If I could give a 0 I would. Have had 3 separate appointments. Got a call a day before the first one they were just ordering my windshield and it would take 10-15 days. Not sure why we wait until day before appointment to order but ok. 2nd appointment comes, drive two hours to location as I am from Jackman to get there and have them start and then be told the windshield they received was broken. Okay, reschedule. Get a call today for my appointment Friday 1/26 so 2 days before that they again just went to order windshield and it will be 10-15 days.I could not be more frustrated with this location. Funny how I was able to call the Skowhegan location and get an appointment made for Friday.I will never do business at this Waterville location as they clearly do not care about their customers and the customer service is a joke.

Really enjoyed this experience. Ordered a custom cut piece of glass for a coffee bar. It was delivered early and perfect. I enjoyed talking with the front staff. Highly recommend it.

Came in with a chip in my windshield.Thought I would need to replace it. Instead they let me know that it would be a simple repair job. Got me in the next day as we were getting ready to go away for a few days. Quick and easy repair.been a couple weeks no problems at all.Easy to work with great jobService: Auto windshield repair

Lost my appt, lost my billing, changed staffing...forgot my appt...finally showed up..part of order, windows were broken, had to re order, reschedule. Left a bill said zero balance. Then called and said we still owed $$....very unorganized

EDIT - I emailed them and Eric called me. He was very sorry about it all. He offered me 50% off and appreciated my business. This was a very bold and caring move from this company. Thank you. They made a customer forever with this.Went to fix a small ding for $70 they cracked my entire windshield. They told me this almost never happens and then quoted me $310 to fix it legitimately it was the highest out of pocket quote in town. Not only did they break it more but wanted the most.Service: Auto windshield repair

Needed a windshield replacement on my Subaru. They were able to get us in first thing on Monday, only took an hour and a half, and it looks great! It rained the day after, we had no issues. Fast, friendly, great price, would definitely go again!

They squeezed me in the same day I called for a price quote and replaced my windshield within an hour when we initially expected it to be at least a 2 hour wait time. These folks are very accommodating, great customer service and did an awesome job with my windshield.

I got an estimate for a window replacement, I wanted both panes in window replaced, they charged 235.00 and did not do both windows. Never using them again, was rude when I went in to try to discuss the misunderstanding.

Fair pricing. I went for window tint inspection and the gentleman at the counter was friendly and polite. I didnt have to wait long and I was out the door with a very small fee for the service. I highly recommend.

Great company, excellent knowledge, not money grabbers. Went in to get some large sheets of glass replaced with lexan for a snake enclosure at around $230 and they informed me that my best option is to stick with the glass I already have due to the size and thickness I needed the lexan wouldn t be my most secure option.

They got me in quick was rilly inexpensive and it only took a little bit more than a hour to get it done. They did a good job on my windshield.

Although I'm not a customer and will not be I had 2 encounters with their service trucks within 90 days on College Ave.July 2018, as Im leaving the Waterville Post Office torwards South Main Street Downtown, their service truck tailgated me and laid on the horn. This is a 25 MPH Zone. While also noticing the driver getting irate and throwing their hands up.April 2018, as Im turning down Hazelwood Ave, .25 or 1/4 mile from American Glass, here comes their service truck almost cutting me off in my turn. Except they didnt secure their load and a large glass broke right in the road near the smoke shop at 730am...I called the place of business this July and the gentleman had nothing much to say other then " I will look into it ".EDIT: After looking at the reviews it appears their own employees leave reviews...HUH ????
