favor and saw it off, so without hesitation they did just that! Also they did some work to my mom's car and it came out stoppers!!! Thank you so much for all you do out of the kindness of your hearts and hard work!!

I love my kia and always get excellent service when I take my car there. Sadly. I live over an hour away from the dealership and cannot always take advantage of the service there. But, I have not had a bad experience with service at Kia. and I have 2 friends that bought Kia Souls just cause I raved about how much I love mine.

I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! They replaced my hood and it didn't fit on my car! They must have thought I wouldn't notice. They finally put the right hood on my car, but a few days later I had to take it somewhere else because they mis-aligned the latch and I couldn't close my hood! Absolute worst service I've ever received. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

This is reference to Bill Dodge Collision Center. I would not suggest taking your car for repair here. First they don't inspect the vehicle properly.. Secondly they don't fix the vehicle properly... Lastly the staff helpfulness is very poor. I get everything can be fixed.. but the people can't and that is my biggest issue. Bad service, horrible customer experience.
