Maja and Scott were both wonderful. My new vehicle was set to be deliver to the dealership on March 31st. Scott and Maja wanted to surprise me with my new vehicle arriving early . And what a great surprise it was. It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted . The buying process was very easy and was able to be in my new Telluride within a couple hours. We have been to 3 dealerships in the past but so far this is the best dealership experience we ever had. We are not new in buying cars but I want to say this time we felt we are in control. We never felt we were being pushed around or pressured to get something we don't think we need, this speaks true from the client advisor (Ethan S) to his manager (Kayla) and finance manager (David). Most importantly, he was able to find us the specific vehicle we were looking for even when it wasn t readily available. Aaron handled the financial portion of the transaction well, and made it much more interesting and fun than that piece typically is. We had a great all around experience.

We arrived less than an hour before closing to purchase a car. Everyone from sales to finance departments were amazing and efficient and friendly despite staying an hour past closing to get us wrapped up. A very good experience and a quality product. Excited to drive my new Jeep.

I was looking for a specific certified pre owned black cadillac CT5 and after months of searching I found it online at Bill Dodge Cadillac, 400 miles from my house. After working online with my salesman, Liam Gibbons, for a week we agreed upon a very fair price. Liam was open, honest, and responsive to all my questions especially since I was buying it remotely from Pennsylvania. Liam even helped oversee the loading of my car into the trailer I had arranged to pick up the car. When it arrived it was spectacular and exactly as promised by Liam, not one scratch or ding. Overall it was a great experience and I really appreciate the support and very fair pricing.

I went looking for a car for my daughter and met a gentleman by the name of Alec. I was so impressed with his demeanor and attitude towards me that I was sure he could find me the right car. I ordered my car the end of November. I wanted what I wanted . I was told 3-6 months. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call it was here February 1st. Everyone , especially James was so helpful and eager to make things perfect for me. Would definitely recommend James for your sales person. Love my new Telluride.

We both felt she was trustworthy & feel your company is lucky to have her. I ve dealt with a lot of loan officers and she is the best by far. We drove thru 2 states to purchase the vehicle we chose. 90% of the entire transaction was done over the phone. When we arrived the vehicle far exceeded what pictures displayed. The vehicle prep work was spectacular and the time spent sealing the deal and driving it back was minimal to say the least! I will be back for myself as this transaction was for my son. 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. Beautiful car! Priced right; and process to bring it home easy peasy! Highly recommend Bill Dodge

I was greeted with a smiling face and immediately taken to a vehicle that was almost 100 percent what I was looking for. I was offered a great trade-in price for my 10 year old vehicle. The finance department was great, friendly and explained everything. We were shown features of the new car - and he handled the tutorial like an expert and answered all our questions. My wife and I were very pleased by all aspects of the visit.

I ll start by saying that this is the first car I ve bought in a long time and I understand the business has changed. That said, buying from Bill Dodge far exceeded my expectations. We visited a few dealerships as we were researching vehicles and felt like a burden in the rare occasions anyone even bothered to engage with us. At Bill Dodge in Westbrook they made us feel welcome and seemed genuinely interested in spending time answering questions and talking through options. We were looking for vehicle that s pretty in-demand, so we weren t really sure how the process would go, but the salesman was incredibly communicative about the steps as they were happening and in the end got us exactly what we were looking for. Even after we had locked in our deposit, our salesman stayed in touch while we were waiting for the car to arrive. He unfortunately couldn t be there when we signed all the paperwork but had prepped a colleague to finish the deal who was also great. All in all the process was transparent and for the first time, I left a dealership feeling good! Big thanks to the team at Bill Dodge in Westbrook!

Buying a car can be a long process but I was impressed with the folks at Bill Dodge who all were focused on getting it done as quickly as possible so as not to waste my time and they called a few days later to make sure every thing was okay and to answer any questions I might have had. I had a great experience. Ethan was good about finding out anything he wasn't sure of about the car I got. He followed up well. I wish my used car didn't cost so much but I guess that's the world of used cars these days--I don't believe it was overpriced for this time of high used car sales, just more a seller than a buyer's market. But I feel good about the car and secure in this dealer taking care of me the best they could. Thanks.

They were great! The manager, Eric, found me outside browsing while running around on an understaffed busy day. Even in minor chaos, he took time to go through vehicles that might work within my parameters. Frank the salesperson literally ran from one end of the lot to another to find me the vehicle to look at and then set us up to see it, even while it was being worked on. Frank was not the least bit pushy which I appreciate so much and worked with me through schedule changes and bank delays. Even the woman doing the paperwork was easy to work with. The car I found is clean, runs great, and full of goodies at a comparable price to the same car at other dealerships. This was a quick pop in on a whim, and I'm so glad I did.

Went to KIA Saco on a spur of the moment look at a Soul that my husband had seen on the website.... James Waring took such great care of us and the rest of the crew were so fantastic that the very next day we drove it home...I've purchased 6 cars from Bill Dodge over the past 30 years...I wouldn't want to go anywhere else...I made points with my daughter because I'm now the proud owner of an ORANGE car...

Purchasing my car was mostly a good experience. The sales people are friendly and positive. At the end of the day, I had to wait a long time to finalize the purchase. And I was sold a $500 charging cord I did not need--the sales associate told me the cord I had would not work with the Kia, which wasn't true. Also, I was not informed about the 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, still good on my 2022 with 10,000 miles, and instead sold another extended warranty.

My husband and I bought a pre-owned vehicle on 12-29-23. I pulled out of the dealership, onto the main road towards the highway. I made it 1/2 a mile and had to turn back. The headlights were so dim, I was in tears and scared for my safety. I returned to the dealership and explained what was wrong.They said it was a safety issue and they would diagnose the problem on Jan 2. I got a call on Tue that the bulbs had been replaced and I could pick it up. I picked it up around 2:30pm. I made it home and by 5pm realized that the headlights were still not working properly. I called the next day and was told someone would be in touch in 24 hours. I never received a call so I called again Thursday night and was told someone would be in touch in 24 hours. No call on Friday, either. I called again on Saturday and left a voice mail. I called on Monday and left another message. Keep in mind, I can't drive the car after 4pm because the headlights are sooo dim. Theres maybe 3 feet of visibility, its more of a glow than an actual beam. On Friday 12th, the engine light came on and it sounds like my car will explode. Called and left another message on Saturday. On Monday, 15th, I contacted the Brunswick location and they called Westbrook and left a couple messages, no call back. Because it's been 2 weeks of unreturned messages I decided to drive to Westbrook today, the 17th. The engine light is because of a bad catalytic converter and will be replaced on Monday 22nd. No loaner in the meantime because while the car sounds like it will explode, its perfectly safe to drive. I, again, asked about the headlights and was told that they will not be replacing the headlights because it's not a safety issue, it's a convenience issue. Wanting to be able to drive at night is a convenience and they will not be replacing the light assembly. I'm going to start the process of returning the car and looking for a different dealership to purchase from. I was told Bill Dodge stands by their vehicles and will do anything to keep their customers safe but that's not what I've experienced. I'd like to see the owner put his wife and kids in that car and have them drive in the dark, while raining. I bet he'd replace the headlights for them. I guess our safety has a price and $18k isnt enough. Headlights are extra at Bill Dodge.update 1/28/24- after 3 weeks of being unable to drive my car after dark and 2 weeks of our calls and messages being ignored, we have a " solution". We are purchasing the headlight assemblies, out of our pocket, and they agreed to install them. How generous. I have NEVER been so frustrated and pissed off with a car dealership. The nerve to feel like this is resolved to our satisfaction is ballsy and insulting. I'm unsure how a dealership can sell a vehicle with a current Maine inspection sticker without proper headlights but I guess Bill Dodge can. I have emailed Maine's Attorney General, Maine State Police and a couple of our Reps and Congressmen for some clarification. I will update when I have some more information. Edit 2/11/24 to add- On 1/31 I arrived to my appointment and it was discovered that I was sent the wrong headlight assemblies. I was then told that Bill Dodge Auto Group had suddenly decided to order and pay for the correct headlight assemblies, so I could return my purchase and have my money refunded. On 2/6 the new headlight assemblies were installed and they work great. Our salesman, Ken, & Bryan, the finance guy, were great. Joe, the only other employee who would actually interact with us, was wonderful, given the situation. Joe s bosses were the problem, Joe was unfortunate to be the face of the problem. He had to tell us 2 times that his management refused to pay for the headlights. It wasn t until I started kicking and screaming online that they were convinced to do the right thing and then, they couldn t even tell me; they sent Joe! It would have been nice to have management shake my hand and apologize for my hassle but, I guess that s inconsequential. My headlights work and that s what matters.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Kia EV6 Wind at Bill Dodge Kia. My sale rep, Lucas Petrin, along with his sales manager, Kayla Bubar, spent a lot of time answering all my questions and providing me with the details I needed to make an informed decision. They were very attentive and pleasnt to work with. From there, David Hellin, the finance manager went over all of the different warranty options and I chose the best plan for my lifestlye. He was extremely easy to talk to, and he even took the time to show me some cool features of the EV6 since he drives one himself! Overall, it was a perfect car buying experience at Bill Dodge Kia! I would definately recommend them. Be sure to ask for Lucas Petrin!!! He'll definately take great care of you!

We worked with Eric Michelson and had a great experience. Eric was full of information and was able to guide us in purchasing a car that best suited our needs. Unfortunately, the car we had picked was delayed at the manufacturer. Eric, however, was able to secure an excellent alternative for us that provided us some additional benefits. Once the purchase / lease was finalized and we picked up the car, Eric spent almost three hours with us reviewing all the operational details of the car, ensuring that we were comfortable with each stage. Eric also followed up in a few days to see if we had any concerns or questions and has made himself available at our convenience to review any aspects of the car that we might need assistance with. Recommend them highly.
