I just recently purchased a beautiful Jeep from here and I rated them 5 stars due to the friendly salesman, Austin, that worked with me and the atmosphere. When we first walked in, it was a clean and quiet place and in no time at all someone asked if I needed help. They were more than willing to negotiate with me on my needs in a vehicle and super friendly about it! I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a great vehicle. Thank you again!!

Nathan was awesome! Very friendly and down to earth, making the process quick and easy. Was able to answer any questions I had throughout the purchase. I was coming up from another state so I needed everything to be squared away before I arrived. At the dealership all the employees were friendly, you could tell everyone really enjoyed working there and it reflected onto the customers at the showroom floor. Would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Central Maine Motors!

Garrett Gallagher from Central Maine Chrysler was very helpful to me when I came in to purchase a used vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted and there were 3 to choose from. He made sure I was able to try each one out (even going to another lot to get them) and answered any questions I had and if he didn't know the answer, he went and found it. Then once I made my choice, the financial team got me a better percentage on my loan then I had originally gotten on my own. I was very impressed with the pleasant helpful attitudes from all and I will definitely go there to purchase my next vehicle, whether it be used or new! I would definitely recommend anyone go to them to purchase and ask for Garrett, he was super pleasant and knowledgeable.

Geoff and the staff at CMM service department were wonderful! They went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle back on the road with heat for the winter and before my warranty ran out. They also gave me a courtesy ride back to my home (a bit of a drive) when my vehicle was going to take longer than I thought. I love the video of my vehicle they sent via text to see what they had done. They are a pretty good crew! Thanks for keeping customer service what it should be and for that I will continue to be a loyal, happy customer!

This was our 3rd vehicle purchase from Central Maine Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Every experience has been great, but I especially appreciated our most recent. Even being a busy Saturday at the end of the month; Nathan made sure that we were able to complete our purchase and stayed late to wrap up all the paperwork. With a full showroom of customers and a couple deals ahead of ours, he continued to check on me and make sure that our purchase of the Willys Wrangler went flawlessly.

Steven Roy is amazing! He even sent me a video covering my vehicles inspection. I am utterly pleased as they were able to get my vehicle in 2 hours before my appointment. Thank you to the chrysler service department for doing an outstanding job.

I personally feel taken advantage of just because I am a woman. I had asked for key fobs to be re-programmed to the truck because batteries were changed. Oil change (Qty 14). Rotate tires (they were brand new last year). Replaced wiper blades. Checked out the squeak in the front end. Diagnosed: recommended replacing both lower joints. Windshield washer wouldn't spray: replaced sprayer nozzle. Vehicle was looked over for upcoming inspection sticker (free because I bought the vehicle there). However vehicle failed inspection due to broken manifold bolts. To replace broken bolts-$1250. Additional charge for Shop supplies. My bill for total labor was $306. My bill for total parts was $133. Total bill I paid for oil change, rotate tires, replace wiper blades, 2 key fobs to be re-programmed to the truck: $466. Absolutely taken advantage of. You can bet I'll never go back to Central Maine Motors Auto Group. Thanks, but no thanks. "The guys with no dock fees".

Great Jeep when purchased. Driver seat broke and should have cost me $200 turned into $1100. Service department even had a service bulletin on the issue from 3 years earlier. Rear window which is warranted is still waiting to be fixed for 6 months. Got overcharged on an oil change and was told I have a credit instead of a refund. Will never buy there again.

No pressure, easy experience buying a 2022 2500. Nathan was very helpful. Only problem was I asked for new wiper blades and didn't get them. I didn't notice until I was almost home. I would still do business with them in the future.

I bought my vehicle and the sales team were terrific! Trying to reach anyone in service is impossible. I have been trying for a week and the phones ring and no one answers and no answering machine takes a message. I was recently in Waterville and decided to stop in to schedule an appt. After waiting for a 1/2 hour in the service area, I left.
