Very professional and great pricing. Couldn t praise the employees enough at this location. Desperately needed new truck tires before heading south on Christmas Eve and I walked in expecting to have to set up an appointment. Not only did they patiently help me to select the perfect tire, they got me right in and swapped them out within an hour and half. Great prices too! I drive a lot for work and will definitely be coming back for my annual tire replacement.

Exceptional customer service from Dai & Kevin with incredibly fair pricing! I called in the morning & the staff gave me an appointment that afternoon. They only charged me for what I needed and didn't nickel & dime me for additional fees or try to sell me something I didn't need. Highly recommend!

Kevin was an absolute huge help! It so comforting to go into a place and have such genuine customer service and know something is getting fixed properly and correct. I love town fair tire and definitely recommend them to anyone who need tire help and not sure where to go!

I called the Waterville, ME Store and spoke with Kevin. What an excellent employee he makes for Town Fair. Very relaxed, congenial and easy to work with. He explained how the tires I purchased worked and relayed that to what my driving experience would be once installed. I would recommend Town Fair or more accurately to call Kevin "at" Town Fair.Please acknowledge him for his incredible customer service.

I had a very slow leak in my tire and brought it somewhere else first, and they couldn't find it. At Town Fair Tire, they didn't give up until they found the leak from an old patch job. They sealed it up, no problem. Fast, professional service!

Kevin and the staff were able to hook me up with a same-day appointment and take care of all my needs. Was in and out with a full alignment - wish I didn't put it off for so long. I'll be back.

Avery was kind and helpful. Was able to get in before my appointment, and work was done before my scheduled time. Received a call once it was complete.Winter tire changeover was free and quick. Previously, it was impossible to find someone to do this work this time of year. Welcome addition to the community!

I went to town fair tire, and had a few questions about the front end alignment. I had a guy named Kevin who was very friendly and knows his customer service. The questions I had he answered and explained why they do it this way and not that way. I normally have a tire guy I go to, but town fair tire will be my new go to place.

We pulled up with a balding/skidding tire and got immediate service from a gentleman named Lee. The tire was replaced within an hour which was a perfect amount of time to wait and peruse the mall next door. Every member of service was great.

staff was incredibly polite, and truly treats people like valuable customers. Interior was clean, the waiting room was comfortable and inviting. The service was quick, I walked in and left with 4 new tires, balanced and aligned within 20 min without an appointment.

Really great people, very welcoming and waiting are is very accommodating. You can watch them work on your car live via their TV in the seating area. Free coffee and another tv to watch shows.I got my winter tires mounted and found out one rim was cracked (was wondering why I kept losing air). I can by a month later with a new wheel and they mounted it onto my car free of charge. They treat you with the upmost respect and are very down to earth. They also brought my car straight in every time I've been here

My wife's car had been loosing air in one of the rear tires for a couple weeks. I went into Town Fair to see if they could find a leak. They found a thin nail, removed it, and plugged it all at NO charge! Rockstars!!Thank you Waterville Town Fair Tire.
