TL;DR: Take your truck to Quirk Chevrolet instead, and do not have you vehicle towed here. For quick and good non-warranty work, bring it to the Bill Dodge Hyundai in Brunswick. Here's my story so that you can make your own mind up on my experience: 3 weeks ago my 2019 Silverado wouldn't start. I had it trucked to Bill Dodge Hyundai in Brunswick to have it serviced. I know people who have had great work done there for non-warranty work. It was worked in that first week and I thought all was great. However, the Hyundai service dept. couldn't get the schematics for the truck (anything after 2017) so they trucked it down to Bill Dodge GMC. It sat in their lot for the better part of 2 weeks, untouched. I called 3 times and even went down in-person. First it was their tow truck was in the shop so they couldn't move it. Then it was "maybe we'll get to it today or tomorrow to scan it." That promise was given to me twice. Then I called again after 2 weeks and they finally explained how their truck-in policy works and quoted me an appointment date that was 3 weeks out from the already waited upon 3 weeks. 6 weeks, no truck. Not even an idea of what was wrong with it, let alone how long to have it fixed. I called Quirk Service Dept. and they have an appointment for it next week. If I had known about their truck-in policy from the beginning then I could have had an appointment at Quirk this week. I almost did this process of moving the truck last week but they kept promising that they'd get it in to scan today or tomorrow.. Learn from my mistake.

Worst service department ever. I had an appointment for Monday and unfortunately let them know I would be out of town until Friday. I just called when I returned on Friday and they informed me that my vehicle was going in the shop shortly. When I began to voice my frustration, the tech hung up. So my wife drives me to the dealer to pick it up and they informed me that it would be ready in a couple minutes.I got there and they said it was in the shop. So I waited for about a 1/2 hour and the car came out. I did have a chance to speak with the service manager who was very nice. He explained they were overwhelmed which I understood but when you drop off your car on Sunday for and appointment on Monday and tell them you will return on Friday to pick it up, all it would have taken was a phone call and possible a delay until Tuesday, Wednesday or even Thursday. Well, guess what .No inspection. They said it failed because it needed new brakes and that would be $700. My suspicion is they never checked the brakes. UPDATE: My suspicion is confirmed. Brought it to another dealer (a local Chevy dealer in South Portland who s name begins with Pape). They said it would need brakes in another 20k miles and passed inspection. I m glad I have a new home for service. My next GMC will be purchased from another Maine dealer. That name begins with Wiers .

My husband had an apt to get his computer reset on his ram for a month, dropped it off and they kept it for a day just to say they can t do it. Apparently they couldn t say that over the phone? Unbelievable. Now he s waiting over a month for another apt at an actual dodge dealership which he could have done if these people didn t waist his time!

Horrible service - spent thousands of dollars for service and the problem wasn't fixed. Got the runaround but no remedy.
