I'm not much of a writer but I needed to say something...I've had my 2017 silverado for almost 3 years and been a maine resident for over 6yrs. I've lived all over the country and have had many vehicles and lots of mechanics. Archies is a stand out among the rest for sure. Bill, Kristien and the team has helped me out with numerous repairs and after market upgrades. They are always helpful, patient and provide solid direction. Alot of mechanics and dealerships will b.s. you and cost you more money. Archies provides honest service. I've had coworkers and loved ones bring vehicles there and all of them have had great experiences. If they don't have the right answer off the bat...they will investigate to do what's right and what's best for your wallet. They really care about they're clients. Thanks again guys for all the help, knowledge and hard work.

I have been doing business with Archie's since 1982 and they always go above and beyond for their customers. I recently had a problem with the Castor on my 1997 Toyota FZJ-80. I called up and they had me in the shop the next day. The Mechanics, Troy and Randy were awesome to work with and they got me fixed up and headed down the road in under 2 hours. All my specialty off road work goes to Archie's and they always do superior work and exceed my expectations. Great Attitude, Great Folks and a great Shop! Thanks again.

Had a new Toyota Tacoma outfitted with a 3-inch lift kit, 31-inch Mickey Thompson tires and suspension upgrades. Couldn't be happier with how it all came out. The crew was fast and professional even when we had some scheduling miscommunications. They crew stayed late and delivered my vehicle as promised! Highly recommend Archie's for all your 4x4 needs.

Business was recommended to do a lift on my truck. Granted they had just closed at 5 and I was calling at 5 due to being lost (new to area) but to say to a customer what are you tying to come here for we are closed is poor customer service and leaves a very bad taste especially when it comes to professionalism Sad that is a lost thing nowadays. 5 min convo cost 5-10k worth of work. Sending truck back to virginia to have work done..

I was on vacation when one of my high output headlights crapped out and these guys got my truck in and up and running first thing the next morning even though they were slammed. They also went above and beyond and put in the correct hazel turn signal bulbs which i never knew were incorrect white bulbs. Extra care.Great service, quick professional install, and nice folks who know their business.

We were on a road trip from Philly to upstate Maine when we needed an emergency hub replacement on our trailer.Their shop does not specialize in trailer repair but being a Saturday, nothing else was open and they went above and beyond to help us.The owner did the repair himself and even made a trip to find parts when the parts that were delivered were incorrect.Excellent people going the extra mile for strangers.

I had to pull off the highway an hour into a six hour trip as my engine was overheating and the power steering had gone. I walked into Archie's and they were so understanding and accommodating. They looked at the car immediately and had me back on the road in no time. They explained everything that they were fixing and made some recommendations for when I got home. They even gave me a spot to hang out and get some work done! Could not recommend more.

Archie s is the best! They have everything you need for your truck/Jeep and off road needs. They did a cold air intake/tuner/cat back exhaust on my truck. I m doing tires next and interior/bumpers and supercharger in the future. I won t go anywhere else.

EXCELLENT SERVICE I went for a flat on my BMW ( runflat tire) They did everthing to try to have the tire on the same day but they could not have it ( special tires)and I had to leave, so they make a lot of calls for ,me by them self to help me and find a place for me. They are just amazing persons Super service THANKS a lot again.

These folks are amazing. I called late one day and they asked me to bring it in the next day to see what was wrong with my airbags (they didn't do the install). As soon as I got there they went to work and 4 hours later they fixed the issue. Finally my airbags are working as they should. Archie and team care and look out for their customers.

Absolutely the best experience getting a lift put in my truck everyone is very knowledgeable and they definitely know what there doing don't waste your time going elsewhere just give them a call if you want to deal with very nice people and quality work.

Excellent experience with Archie's. I didn't have a ride back to my home and Bill was nice enough to drive me 25 minutes to my house. Very nice people and they did a great job on my truck. The price was lower than the dealer and I'm happy to support local small business. Thanks again and I'll be back for some new wheels.P.s.- I checked the receipt and you had the wrong cell number for me. No wonder you couldn't get in touch with me Next time I'm in I'll be sure to confirm.

Archie s off road is an amazing small business. I am local to town and went down to Archie s just before closing time on Saturday afternoon. Each employee was very helpful and went out of their way to help me find a possible solution for my broken headlights as I was leaving to drive back out to colorado on Monday. Two gentlemen even went as far as staying open almost an hour late searching for possible solutions given the resources they had in stock. I ended up placing an order for a set of new headlights in which they told me they would arrive on Monday though they are not normally open on Monday. However unlike traditional shops they once again went out of their way to help me get my headlights fixed and gave me a call Monday morning and allowed me to come pick them up though their shop was closed. I cannot thank them enough for the time and help they allocated to my problem, and how accommodating they were as well. 5/5 stars, very nice and knowledgeable staff, who provide great insight and great parts.

In January 2019 i took a 2016 F350 Power Stroke to Archie and Julie totake out a previously installed 3.5 inch lift and replace it with a Zone6 inch radius arm lift. I did not like the looks of the drop down bracketsfor the factory radius arms that came with the original 3.5 inch lift. I likea lifted truck that still sits a little higher in the rear opposed to sittinglevel after a lift install. All kits no matter the brand leave you with a levelstance. Julie and Archie went the extra mile with effort and strategy tomake sure i got the stance i wanted to achieve. They nailed it. It sits 1.5 inches higher in the rear. Perfect ! I encourage anyone seeking a lift orsome other upgrade to your truck to have it done by Archie's Off Road.I drove 90 miles to Wells from Augusta , and i am glad i did. FIVE STARS !

Great people! Always friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you want they can normally get it in a day or 2. They're very price competitive and they're always willing to help me spend money on my Jeep! Been going there for about 10 years now, and no intention on stopping!

Great place christian got my daughters car in same day brakes were gone he even drove her to our campsite so i decided to get new tires for my truck while i was on vacation in and out same day thsnks archies and thanks christian

Very professional & Knowledgeable when it comes to lifting 4x4 trucks with options to fit your budget. Plenty of accessories in the shop and can order to really personalize your ride! Nothing to Big or to small Archie's can do it all ! Thanks for another job well done blowing my expectations out of the water !!

I just had my 2017 TRD Off Road Tacoma at Archie's Off Road for a couple upgrades. I got a S&B cool air intake and a MBRP exhaust system put on. They did a great job with my truck. It sounds and runs great. Service was awesome. Thanks!!

Wow the customer service was truly a great exspexpense from the moment I walked thru the front door I was greeted and was treated like I was there only customer. They did work to my jeep gladiator and i could not be any happier i get compliments all the time since i had the work done .if you want a unbelievable experience and top notch service dont hesitate to contact them you wont be disappointed.thank you Archie's for everthing .on one service f

Extremely helpful with all aspects of your car or truck and very accommodating. Usually quick turn around with orders. Ordered new floor mats Tuesday and received Wednesday.

Just got my 2011 Tacoma back today and I absolutely love the way it turned out. They installed a 3" lift, 33" BFG AT's on Pro-comp wheels, URD tcai, URD MAF calibrator, Y-pipe and exhaust. Thank you Archie, Julie, and crew I really appreciate all the hard work and care you put into my truck.

Had my work trucks equipped with LEDs work lights, strobe lights, performance equipment, bed covers, wheel liners, weathertech interior flooring , mud guards, you name ... best deals, best service, best installation.. highly recommended

Great stories good people as long as your not trying to get anything warranted. They beat around the Bush and blame it on everything else So much for doing business with small local places go elsewhere
