Jude is very communicative, professional, and completes quality work. My car needed repairs and not only was Jude able to get my car in that day to assess the issues for a quote, but he made the repairs early the following business day in order for it to pass inspection right away. Jude answers the phone when able and promptly returns your calls if a message is left - something I haven t always experienced with other garages. It was so nice to actually speak with someone right away! Also, Jude did a wonderful job explaining everything that was needed and done and went above and beyond when completing the work. Highly recommend this repair shop!

9B Repair Shop was a lifesaver! From NY for the weekend and had concerns on our brakes. Saturday of a holiday weekend, left a message and Jude called right back. He checked and drove the car to make sure it was safe. We felt truly confident that Jude was honest telling us it was safe! We vacation here every summer and visit at least twice a year. If we ever have any car problems we will definitely call Jude at 9B Repair Shop! Thank you Jude

We drove up from Rhode Island for a wedding and had a cylinder misfire just over the Maine border. Most repair shops are closed for the weekend by Friday night, but I was lucky enough to find 9B, where Jude and the team went above and beyond to get us back on the road to drive home on Sunday. If there was a way for Google to add stars, I would. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful when we were in a pretty desperate situation. If we lived here, I would go to them for everything. If you're just visiting and find yourself in need of car repair, add yourself to the list of lucky people that found 9B.

Can t say enough good, finally got a half way decent day and they got me in quickly for two Motorcycle inspections. Got me in and out quickly and rode back a second time with another motorcycle.

Had a flat tire day after Thanksgiving. Called and left messages at several garages looking for a repair. He responded quickly and got my tire fixed right away. Will definitely return

Beyond grateful for my experience here. My sibling and I live in a camper van and needed emergency help due to our brake fluid spilling out rapidly. We were pushed away by multiple shops and this one said they ll be able to look at it right away but would probably need to make an appointment since they were booked out. Not only did this place find the issue right away but even though they were busy and booked out they helped us by fixing our brake line in order for us to be safe and get back in the road instead of waiting it out. Knowing that these people care about the safety of others and will make that their priority is exactly why people should go here. On top of all of that they are priced amazingly. Definitely the best shop I have been to and would highly recommend to others.

I go here for all my truck needs. I go here for all things vehicle related. Jude is very professional and takes care of things quickly and efficiently. If he doesn t have the part that is needed he will do his research and get you it at the lowest cost possible. He has a hard working team and they do repairs around the clock year round. I have an older model Jeep Cherokee that he put an awesome lift on. So if you are looking for a lift, get with Jude.Overall, this shop is for the common man and is not a shop that will screw you or take advantage of you like some others will.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

While on vacation my GMC Sierra front wheel bearing started screaming immediately and grinding dangerously. I called three gm. And two chevy dealers all were two weeks or more to get me in I m only in Maine for 7 days with my family. Also called two to three other shops all were busy,more money and not helpful or didn t call me back.Jude called me right back told me Thursday 8am he will replace it for me have me a great honest price. Here s the amazing part I dropped off my truck Wednesday at 1130 and it s was done at 5pm this guy is amazing honest, affordable, reliable and trustworthy wish he was closer to me.I highly recommend anyone around Maine to go to him for repairs!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

My experience with 9B Auto was amazing!!! Jude was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. He explained what was needed to my husband and I before the repair. I felt he was honest, and I am thrilled to have found my new Auto repair shop. 9B Auto also does inspection stickers!! If you re looking for an honest and dependable mechanic who IS NOT shady or full of lies, GO TO 9B REPAIR! After being serviced at a typical chain company mechanic my Chrysler was still running terrible. I then found 9B repair who offered to help diagnose my car immediately. Jude s customer service and work is unparalleled to any mechanic I ve ever come across. He is tooth to nail honest and looking to get your car fixed responsibly and fast as possible. I received constant contact and updates and detailed explanations with physical proof of my cars issues. While other mechanics feed lies and jargon, Jude was proving his professional skills like no other. I have never experienced such a positive, straight to the point, dedicated mechanic in my life, Jude and 9B repair shop is outstanding. It is an extreme shame there is not more publicity for this shop cause it is truly a hidden gem. This repair shop and it s small crew is absolute phenomenal, I would now recommend no other. Trust me you will not be disappointed, trust 9B and you ll learn and be shown the truth of your car problems unlike anywhere else. This is now my #1 go to mechanic. Again believe me, you will not be dissatisfied. Thank you Jude!

Jude was our hero while vacationing in Wells and our daughter's car needed to be looked at. Not only was Jude thorough in his exploration to determine the problem, his turn around time on repair was prompt, follow up was professional and price was reasonable. I was doing my own brakes right before I leave for a big trip in 2 days. It all was going smoothly until I discovered one of my calipers were siezed. I was so worried I was gonna have to stay with a friend for a week and miss out on my trip. I called these guys first thing in the morning to see if they can break it free and when I explained they were so helpful. The owner looked for replacement parts which were all out of stock for the area and when I asked if I could just bring the calipers they fit me in. Dudes were so quick to handle it and just like that I have brakes against! Thanks so much man I really appreciate it. They re the best! Just like asking your friend who works at a garage for help.

This place is great!! They got me in last minute on a Saturday after an emergency breakdown on the highway and SAVED THE DAY! Took less than an hour and they really took care of me. Absolutely helpful and very knowledgeable guys. Really went above and beyond to help me out. I would absolutely use this repair shop again and recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area
