Hello I would not recommend this garage for any Automotive needs. You ask for a tune up on your car because you have a misfire he replaces just one plug and a coil the coil I can understand replacing one!! But to only replace one spark plug is rediculous. Being a mechanic myself I would never do this and no mechanic I know would do this. Also then to do the job completely is an hour job total according to all data. The mechanics are stating that he wants to charge me another two hours to do the job correctly. Please do not take your vehicle here unless you want a half done job.

I ve had two wonderful experiences with KMD service center. They were able to get me in very quickly both times. I recently bought a new vehicle that I was having some issues with and they got me in same day day to look it over and fix my issue in a matter of hours. Highly recommend, great people!

Wanted to thank Randy today for going above and beyond for my daughter. We have been going to Randy for years and have always had great service. My daughter had oil leaking from her car, I told her to stop by Randys. Not only did he fit her in, he diagnosed the problem and didnt charge her. Honest, hardworking and kind!THANK YOU AGAIN FROM THIS MOM!

Randy is our Go-To mechanic for both my car and hubby's truck. As a matter of fact I'm making my appointment this week for a new battery installation and sticker. He's been very helpful in saving us money when things are tight

Workers are a**holes, tried parking for Gouda Boys, and wasn t even going to be long enough to turn my car off. Got snapped at and told to immediately move my car, no asking if we could move it or telling us where we should park. Just yelling at us and telling us move your car now, while snapping at us. Definitely wouldn t give them any of my service.

Didn't even have to go there to see bad service. They wait outside the garage not working waiting for people to park in the wrong spot at the new restaurant next door just to yell and swear at them to move

Just got yelled at by a blonde customer because we were looking for Gouda boys parking.. when I came back from reading the sign where to park, a service tech male to come out and start a fighting match with the blonde customer. 10/10 don t recommend. Get yourself signs for your own parking since it bothers your business so much that goudas getting customers .

KMD auto told me that my car needed tires and alignment for inspection. They were unable to find my tires and offered to call me back later after they found them. Two days later, no follow up call. I made the decision to go to a different place for an inspection, no issues found. Shady. Lazy. Disappointing. Won t bother going back here.

I've known Randy for over ten years at this point. He's a good man and a great mechanic. You'll get quality work, fair prices, and he has your best interests in heart. You can't beat those qualities in a mechanic.Being located on KMD is a plus too if you're coming from the interstate, following the Kennebec, or a local.

I called yesterday 12/30, for which I can prove, to get a sticker on today 12/31. I know it's New Year's Eve. But the guy I spoke with yesterday set me up for a 3 o'clock appointment today. Asked the make and model of my car. I just drove up there. The shop is closed. That is bad business. I will be telling all of my friends to NEVER go to KMD service. Sorry, bud, but your service level sucks. Big.

Best service center, anywhere, ever!! Everyone should be so lucky as to have these guys close by. Affordable efficiency with the best customer service!! I would recommend them to anyone who has any questions or issues with their vehicle. I will certainly be back for regular maintenance and any other services I may need. Thank you so much KMD!!!! You rock!!

My SUV had a big boo-boo at the tire shop and the back window was smashed in. Glass everywhere. I called to find out if it could get detailed and cleaned before I was to drive to Boston to pick up family at the airport the next day. They were so accommodating and squeezed me in - calling in extra workers. My SUV looks and smells fantastic!! Thankfully no one was hurt by the glass!!Exceptional service!!

Very poor service was told 2 front tires are junk while they are well over 3/4 tread. Lied about an alignment that was never done but I got charged for it and then proceeded to tell me my car doesn t have a muffler . Just checked lol it s under there.

Working out of town and had rear caliper start leaking. Brought truck in and had it back in a hour. Nice guys, great service and highly recommend. A+++++
