Had a great experience with staff at Bill Dodge, specifically the used car supercenter. I had been looking for a vehicle for several months, visited multiple dealerships to look at many cars, and always left disappointed. I finally found a vehicle that fit what I was looking for, at a price I was happy with, and the folks at Bill Dodge helped me get into it. They were friendly, low pressure, and overall it was a pleasant experience. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We had a great experience dealing with Cari Frost and the other people at Bill Dodge Auto Group. It can be a little difficult being a "snow bird" in Florida. Cari made this easy and we were thrilled that Bill Dodge had just what we were looking for. We are looking forward to getting our new Buick when we return to New England. We will certainly recommend Bill Dodge and Cari Frost.

I had my car detailed and when I picked it up the carpets hadn t been shampooed, there were still stains and dirt in the crevices. The seats still had debris in the crevices along with the cup holder. The trunk was still dirty. When I took it back to show them they were nice about it and shampooed the carpets for me while I waited an hour. It just wasn t what I expected or hoped for. I wish they had done it right the first time. They did do a good job with the exterior.

After years of doing business with Bill Dodge, from buying my truck there, to having all of the maintenance performed there, they told me yesterday that my truck won t pass inspection due to a windshield wiper being worn. They wanted to charge me $105 for wiper blades and then they would pass my inspection. For context, I just spent $727 for routine maintenance during this same visit. Customer loyalty means nothing to these guys. It s unreal to me that they would not make this right. They lost a customer yesterday who would have continued purchasing from the Bill Dodge umbrella of businesses for the next 40 years. Instead, they saved a few bucks with wipers - nice work.Disgruntled former customer,Jesse

Joe B., the customer service rep who initially helped me, made me feel at ease and I appreciated the fact that he listened to me when I introduced him to "Bob" my Buick. Service updates also referred to my Encore as Bob, which may sound silly, but my very 1st car was a 1967 Buick Wildcat, my dad, Bob, taught me how to drive in. Bob is running a lot better now and Joe made me feel welcome when I asked for help with my car.

Couldn t be happier with the service done on my car. They got me in as soon as possible for a thermostat issue, and the work was done quickly. Bob kept me updated and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. They are very friendly, and go above and beyond. I highly recommend!

I couldn t be happier with the deal I got and the truck I chose. Sales consultant Ken Sweet was excellent in understanding what I wanted and took the time to show me all options available. He put a lot of steps in going between the lots finding me the right truck! No pressure sales at all! Very comfortable and professional atmosphere.

Response to yours: Please tell my why would I want to call and talk to the service manager when I have talked to him in person about this issue and he has told me oh well and if I m not happy I should go elsewhere ?IF YOU HAVE BEEN TAKING YOUR HD TRUCK HERE FOR SERVICE IT HAS NEVER BEEN GREASED!!The lack of knowledge for the vehicles they sell and service is absolutely staggering. They do not train employees well at all, most likely because they go through them so quickly. After I bought my HD truck and took it for 2 oil changes (around 10,000 miles) I noticed I could hear my front suspension creaking and making noise, when I looked underneath my truck I noticed that none of the rubber boots on any of the components that had grease fittings looked like they had grease in them. I pushed on the rubber with my finger and all I can feel is dry metal behind it not a stitch of grease. None of them had ever even seen grease. When I talked to the service manager about it the guy literally tells me oh well and if I m not happy with the service I can go elsewhere . Really?? My suspension is creaking in a brand new truck bought from them that was never greased after going through their shop at least 3 times (pre-delivery and 2 oil changes) and I got an if I m not happy I can go elsewhere ?? Do you think anyone is going to be happy with a creaking and sqeaking front suspension from lack of grease on a $60,000 truck bought from and serviced there? I decided maybe they service manager was just having an off day so I kept going back for services and would always mention at the service desk to make sure everything gets greased ,which every single time they try telling me new trucks don t have grease fittings because of improper training, but eventually say they ll make sure it gets done. Now about 3 more services later the truck still hasn t been getting greased because it is now making creaking and squeaking noises again. So I ask the Dodge family, are you happy with this level of service coming from a business with your family name on it? Or are you just pushing your flat rate techs so hard and promoting a screw the customer and just get vehicles through the shop who cares if it s done right business model? It definitely looks like you re promoting the hurry up and screw the customer business model.

Test drives with Preston went well. Thereafter, I got an email from the manager inquiring about my experience, and my replies went unacknowledged x2. Prices were incredibly high right now; lease loyalty veteran first responded and GM employee incentives were non existent. A Costco discount worked! However, a nice vehicle similar to what I have now was more than my mortgage! I'm disappointed and considering other options. Make an appointment so you're not rushed.

My husband and I had 2 older vehicles that were in need of repairs. We went to Bill Dodge Pre-Own Vehicles and met the Sales Manager Sandra. She told us about a 2020 Buick Envision with 21K miles on it.We were then introduced to the salesman Todd Hilton who was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We test drove it and knew right away this was the vehicle for us.Bryan in financing, was a sweet heart, helped us through the paperwork and helped us get the payment we needed.We had been stressed over having to fix two cars. I work from home now and hubby is retired. We needed to down size to one car and everyone at Bill Dodge made that happen!Thank you all for your kindness

I bought my 2022 Sierra at Bill Dodge GMC a year ago largely for their service. The dealership has seen much turnover in the service advisor position and I haven t gotten to know our new advisor yet. They have added capacity and are now able to schedule service conveniently. I look forward to getting back on schedule with ongoing routine service

Bill Dodge was the only dealership I founds that I felt I could trust. Connor Vaughan was helpful when it came to placing the order for my truck. Finalizing the deal had a couple hiccups, but we were able to work through them. Just waiting to schedule the undercoating and have the window visors installed on the doors. Once this is completed, I'll be very satisfied. I would recommend Bill Dodge Auto Group to anyone I know who might be looking for a GM vehicle.

I had to wait two weeks to have my car serviced due to a faulty engine light. I understand that you are very busy but I still had to wait another two days while my car sat in your parking space for you to even look under the hood. Why bother scheduling a repair on a certain date and time to just have my vehicle not looked at for another 36 hours? Also the so called "repair" you did lasted only 8 miles until the engine light came back on again. I also mentioned that there was a TC control light and a ABS light that would come on sporadically and I was instructed to " bring the car in to be serviced when these lights are on constantly" ....??? Traction and braking are kind of an important thing, I would think that might be a priority repair..All it would have taken was a simple drive around the parking lot to trigger the lights as (being braking and traction control systems) they seem to come on when the car is in motion. Just a thought. All in all poor scheduling, poor service, poor me.

Joe in service went out of his way to grab our spare tire we ordered from BMW department and place it in our Yukon that was in for service and detail. He kept us updated throughout the day and made sure we had a ride to the dealershipIt s so nice to have a great relationship with BIll Dodge after being turned off by others!

Dropped off my 2024 Ultimate Denali truck for what seemed to be an electrical or computer issue causing the truck not to start. They were unable to find anything wrong with it which I knew would be the case, which is fine. The woman I was dealing with who I guess is no longer there was telling how she would never buy a truck that expensive and how it cost more then her house and what do you expect with all these computers, not really the way you want to talk to someone who just spent an enormous amount of money on his dream truck. When I picked up my truck I was given the keys and had to walk around the parking lot to find it rather than someone in the service department brining out front. Again not a huge deal but customer service is huge and honestly what I look for when doing business with anyone and I just felt that was lacking in my experience.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted promptly upon arrival. The service only took 45 minutes and they washed my Vehicle too. Very pleased with the friendly prompt service. Very courteous service writer. The chocolates left in the vehicle were a nice touch,Well done!!!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Turns out there was a lot more required. Bob got me a quote, contacted the warranty company, got me set up with a rental and was fantastic to work with. He got me on my way so I could get to an important appt. I picked up my vehicle the next morning and he was right there waiting, vehicle cleaned and washed and ready to go. Fantastic service. Thank you Bob Williams!

My salesman was great, I will recommend him only if he is at a different dealership. I should have walked away when the finance guy told him he did not want to waste his time running numbers on a vehicle if I was not invested in buying. Then he sat down to talk to me and spoke to me like I was a 19 year old TikToker. My salesman did hold the vehicle for me for a couple of days. When I decided to purchase the vehicle the gas tank was empty. My daughter also purchased a vehicle that day. They sent her on her way with a dead key battery and one that was dying. When she called to see about the battery she was told they could not help her because they did not know what type of car she bought or what kind of battery she needed. I called my salesman because I wanted to have my vehicle looked at while still under warranty. He transferred me to the service department. The customer service at this location is horrible. No one sounded happy or wanted to help. Gentleman at the service department was helpful with getting me an appointment before my warranty expired, and my daughter eventually got the battery in one of her sets of keys replaced. I still feel my vehicle does not sound right. I will deal with Bill Dodge for my free oil changes. Still hesitant to do that. I do know for sure I will not be purchasing a vehicle from Bill Dodge ever again.

Service on my SRX at Bill Dodge Cadillac in Westbrook Maine is superior!! The work is done carefully and on schedule with lots of attention to maintaining trouble-free driving for the life of the car. And the car comes back to me, clean and with a couple of chocolate drops to sweeten the deal! Good job!

So happy with my service this morning! I missed my original appointment by an hour, and was accommodated quickly just the same! Truck washed, tires rotated, oil changed, and fluid levels checked! Ready for winter! See you in a few months!!

We purchased a used 2008 Pontiac Vibe from Bill Dodge over 10 years ago, and were very happy with their service department until the car's most recent visit. Replacement sensors for the tire monitoring system were hard to find and when installed didn't work. Our complaint is not that they were unable to repair the TMS but that the service department stopped communicating with us after the first few days. After almost 4 weeks had gone by, we finally told them we'd be picking up the car. Why didn't the service manager return our calls? He did wave the costs associated with the attempted repair, which we appreciated. But frequent and respectful communication is basic to good customer service, and Bill Dodge needs to remember that.
