Not from the area, was stuck in the area due to the accident. They were completely understanding of my situation and kept me up to date by calling me and informing me of the timeline the car could get completed. Since everything is back ordered, everything was very up in the air. They worked on my car promptly and just look at that quality of work. So that s just exterior but the quality of the car? Perfect. Drives like it did when I first got it. The day after I received the car, I drove it 9 hours straight. Stopping for gas but 9 hours straight, no probs. It s been a couple weeks since and I ve been driving the car out and about and still. Perfect. They detailed my car to perfection as well. Ignore the previous bad reviews. If this doesn t prove they do quality work with quality service, idk what. Also. Meet the owner s furbaby, Fender.

I just picked up my car after repairs at Maurice and son auto boby. The repaired vehicle looks amazing. Everything was done with such skills that you can not tell I was rear ended.. I was very impressed with the office staff as well. The kind and courteous service was very appreciated. The mind blower was the complete detailing inside and out, Including the trunk. Everything is perfectly cleaned and vacuumed. The windows sparkle. I am so impressed, I would not ever consider using any other shop if the need arises in the future.Thank you again to the Staff I met and the staff that fixed the car perfectly.A very happy customer.

Just got my vehicle back and I couldn t be happier! Replaced the rear bumper and passenger side front fender on my Ram 1500. It looks like it just came out of the factory!Roy was great. He kept me informed throughout the process so there were no surprises when I went to pick it up(except how great it looks) I will definitely be back for anything else in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Every interaction was pleasant. Communication was on point. Felt well taken care of and like they went above and beyond for me.Had to just say Mike and Emily are the best Car repair people I have ever worked with. Friendly and went above and beyond.

I don't understand these terrible reviews. I've used Maurice's since I was a teenager (I'm now 75) and have never had a problem with their work. They were in their original Fairfield shop back then. I just got back my car after the last repair, on time, perfectly fitting parts, and completely cleaned inside, all for the estimated price. Great work.

Hands down, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Every employee I interacted with displayed a level of competence that makes me marvel at the fact they are still in business. They have no problem lying to you or cheating you out of money. Normally I only write positive reviews for businesses and that's why it's taken me several years to post this. I gave the owner multiple opportunities to make things right with me and the level of respect I was shown was completely nonexistent. There is a very cute and sweet dog who hangs out in the waiting room but even factoring that in, I strongly urge you to avoid this business entirely. You may have to drive a little further to get the work you need done but go as far away from Maurice and Son Auto Body Shop as you can.

Terrible experience. I was given the runaround for weeks about my vehicle, finally when it was ready, paid and left, and then a month later they called me up, demanding more money. Didn t put my front plate protector on so I can t mount my plate, which I ll have to pay to have someone do. Charged me for a service B and now I m getting a notification that a service is due. Never use this place, they are incompetent and unprofessional.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I just picked up my 2020 Toyota Tacoma after getting some body work done, after a minor accident. They did a fantastic job. I m very pleased with the service. They had it done five days before I expected them to. They even vacuumed out my truck, cleaned my mats and detailed the outside of my truck. They communicated with me every step of the way and I was notified a day before pick up that it was expected to be completed early. Top notch work. For my first accident repair they made it very easy and comfortable. Would highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Awful from the phone call to the interaction. Had an apt for a quote for repair and when I got there he said they don t do that and they go directly through insurance. He knew what insurance I had from the phone call so I m not sure why they wasted my time making me come down there to tell me that in person. Wasted my time completely as I could have spent that time working or went somewhere else for a second quote and been done with this. My first quote was with Conrad s and after this experience, I would rather just go with Conrad s as they were very pleasant, quick and easy to get a quote from. I would not recommend this shop to anyone for any reason unless you like terrible communication and being treated poorly.Service: Body & Trim

Not only is the customer service impeccable. The quality of work is outstanding. They have the job done when they say they're going to have it done. They do a little extra by cleaning and washing your floor mats. I worked with Roy. Roy is patient with the customer. Roy wants to make sure that the customer is satisfied, very easy-going very kind and will work with you in finding the parts needed to fix the vehicle at the best price. I wouldn't go to any other place

I received great service from this shop after needing body+door work on my Jeep! They were kind, communicative and quick! The repair looks great and they cleaned/detailed the inside of my car, which I'm sure wasn't easy. Overall good experience.

My brand new car was damaged by someone in a parking lot and I was crushed. I contacted my insurance and got my car to Maurice and Son's. My insurance paid them directly so I didn't have to wait on a check and Maurice and Son's gave me a time estimate. Their work is of superior quality and they were spot on with their time estimation. No muss no fuss and they do exactly what they say they will do with care and consideration. I am extremely pleased. Thank you so much for restoring my brand new car to brand new again.

They perform outstanding work. My car was returned in better condition than it had ever looked! They even vacuumed the car for me. Yes I would highly recommend them if you need some work done.

NO STARS! **This facility IS NOT APPROVED BY AAA** The reviews are all from women and ONLY about "customer service" and not about ACTUAL BODY WORK or WELDS! I dont even know where to start. We brought my daughter's car there last week, and we picked up her car today on Monday. They were so understanding, super fast to get her car done. Thank you Jake, Michael and Emily for being so kind professional and courteous. If anybody wants their car done and done right I suggest Maurice and Sons Auto Body.

the hood of my FJ Cruiser has some sun damage, so i took it in to get it painted, but the estimate guy said they would not paint just the hood bc they'd rather not do a job than do it wrong. he said i'd have to get the fenders (NOTHING wrong w them) painted too bc none of it would match. (are u serious )

I brought my vehicle into this business yesterday for a repair to the frame. They kept my vehicle for 8 hours and charged me $160 for the repair. I fully expected the repairs to have been completed to my satisfaction, however, when I inspected my vehicle today it appeared as though NO WORK had been done. The weld to repair the frame in the specific area which I had clearly pointed out at the time I received their printed estimate had not been done. There were no repairs evident upon my careful inspection, especially not to the desired area where I explicitly stated it needed repair to pass for a state inspection sticker.I called the shop and spoke to a young woman whom I had dropped off my vehicle to the day before. She claimed they had worked on my vehicle and that the area was fully repaired, which is not true. In fact, they failed to give me a receipt stating an itemization of the cost and listing the repairs which were done. At the time I picked up my vehicle, an older woman claimed no receipt was possible due to a power failure but there does exist paper and pencils to produce a handwritten receipt...a lack of receipt is due to the fact that the repair was never performed and it renders me unable to request a refund or file a claim in court.Now I'm forced to go out and find another establishment that will repair my truck. I have to pay twice for the same repair...Avoid this business, they do not do the work they claim. If you ever happen to unfortunately use them...force them to give you a receipt, printed or handwritten...Don't leave the office without one. and be sure to inspect all work prior to leaving their shop.-A very unsatisfied customer.

Have had to use body shop a couple of times due to accidents. Each time service was friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Excellent really! In one case I lived over an hour away and still brought my car to them. Honestly, I would not bring it anywhere else! Very Satisfied customer and highly recommended Auto Body Shop.

I have been through this shop a number of times and I'm always impressed by the cleanliness of the work areas and the state of the art equipment that they have. The staff at Maurice & Sons are some of the most friendly and knowledgeable people I've spoken with. After seeing some of the repair work they've done, it's apparent that they put in the extra time and effort to make sure the repairs last.

I hit a deer with my car and I went to get it fixed and when I got my car back It was better than when I bought it originally as a used car.And not only they fixed my car they clean the interior and made it look like New!I have a Chevy sonic 2014 and did an excellent job

They sat on geicos Email for a week, and didnt do anywork on my car because they said geico never got back to them. They even admitted it was there fault they were behind on my car. Geico stopped paying for rental because the car took longer to repair than it should of cause they sat on email for a week with nothing being done. They still wouldnt help in anyway to pay for rental. All i asked was pay 100 of my deductable which is 300. They said absolutly not. This place is trash do not use them go to conrads.

I've been here a few times and was always well treated and had my car repaired quickly and well. Unlike some other places these guys never stole stuff from my car. I trust these guys and will go back if you run into my car.
