Great service! I recently bought a used Suburban and it was filthy. It also smelled like cigarettes from the previous owner. They did an amazing job detailing the interior. I'm very happy that the cigarette smell is gone!Update: after further inspecting my vehicle, I decided to change my review. There were several places that were not cleaned. The cup holders in the 3rd row had not been cleaned, I opened up the DVD player in the back and it was filthy. I had to wipe down several spots. Also, after a day the cigarette smoke came back. I smelled the fabric on the ceiling and it reaked of smoke. I'm not sure if it was cleaned at all. I ended up buying a handheld steam cleaner and cleaning it myself. I was surprised at how dirty the cleaning cloths were after I steam cleaned. I feel like I paid $225 just to have the carpets cleaned.Services: Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Brought my husbands work truck in for a full interior detail. It was dirty. Like REAL dirty. Nicole from Morrisette cleaned that thing right up, looks brand new inside. Could not recommend enough.

I went there in 2018. The first thing I noticed was that when I went into the office, a medium-sized, unleashed dog came lunging out from behind a desk, barking. Not exactly a welcome wagon! The man behind the desk (perhaps the owner of the dog, or the business, or both) just grinned, like, Ain't my dog cute? No, not so much. I would have walked out right then but I had a gift certificate that was not good anywhere else. I got one of the higher-end detailing packages and was not impressed with the job that was done (looked like a standard dry vacuuming). Between the aggressive dog and the substandard detailing work, I have never been back, and never will.

Good job on what they did do but paid for a whole interior detail and my middle console was untouched! Other than that pretty good job. 200 flat

Absolutely the best in the business! Ever heard that you can't beat a pro at their own trade? These cats prove it daily. Unless you're a big fan of depreciation, see them once a year for the full monty. And don't ever accept dealership trade-in value... Take your ride to Morrissette's and let Uncle Henry, Craig, or that nice boy Zuckerberg get you damn near retail... Just that easy.

Great job detailing our pickup and buffing out surface scratches - good as new! We returned to have a car detailed and windshield replaced and they did a great job on both. The people here at Morrissette helped us with a full car detail. Their attention to detail, professionalism was second to none. We could barely recognize our car, it looked brand new and was sparkling clean! Amazing service and the owner even dropped us off at our hotel and collected us to pick up our car. You don't get that type of service at many places. We highly reccomend this trusted business! At first glance it looked like they had done a good job detailing the inside of my car but with a closer inspection my windshield had smears all over it as did my rear window, there's a smear of something on my dash, the plastic covering my speedometer has some type of film on it, and I guess they never released my e brake cuz when I did there was a bunch of grim there. I'm very disappointed for the price I paid especially since I'm going to have to go back and at least clean my windows so there isn't a glare as the windows are bad enough that it could be a safety hazardService: Auto detailing

So happy to have found this place!!! My first detail ever. They got me in last minute and did an amazing job!!! I will never go anywhere else. My car has never looked so good! (They even got the pit bull hairs off the carpets, if you have one, you know the impossible task of removing those needle hairs) 10/10 recommend.

Pricey, and they didn't do a good job at the time of the appointment. There was still stains on the seats. Tried to get a refund, they refused. They offered to clean it again. The second time it came out clean, stains were gone but was a major in convience.

This is the only place I take my car to get washed. They do a great job. Vacuuming the inside and cleaning the glass. And the cost is almost the same as the automatic car wash. I also have had detailing done to my car as well and they do a great job. I highly recommend Morrisettes to get your car cleaned.

Robert Morrissette sold me a Kubota tractor. I was a 3 hour ride and bought it on his word and description and pictures that showed nothing of the smashed hood. When it arrives after he was paid $20-k I get this and a sold as -is bill of sale. Shame on me for trusting. If anything in life I have learned in selling anything is DISCLOSE--DISCLOSE . I couldn't do this to some one paying full retail for a tractor or car or house or ANYTHING. I am not that kind of person.

Have had more than a handful of vehicle details done here while I lived in Waterville. Nick always did superior jobs on my vehicles!!!I have since moved away, but will line up a cleaning on my truck when I visit Waterville again.Thank you Dave and Nick!!

My friend got her car detailed they told us 180 for full detail inside and out came to pick it up it was only cleaned inside and it wasn't the cleanest the back seat has a big water stain and worse of all 3 days lights were on being the check engine light traction control light and 4wd and he told us it's moisture from cleaning under the buttons and if it's not fixed come back Monday would never go there again

I will go there anytime I have a glass problem even if I have a friend that has one very fast and convenient best prices around for any type of glass work I should know I've had two windshield replaced and they can beat any glass price because they're not trying to compete with the big glass companies in charge you three times more they're just trying to help us small people out not looking to make big money that just make a living like we all do and we all hate to get screwed and I appreciate their help

They did not clean my sister's car, they did not even clean windows, the same cobweb was on rear window!!! Carpet on lower door not vacuumed,, windshield not clean, only thing done was vents in front...omg. never again...

Did a fair job, but I did have to clean some left over wax off in a few spots, and also one if the windows was not fully cleaned and was left hazy, which I had to wash again. I guess I may be a little fussier than average, but after paying for a full detail I didn't expect to have to clean anything afterwards.
