I highly recommend this store. Nate was my salesperson, he could not have been any more courteous, kind, or accommodating. He gets my vote for best salesperson. Thank you Nate.

When i called i nicely was stating the reason why i was calling and was rudely put straight to hold. No one second ma am I m with a customer, no please hold b right with u, all he said was thanks for calling Napa this is Chris, how may i help you? Don t ask how u can help me and cut me to hold while I m explaining myself!

I want to say I waited 2-1/2 hours for a small twenty dollar sleeve for my truck 3/3/21 wend. The store is 1 mile away and it should of taken 10 min like it usually does,but it was dropped off at wrong store. So instead of sending another one down, no ,,,, it was a 2-1/2 hour wait. When they finally showed up, no apology NOTHING!!
