Had a headlight go out and went to the store in Waterville. I would like to thank Nathan and Roy. They cheerfully put in a replacement bulb for me. Excellent service.

These guys bailed me out big time having exactly what I needed that nobody else stocked if not for them I'd not be riding my bike today cause they had a self tapping piggyback drain plug that I was able to use along with metal puddy to repair and fix worn out threads so I'm thankful to have had them keep me riding instead of waiting for that plug to come in from Amazon!

Ordered online from work, picked up on the way home. Easy process no extra hoops to get my items. Store was clean and parking is never a problem.

Honestly when it comes to getting parts for my subaru, they have by far been the most inexpensive. Service is great and people are awesome! Would give 5 stars if they had the items I needed on hand instead of needing to have them shipped in.

they stock lots of regular parts as well as less common parts that most places would have to order. great tools with a awesome warranty. tool loaner program is free. lots of good advice is also free. great place awesome customer service. before you buy tools at harbor freight check them first.

The guys in there were wonderful. The weather is nasty and on the way home from work my windshield wipers broke. They helped me find the right one for my handicap accessible van and came out and installed them for me in the parking lot in the freezing rain. I'm thankful they were on my way home and such great, friendly helpful young guys

Very polite and want to help you get the right parts for your vehicles. Ask about oil viscosities and which brand are best for your car or motorcycle. They will help you!

Noah at the O'Reilly's at 337 Main St in Waterville was a great help. Starter died on my truck in the parking lot, came out to check the battery and starter and chit-chat. gave advice on what he thought it was, and with further returns into the store for various items needed to change the starter, Noah helped me several other times. Got the starter changed out for a new one, and all is well.

Great people work here and I trust them have had good luck buying my parts here anytime there was an issue they resolved it quickly I have nothing but good to say about O'Reilly's in Waterville.

Wonderful customer service by clerk and Garryt who replaced light on vehicle within first five minutes thete. Polite and respectful. Will come back for oul changes and inspections in future. Thank you. Tammy

Chris stayed after closing on Thursday March 5th to help us with a broken snowmobile trailer. After selling us supplies he spend extra time on his own to lend us his tools to get us back on the road. Give the man a raise and promotion - you rarely find such service anymore!

Sold me a part that fell apart when taking it out of the package. The kid behind the counter wouldn't repkace it. Told me to super glue it. I said how about not selling broken parts. Wouldn't replace or refund my money. Horrible place. Reciept says his name was Ben but not sure if it was accurate.

Friendly and helpful. Price is rite also and they have a nice selection on things for the inside of yohr vehicle as well. Such as seat covers and plate covers and decals.

Lo e this place. They ha e been open every time we needed to go to a parts store. May be little higher in price. But when everyone else is closed. O'Reilly is open. They are and will be your friend. When in need see O'Reilly
