Got a good deal on a Very clean Nissan Rouge at a good price. Salesman, Mr. Mahoney Was not pushy. Owner was very helpfull, they even took my trade in, although it was in tuff shape. They had a good selection of decent cars under 20 k. Tough to find nowadays.

They are very eager to sell their calls..not totally transparent. Was surprised after giving my downpayment that the paperwork was stamped..Downpayment non refundable...WHAT???

The initial buying experience with the salesman Mark was wonderful. Unfortunately the car turned up to need some repairs during the warranty period which became a problem. There's no follow through on the back end. I've had to chase them down between calling multiple times and then usually just showing up in order to get answers. The follow through on the back end needs major improvement.

I can't even begin to tell you how above and beyond Mark went and Billy went to make it possible for me with a low credit score to be actually approved on my own for a car loan through an amazing Credit Union. It was the best experiences I've had in many many years with anyone doing Financial transactions. I've been trying to get a car for 2 years with no luck whatsoever and within two days have the keys to the new car for me. Again I cannot think everybody involved enough forever changing my life so dramatically when others just take it for granted that you just apply for a car loan you got good credit and you got what you want. Result like that almost never happen to good people that have had bad circumstances. I would absolutely suggest you going to them just take a few minutes to sit down and talk and see what your options are. Thank you again Autoland

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a car from them about 1 year ago and it has been nothing but trouble. I have put almost $5000 in repairs in the last year!!!!!!!!!!! lets start from the beginning. When I first bought the car I had trouble with the front end 28 days after I bought it. I called Autoland and they said that they wouldn't help me because I was 25 miles over my warranty, even though it hadn't been 30 days yet..that repair cost me $1000. The reason for the problem, there mechanic never fully tightened one of the bolts. My whole front axle almost fell off while I was driving 60 mph...talk about dangerous. The owner of the company didn't even care, he hung up the phone on me, because my warranty was up.When I had asked them if my car had been in an accident he said no, when I asked for the carfax he said pay for it yourself. The mechanic who I bring it to, who I have been bringing my cars to for years said that this car was definitely in a accident. the hood was a slightly different color then the rest of the car, it was so close of a color it was hard to tell the difference but it was there.Oh yeah I was stuck on the side of the road at 150k miles because my timing belt almost fell off....which they guaranteed me they had changed it before they sold it to me at 120k. I almost completely lost the car because of this. Now, I have to do a thorough search of my car every month to make sure its not going to fall apart on the road.I should have known better when buying from them. There sales guy was a jerk, we was bragging about how he could say f* you to customers so many times a week. He also commented on how he sold a car a few weeks earlier and the engine fell out...he told me that things sometimes can happen...man was I a fool.Never again will I give them my service or tell anyone to go there. In fact when people look for a car I tell them where NOT to go.....Autoland.

Jay killed it. I've been helping my fiance look for a new car and just happened to drive by Autoland and stopped in to see a Subaru that caught our eye. Jay seemed to be more interested in talking to us than selling us a car which could be his sales tactic but if it is, it worked. He made us feel comfortable, we trusted him, 2 days later we came back for the car. We brought the car to another mechanic to get checked out and sure enough it was in the exact condition Jay described to us and the mechanic informed us a lot of good work had been done to the vehicle (by Autoland) and that it was in perfect condition. On top of this Jay met us with a price that we were very happy with. We could not have had a more smooth and easy buying process. Thank you Jay for finally giving us a positive car buying experience.

Just wasted a 40 min drive to see a car they had listed on their website and Car Gurus that they had already sold. The car had apparently been sold 2 weeks ago? They need to take their listings down in a faster manner after they sell a vehicle. Thanks for nothing Autoland! Vehicles seem a bit overpriced as well.

Honest trustworthy business. After test driving the same make model and year car at 3 different dealership. Jay at Autoland was refreshingly no nonsense, understood my questions and answered honestly about the vehicle's maintenance history. This was the best deal and it is the car I came home with.

My car has broken down upwards of 4-5 times. The only reason I don t have a new car is because i m a student with barely enough fund to cover my payments. First time we had problems, we brought it in and they said it looked fine, then it happened again. I brought it in, they said we took it apart and cleaned it really good, good fine to us! The Third time, they sent it to a Saab place who had it for almost a week, (is a 2010 Saab 9-3) they said it was fine. Next time we took it to our own Saab place, a computer inside was broken, and The throttle body was shot when they sold it to me. ALSO the Saab guy we took it to( an amazing guy) mentioned that he had been shown this car before, and said he would not have sold it to me in the state it was! I bought it back in June. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ve had nothing but trouble. Will never EVER be coming back.

UPDATED May 2019: Jay sold me a car which was supposed to have NEW Head Gaskets (May 2018). This should have carried the car over 100K miles. However it did not, at a mere 10K miles the headgaskets blew and the car was left stranded states away resulting in multiple headaches and thousands in additional charges in addition to the repairs necessary.Stay away at all costs.UPDATE: This dealer never contacted me about installing faulty products in my car even though they were notified. This is extremely negligent and was the cause of over $3,000 in expenses ($2,000 parts and labor, 2 nights out of state in a hotel, 3 days of travel, 2 rental cars including a one way to get home, 3 days of missed work). The car has now been in the garage twice more, for a new tire rod, new brakes, a new axle, new wheel bearing, all now within the first year and 15K miles since purchased. The only thing you could do for me is pay for the approaching $5,000 in costs that this car has now cost me. NOTE: The car itself was $5990 original purchase price. It has now almost doubled in price. The car was also advertised as having air condition and heated seats. These were lies. It has one heated seat that functions, and the a/c only worked for the first 24 hours because it was given a fresh charge to deceive me.

I just bought a sweet Subaru Outback from Autoland. So far I love it, the price was right and it's in excellent condition. I really appreciated Jay's straight-forward, no BS attitude and I would highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a decent used car.

I found Jay to be incredibly helpful, candid and honest when it came to advice on best used cars to buy and walking me through the sales process and on what to expect. Although i didn't purchase one from him, it came down to car choice - I wouldn't hesitate going back to him again.

Was initally very pleased with the service we recieved at Autoland. They seemed like a trustworthy and honest small business, the kind of business we like to give our support to. We had done extensive research on what we wanted and purchased a 2011 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport with 104,000 miles on it.Being a Subaru, we inquired about the issues they tend to experience around 100,000 miles. We were told that the timing belt, head gaskets and water pump had all been replaced and that it "Goes down the road good". After a test drive we were confident in our choice and purchased the car. This is where the nightmare began. After having the car for 8 days the check engine light came on and and 10 minutes later the car was steaming on the side of the road halfway through my partner's shift as a delivery driver. Coolant was sprayed all over the engine and we payed for a tow from Portland to Autoland in Wells.Jay's response was dismissive at best. After 13 days of him being "unable" to look the car over that day, we were told the head gaskets were warped due to the engine overheating, due to a faulty water pump. The same water pump that was supposed to be newly installed at his shop. 11 days later we received word that the car was back in working order. We did not once receive an apology for the inconvenience, Jay remained defensive and incommunicative through the entire process.A month later the engine began overheating again and Jay did not return our voicemails for four days. We decided that his mechanics were obviously not to be trusted and brought the car to Chip's Subaru where we were told that the engine was leaking oil internally through the cam seal, there were electrical problems preventing the back windows and lights from working that would be difficult and costly to diagnose, that the entire exhaust system needing replacement and that a sound we were hearing in the enginge was a 'ticking time bomb', but that to diagnose the actual engine issue would cost several more hours of labor. The cost of all of the repairs effectively totals the car.We just spent 9,000 dollars out of pocket after finding a dealership to accept the car as a trade for 3,500 (half of the original value we purchased the car at less than six months ago), paying off the remaining difference in the loan and purchasing the cheapest reliable car we could find.So when Jay tells you that it "Goes down the road good", I'd advise you to understand that he means right then, in that moment, and probably not for much longer. We're out approximately 10,000 dollars with missed work, rentals, repairs, towing and having to purchase a beater car to get us through the winter.DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOLAND, they do not stand behind their product or their service. Jay is the stereotypical used car salesman trying to make a quick buck off an unsuspecting customer. Don't be that customer.

2nd car purchased at Autoland about a month ago. I could go on and on but won't. Two points I would like to make. First. I said to Jay my existing Subaru needed about $2,200 to put back in good shape but I would rather buy another car. Jay said "before we look at cars, go have your car inspected and maybe Autoland can do the repairs cheaper". Since when does a sales person not want to make a sale! Secondly. Would you rather buy a used car from a Bull@#$$%r or buy a used car from a salesman that tells you just like it is?

Textbook example of a dishonest sales transaction from a sneaky, deceitful used car dealer. Autoland sold me a lemon and they knew fully well they were selling me a lemon. They had installed an inferior catalytic converter hoping to buy enough time to get past the vehicles one month warranty. The car broke down on the first day on the road. I had it towed and it broke down two more times, once while I was on a very busy highway, endangering my life. Within a week of this ill-advised purchase, the car was returned to the Autoland lot in Wells where it curiously remained for the next week as they "tried to figure out what was wrong". Shortly after picking up the vehicle, it broke down again and an actual Subaru dealership told me the catalytic converter was crap - something Autoland's so-called "mechanic" should and very like did, know already. Still a problem car to this day. Frequent stalling, brake issues, bad locks. Just a bad purchase all around. You've been forewarned.

My daughter needed a good reliable vehicle and my husband and I had been scoping Autoland out for a while. They specialize in Subarus. The right car. The right price. They were very helpful and we would recommend them with confidence.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. THEY SOLD ME A BROKEN CAR AND NOW IM STUCK PAYING OFF A CAR THAT WONT START. IT WAS RUNNING OK FOR 2 DAYS AND WAS IN AND OUT OF THEIR SHOP AFTER THAT UNTIL THEY SAID THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO. NOT TO MENTION ONE OF THE TIMES I BROUGHT IT IN FOR REPAIRS IN THE FIRST 2 WEEKS OF HAVING IT, MARK (the manager?) LOSES MY KEYS AND I HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK TO GET MY CAR BACK. TERRIBLE BUSINESS TERRIBLE PEOPLE. SAVE A HASSLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Drove 40 minutes to test drive a car. Was told if I wasn't going to buy it or put money down there was no point on test driving it. Most people like to test drive multiple cars before making big money decisions. I would advise not to buy from this dealership.

I have had beyond the best experience with billy at autoland. My first car ever purchased was totaled in January in a not a fault accident after getting my insurance check Billy got me right into a 2006 matrix which I had for a total of 51 hours before yet again I was in a not a fault accident where I was tboned in my work parking lot.. billy made dealing with this whole situation better than I ever could imagine he could of said when everything is said and done to come back but instead has gotten me into an impreza that I love. I will be a forever customer and referring him to anyone that asks me where to go

This place is AWFUL.i bought a 05 subaru outback xt (with a turbo) The end of march, within the first 2 weeks the car was back at the shop multiple times for check engine lights that were "no big deal it's just a subaru" also the right rear strut snapped a week in and i had to pay full price to replace it.April 22 the turbo blew, i had to have the car towed from mass back to auto land where they were supposed to put in a brand new turbo. They had my car until may 7th, i had it an hour and the light was back on. I called Jay again who told me just to "run it, it's fine "Two days ago my car began chugging, i had it towed to ASP performance, Autoland put a used turbo in my car, never flushed the oil lines, connected the inner waste gate regulator in the turbo, and they never sealed the lines going in or out of the turbo. also my cat converter is clogged so bad it's now not functioning. There's major engine damage now because they didn't do the job i paid them for.*Update ASP just called me back- I need a new engine, a new turbo, both front and back cat converters, new down pipe and mid pipe because some genious welded them together. total to get my car back on the road in $9500. more then the loan I have on my car.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!I'm now stuck with a 5k loan and an ugly lawn ornament.

wow! Wow! Wow, after reading the reviews of the above dealership the only reason why I left one star is because I didn t have the option to leave no star And I sorry vehicle that I was interested in and oh by the way I was going to pay cash and I asked the person if I could take it for A test drive unless I committed to buying the vehicle before I drove it there was no way in hell he was gonna let me drive it in. I ve always heard negative things about that dealership but you kind of have to take things with a grain of salt. I will have to say in my 40 something years of buying cars new and used I ve never had quite an experience as I had today, little did that person know that I was 99% sure I was going to buy the vehicle today But I couldn t show my hand and so I guess I m gonna take my $7000 in cash and buy a vehicle today but not from him what a way to run a business oh my God I want to how much business they lose. One word beware! Loser
