By far the best experience possible each time I have used Portland Glass for windshield needs. Appointment made, vehicle dropped off, windshield repaired, vehicle picked up with new shiny glass. What more can you ask for.

All of my experience with portland glass has been great. When I picked up my vehicle they took down my card number and said the will run it tomorrow that was odd. The glass clean up inside my vehicle could have been way better. Glass on my dash, console, seat, etc. There is also paper or something in my heat vents near the windshield. Just when I thought the worst was over about this story, it's not I just had to go in to have my windshield replaced again due to a crack from a rock and lo and behold. They found issues with the little pieces that helped hold the glass in they were bent and then pollied on to my glass, which now they cannot replace until they get new pieces. So now I have to wait even longer to get my glass replaced. Thanks a lot portland glass said sarcastic.

The Waterville store is where i had my windshield replaced. The two calls prior to my service were very professional and courteous! The employees at the shop were polite and friendly. The replacement was fast, and I felt confident of the replacement.

They were absolutely great. I had a rock break my window in Atlanta before I left on a trip to Maine. I called them on Wednesday to see if they could get me in on Friday when I arrived. They took me right in and had it fixed in less than 3 hours after sliding me in. The prices were reasonable as well. Thank you to Jeff for making it happen.

Kudos to Bren, Tyler, and Mike!Not only did they service my brothers vehicle an hour earlier than our appointment, at most people s lunch time, but Tyler had finished the job in less than an hour. Bren was extremely accommodating in rescheduling our appointment to fit my schedule, as we had a two hour drive from our camp.I wish all business was conducted this efficiently!Thank You!

In this season of Thanksgiving and counting our blessings I just wanted to share how grateful we are to Bren Gage , the supervisor who made a difficult situation right and did it with much kindness and ton of integrity to see it to completion I just want Portland Glass to know that there are far too little supervisors with this caliber of customer service..PPG is lucky to have you representing them There should be a world of Bren Gage s in customer supervisory positions.So Thank you and happy Holidays.A very satisfied customer who would highly recommend Waterville and Farmington PPG.

I showed up at 10 am and put my key in the lock box. Talked to the manager Mike at 1040 am by phone and reminded him about the keys. He took all of about 30 seconds to look at my vehicle. Told me he needed a part and where to get it. I came back with said part and he told me he wasn't going to be able to fix it today, but to make an appointment the following day. Poor customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Mike gave great service. Repaired rock damage on windshield. Was in and out in literally less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Great Place To Do Business.They are Super Nice and Did an excellent job fixing my windshield. Just had it Done .I would recommend them to everyone. The lady at the Front Desk is Super Nice ..

Recently had Portland Glass replace a very large window in our home with a modern custom made window. Excellent service and product. Will definitely do business with them again for any glass or window needs.

An oil truck threw a rock into my windshield on Monday. I called Portland Glass and by 11am, less than 24 hours later, I had a brand new windshield. Bren is super sweet and helpful!!

Jeff was great, always available by phone to update me on the status of the glass which we had to order to repair storm damage to our home. I would definitely recommend Portland Glass of Waterville.
