Nick Souviney is such an asset to your company. I emailed Nick I was interested in a vehicle and he called me within two minutes. When I arrived the vehicle was ready for me to test drive and the process was quick and easy. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Nick and I look forward to a third when the time is right.

Bob Van Gorden is a knowledgeable and very accommodating salesperson. He took the time to listen to our needs and got us the exact car we were looking for. We have had the 2024 4 Runner TRD Off Road Premium for 3 days now and love it! It was worth traveling 58 miles to meet with Bob and we recommend that everyone look him up. As the sign on his desk reads ..he really is a big deal!

Matt L. was great in explaining everything clearly through out the entire process and even stayed well after their closing to explain all of the features of our new vehicle. This was the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Bob Van Gorden and was once again a very pleasant experience. Bob is patient and kind while trying out cars and in explaining the paperwork. He is a professional who can put a person's mind at ease about the car buying experience . My husband and I look forward to working with him more in the future.

I just purchased a 2021 Tacoma from Central Maine. I'm in my mid 60's so I have had a little experience with car dealerships over the years. None were pleasant experiences. All were high stress, EXCEPT this one.Bob Van Gorden was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly (to me, anyway), relaxed. I felt no pressure at all. First time ever leaving a dealership "happy".

First time purchasing from Central Maine Toyota. My husband and I are very pleased. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted, asked if wanted any assistance. No pressure from John nor Ryan, our sales representative. We were offered a fair dollar amount for our 2014 Toyota Camry LE as a trade in, though we declined as we already had a buyer. Ryan was wonderful to work with. We felt he was working for us. When we picked up the Camry, Ryan made sure I was comfortable with all the setups and gadgets before driving off to home. We would definitely recommend Central Maine Toyota.This review was made after our new 2024 Toyota Camry SE was picked up with a full tank of gas (courtesy of Central Maine Toyota) and driven 50 miles to home. This Camry gave a great ride, responded extremely well to passing traffic on the highway as well as some tight corners with intown driving. I, we, are very happy with our purchase and Ryan who assisted us.

This is my first time shopping at a real dealership and Bob made the experience quick and easy. He was informative and was willing to let me try out multiple cars, although I only tried 2 because I loved the second one. He even brought over the 2 cars from the Chevy lot so I could keep my business with him. Now I know why my dad continues to shop at Cental Maine Toyota.

Brought a vehicle in for a trade, thought I wouldn t get a fair deal for the trade being a woman I absolutely got a great trade in deal, and drove away with a brand new vehicle that I love! David Shaw was a great help and all other associates were super personable. Been buying my vehicles here for 16 years and will continue to do so! Customer service is top notch!

Lance Libby the salesman who handled my purchase, was excellent, he was polite, professional, well informed and kept me informed throughout the sales. Everyone at the dealership was great. This was our 5th Toyota purchase from Central Maine Toyota. We are always extremely pleased with the service we receive and how pleasant the experience is. We also greatly appreciate that they do not charge the unnecessary doc fees at their dealerships as well. Zach Switzer was our salesman and he did an excellent job. He made sure we were comfortable with all aspects of the sale. He answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. He made the process easy for our family. We highly recommend this dealership!

Bryan James was a great salesman to work with very kind, patient, & answered all our questions. He was not pushy & to me that gives him extra points .don t like pushy people & even worse are pushy salesman, so I thought he was awesome!!Central Maine Motors Toyota has been great to us with our Toyota Camry, so that s part of the reason we went back & purchased our RAV4.

As always, negotiations were easy, the process was reasonable and I never felt as though I was being upsold or taken advantage of. Purchased a 2023 tundra limited. Smooth hassle free sales experience. The salesman, Brad, was very knowledgeable about the product and went through all features thoroughly. Edit: I've had this truck a few days now, traded a Highlander (which i loved) for it, but this truck is amazing. I couldn't be happier

I recently purchased a Rav4 Hybrid from Central Maine Toyota with the help of Bob Van Gorden. It was one of the best experiences I have had with buying a vehicle. Bob was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the transaction process fast and easy and took his time explaining the features and how to operate my new Rav4. I did not feel pressured or rushed and left the dealership feeling happy and very satisfied. I highly recommend Central Maine Toyota to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience!

What an amazing experience! I want to highlight Lance Libby from the sales team specifically. As many know, the market right now is brutal and trying to obtain the specific trim and color vehicle is taking many people months to accomplish.With one email to Lance, he found the exact trim and color truck we had been hunting for. Even more, it was in transit already and would be available in only (2) weeks!The best part of all, was when we arrived the truck was parked right out front and after a quick run through the paperwork, we were on our way! Thank you Lance for a seamless and stress-free experience. This is how vehicle shopping is meant to be!

I bought my new 2024 Toyota Corolla hybrid from this dealership and the experience was as smooth as the ride in this hybrid car! This is the 2nd car I have bought here and have used their services for all car maintenance on the 1st Corolla. I shall continue to do so! The agent who worked with me, Bob Van Gordon, was as pleasant, helpful, and upbeat as one could wish for in making such an important and expensive investment. The service department, likewise.

Bought my first really nice truck at Central Maine Motors in Waterville Maine. One of the best experience s I ve ever had in buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend to go there to get your new Toyota. Ask for Ryan Crocker.Although there service department is not very good. They messed up my alignment on my truck after trying to fix it and had to bring it back 3 times to have it fixed. They also did some work on the enginge and i had to bring it back for some new gaskets not even a year later after i was smelling some antifreeze.Sales Department: Ryan Crocker A+Service Department: D-

I found the car I wanted on their website. I was contacted immediately by Matt Loubier. I had a lot of questions because I would be coming from nearly 300 miles away. Matt was responsive, open, and honest about every aspect of the vehicle and he worked with me on a price that I felt was fair. When I came for the car, it was ready to go and just as he described. I was given good information on an extended warranty and was not pressured in the least. In the end, it wasn't necessary and it was fine. Everyone should buy a car from Matt. You will not regret it.

I initially shopped your website and traveled 2 hours and 50 minutes from Calais to see three different vehicles. For different reasons, all three were unavailable. I ended up finding a vehicle and purchasing it with your awesome salesman Chris Albee! He was knowledgeable and able to quickly multitask. He had the answer to all my questions or he found them quickly, and was delightful to deal with.
