This is why I love Mr. Roy's, and I think you will too:- They are honest.- They are SUPER communicative. They call with updates on price quotes, how the repairs are going, and when it is done and ready. They have even given me follow-up calls after the fact to check in on how the car was holding up and if everything seemed to be fixed.- They give you your cost quote up-front.- They do their very best to stay on top of large workloads - I've even seen them work after-hours in order to get my car back to me quickly.- They really seem to know their stuff.- They have gone out of their way to work with me and my busy work schedule.- Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly.1-YEAR EDIT:So I've been sending my car to Mr. Roy's for about a year now, and in that time I have gotten to see a lot more of how they work. The staff are still just as friendly. They are not *always* on-the-ball with prompt communication or timely service, but they are still a good, honest crew worth trusting with your car.

I work in a place where recommendations are important. So I'm giving Jason & his crew 5 out of 5 stars! I can always reach Jason for anything. I am not a car person, so being able to get a straight answer without someone trying to rip me off or sell me something I don't need is GREAT! I will always go to them! :) and i recommend you do too!great work. great service. happy customer.

I am brand new to the area due to a job offer. I am about 4 hours away from any family or friends. I needed to get my car looked at and honestly had no idea where to even start. I researched some local places because I like giving my money to small business. I settled on Mr. Roy's because of the reviews I read and I am very pleased I did.Mr. Roy's was very accommodating, helpful, and fair. The owner is hands on and the other mechanics I interacted with were kind, friendly and respectful. My final bill ended up being cheaper than the original quote. I will certainly be going back in the future.

They treat you like family here. Will take good care of most of your vehicle needs at fair and affordable prices. There's no surprises as they are honest and upfront with you, which is rare at a mechanic shop. Most are just trying to make a buck off of you, but Here they will help fit whatever you need into your budget. Very helpful and reasonable people.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to the owner Jason and his employees!Backstory : About three months ago my car started making a really loud noise like whenever I accelerated and then all the time. It got so bad people could hearing coming it was so loud. I finally got fed up and brought my car to be diagnosed by a local auto garage and they told me that everything from my catalytic converter to the muffler had to be replaced and it would cost me $1350! I was completely baffled and asked if there was anyway way they could find cheaper parts as that was WAYY out of my price range. I took the quote and left . I was then referred to Jason s establishment who was so polite and set up an appointment for me within 24 hours and told me he could fix all my problems for less than half of what I was quoted before! He fixed my car and and was so courteous about all the questions I had. He understood this was my first car and I was just worried sick about it . He is such a nice person to put his patrons first . He truly cares about you and he does the extra mile. He is definitely NOT out for getting extra cash from everyday working people . He is a good business owner and is a stand up man! I would recommend Jason and his work to anyone !

The best place to go around for all your automotive needs. Very helpful, honest, informative on all automotive issues. Willing to work with you and create a plan if you can't afford all the parts and labor. If you're looking for honest and trustworthy auto repair without having to pay top dollar, go here. Highly recommend!!!!

Jason goes above and beyond then he ever has to the guy knows times are tough he neaver overcharged me and everything he ever fixed has not failed I have had lemon cars and he saved themby fixing them the right way best machanic and an honest person he sets the bar high for what a machanic should be to maney times have other places ripped me off he shows you what needs to be fixed then does the work great job Jason for president

Had some brake problems driving up to Waterville and they were able to see me after hours. Honest with pricing, and took extra care to make sure that my car was safe to drive out of the garage. 10/10 would recommend!!

The guys here are very cool! Theyre a very honest group of guys! Very reasonable pricing, If you want an honest and reasonable garage, this is the one! I have not a one thing bad to say about these guys! I HIGHLY recommend Mr Roy's!

Jason is one of the most honest mechanic I ever met, super respectful and helpful... 100% recommended this is my new car primary doctor... if you want to find a good place to take your car in town not being afraid ... this is the place*good and fair prices*inspectionEtc.

I needed an emergency brake job! Another garage in Waterville gave me a 300ish estimate and then told me it would be over 600$ after I was there for an hour! Jason who is the owner of Mr Toys said to bring it right in and he had it done that afternoon for the origional quoted price. Thank you for saving me from getting scammed by the chain store garage and we will be back for anything we need in the future.

They saved me from getting stranded they were so busy too and my alternator went they got it fixed right off so I wouldn't get stranded going to and from a doctor's appointment they are just awesome awesome awesome
