I will no longer be visiting any of your locations due to the outrageous cost of 279 and change for a synthetic oil and air filter change on my 2022 Denali.The air filter is tissue paper thin!To be there 15 minutes and be charged that is absolutely ludicrous!Your $12.00 coupon is a joke for what you charge! Had I known what the price was going to be I would never had this service. I thought he made a mistake in price!Enough said and I will make sure I spread the word about this price.1 customer down and many more to follow.Your employees were great and very respectful and did there job as they should have.

They came back from their lunch break early. They took both my car and another car in at the same time. I came in for an oil change. I also remembered I was too short to put my new windshield wipers on the other day. I asked him if they charged for that. He said "no, ma'am, I will take care of those for you!"Another 5 Star experience with a well put together "crew"!Thank you again!Mary J. Dempsey

I was able get in right away even towards the end of the day and all the staff were absolute professionals with friendly attitudes who went right to work and took care of my truck. I couldn't ask for a better experience will be taking my other family vehicles there as well.

Last time I went there a year ago my oil change was 85 yesterday it was 121 and they down graded me to a cheaper blend. I asked to have some air put in a tire that was low they did not do it they left the windshield sticker on the seat that said next oil change should be 30 k miles ago. Smoke another fatty boys i won't be back with my company trucks

Jiffy Lube in Waterville is my oil change stop. They are fast and thorough. It's also next to the gas station and car wash. I'm able to stop and get everything done at once.Make sure you look online for coupons to save a few dollars.

These guys have their act together! My car was the only one in the garage at the time, so with all of crew working together, the service was sooo speedy and professional. Will definitely come again.

I think you should have a TV with some kind of cable to watch when you are waiting on your car to be servicedInstead of your personal advertisement on the TVWe use to have that but when it was taken over by the other company all we see is advertisements for the companyThe service was fast and done very wellTwo of the men has been their for years and they always have a smile and know what we want and they make the visit really nice.If the two men were no longer there with their great service we would probably move on to another place.Always great service

Excellent service. Windows cleaned and floors vacuumed. Friendly service techs. Everybody has a long wait these days for an oil change so be patient.

Good service and I love the guys at the Waterville location, but the price has just jumped up way too much! When it was J & S it was like $70/80 maybe, but I just paid over $105 just for an oil change. I needed a filter also and paid $160 in one visit. This is my second visit, and the customer service I received will keep me coming back, I drive over 5,000 miles a month, so I need a place I can rely on all year and so far they check all the boxes.

I paid $150 at this establishment for an oil change and air filter. It was ridiculous. If you don t mind paying out that we re then by all means go to this establishment they even tried to tell me that my battery was no good and only producing at 100 and something when it should be producing at 700 so as soon as I left, I went to another business who tested my battery, and my battery is producing at 650 something The did not have my air filter according to one gentleman in stock so they were going to go down the road at AutoZone and pick one up and come back and still charge me their rate of $50 when I could go down the road as the gentleman said and pick one out for less and put it in . My recommendation is do not go here.Service: Oil change

Okay I went to this place for a light bulb change... and left with my bumper fixed and washer fluid topped off at no charge. My bumper cover was broken real bad and the guy there took his time and fixed it for free and I didn't even ask... the service is amazing super friendly and I absolutely tipped the guy. Thanks for the outstanding service I will be back. Highly recommend.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Went for an oil and filter change at Jiffy Lube KMD Waterville, ME. To expensive now under new ownership, over $100 full synthetic 4.25 quarts. Full disclosure, $15 coupon on Jiffy Lube Website does help but still too much. Cabin air filter, $50 and just for reference, $10 down the road at AutoZone. While I was waiting inline in my car, an employee with a clip board came out and opened my door without my permission, that startled me and had the potential be be an extremely dangerous situation. I strongly recommend asking the customer to open the door. Also, please do not open my glove compartment to check the cabin air filter without my permission. I don t want someone looking through my personal property!Service: Oil change

We had a serious issue with my husbands truck late afternoon the day before Thanksgiving, and we pulled into J&S at 4:50 (10 minutes) before closing. They didn t even bat an eyelash but replied with doesn t bother us, we don t mind! John and Heath - you singlehandedly helped us in not only a quick 10 minutes, but you saved our trip. With a great attitude, 10 minutes before closing the night before a holiday.THANK YOU for your kindness + help - we appreciate. You two deserve a RAISE!

I have been going to them for a few years now. They take awesome care of all of my cars. Especially my work vehicle. (Mail carrier). Always fast and professional. The people working there are nice enough but I had to wait in line for an hour to get into there and then another 25 minutes getting a oil change. So 1 hour and a half to get an oil change? I will just make an appointment at my local garage for my oil changes it only takes a half an hour. Nice place and nice people but spending this much time for an oil change is silly.
