The men who work here are always so kind and polite. It truly does take about 10 minutes. They smile at you and wave ya in - I know they must be exhausted, but they always seem to be in positive moods!

I am an out of towner and I went here for an oil change after traveling over 23 hour's. Very professional crew and nice people who put the effort in. Definitely would recommend!

I do kinda feel because I'm a female that they kinda took that as ignorance. I also thought I was getting a 27.99 oil change that turned into 63.00. The chatter and banter were affective in distraction. I was charged for them to remove the cover under my car. It's their job to access and change the oil. They didn't want to put the sticker on my car or clear the oil change indicator. Great job

I arrived at 7:50 am on a Saturday, the first one there, they open at 8am. They are respectful and knowledgeable and quick to get you and on your way. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks!! :)

Always fast accurate service. Occasionally you have to wait for an open bay, but it's worth the wait.

I've heard of oil change places ripping people off etc. This place is legit, quick, and professional. The only issue is the entrance can be difficult to access due to location.

Just got my oil changed there and the guys were amazing! They had me out in 7 minutes, washed my windows, didn't try to screw me on an air filter that I didn't need, and were super sweet in general. Typically I change my own oil, but time ran out today, and I'm really happy I found a businesswith great employees to get me by if I ever need it againService: Oil change

We were hearing sounds after the oil change, which turned out to be unrelated. Dan actually drove out to our house to make sure everything was ok. Thanks, Dan! I was really impressed with your cheerful willingness to go out and help, even if me learning to read a dipstick properly might have saved you the trip.

The men who work there are so polite and kind. I don't go anywhere else anymore because of it. Yeah the sign says "10 minutes" but anyone who thinks an oil change can be done in under 10 is ridiculous. Plus they don't just check the oil, I wouldn't have known half of my other stuff was low if they weren't so amazing. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

The guys are great! I do wish the entrance/exit was better labeled. Fortunately, it was a slow time when I drove in the exit.

Professional, and fast. They didn't have the right engine air filter for my car so they went above and beyond and called AutoZone for me to see if they carried it. They did and it was put aside for me until I got there. Great service!!

I wouldn't pick anywhere else for my oil changes. To tell you the truth, I have a wonderful day after going to Prompto! Not only are the mechanics so easy going and knowledgeable, they're just funny and careful with the cars as well. I have no worries about going there at all! I haven't had one bad experience going here. If you need an oil change, head to Prompto!

Honest employees! I went in for an oil change way too early and they were honest about it and told me when I would need one. Not many businesses would do this because most businesses are only about making money.

George and the gang are fantastic! Very professional and polite. They do a thorough check of your vehicle, let you know what would be beneficial, and give you pricing up front. The service is fast and you re on your way to get your errands done in no time! I wouldn t go anywhere else.

These guys are the very best. They treated me wonderfully. I didn't have to wait, but even if I did they would be worth waiting for. Just left here, watched mr Ashton break my windshield washer cap, and then proceed to drop it into the engine area. When he came to my window almost done I asked if he was going to put it back on. His answer is that it was on even though I can see under the hood and it wasn t. He then said it s broke and might fall off. Pretty funny I just had my starter replaced and was fine when I as at that shop. So let s see, lying to customers, breaking car parts don t go here!Service: Oil change
