The customer service here is awful, they don't know what they're doing and they don't bother try to figure it out, including the manager. I wouldn't expect employees to know everything, but their willingness to use their sources and help you is zero. If you're the manager at an auto parts store you should have at least SOME knowledge about cars, but he's rude and doesn't seem to know anything.On multiple occasions I called ahead of time to confirm they had the part I needed in stock before I made the drive. When I arrived, they suddenly didn't have it, and made very little effort to find the part. Never coming here again

Had to deal with a young woman cashier who had her father working beside her and I recieved a part that isnt even to my vehicle. Tore my car apart to replace the part just to find out it isnt even remotely close. Looked up the part # and it only fits one vehicle completely different than mine. Real hassle trying to get the correct part without a means of transportation. Hire people who know one car brand from another. Thanks

One time the car was dead cause I had bought a new alternator but did not get a new battery too. yes a dead battery will kill your new alternator!I had no tools with me to install battery so I could get it home. The guy came out and tested the junk battery dug up tools and helped install the new battery so I could drive home with the juice in it and install my second alternator. Thanks Buddy!

This store is useless for parts delivery they will not deliver to Limerick. If the owner wants to make money I suggest expanding delivery distance to 10 miles. You want someone to spend 200 dollars on a starter but you cannot deliver the part, your store is useless.

I was very disappointed in the customer service we received here. We unfortunately had to be out driving in a bad storm storm, and needed new wiper blades. Stopped here because it was the first place we saw. They wouldn't help install the blades. We took our business down the road to advanced auto parts where they happily put new blades on for free. Vote with your wallet!

they were super nice. staff came out and helped me put power steering fluid in which was amazing. was very impressed with their knowledge of products and their helpfulness. def recommend them to anyone who needs stuff for their vehicle.

If I could leave negative I would. I bought plugs and wires for my Subaru Forester and when my mechanic went to install them they were used!! Like REALLY??!!?? Bad customer service and how hard is it to check a product before handing over to a customer. It cost me extra time, gas and time off and did they care or compensate me in any way?? Absolutely Not. I will never return to Waterboro Napa!!

Stopped in for wiper blades and was immediately offered choices from high-end to low-end. The manager was kind enough to explain the difference other than the prices which is always helpful.

Update #2: The manager of the Waterboro store, Kathy, caught wind of what happened (while she was out and a man from another store was covering for her) and very kindly reached out. She was extremely understanding and went to great lengths to rectify the situation, even going so far as to order me a new back wiper blade straight from the manufacturer. She also refunded me for the faulty wiper and we are trying to work on a solution for repairing the scratches on my back windshield. I am impressed by Kathy s professionalism and compassion. It s too bad that I happened to go in the day that gentleman was covering for her because I do not believe that I experienced the store in the way it is typically run. I appreciate that NAPA cared enough to fix this issue for me and the way they handled it in the end has convinced me that I can trust the Waterboro store again in the future.Update: tried calling corporate and they said they d have a manager call me. Got a call a couple days later. Told them the whole story just to find out he was the manager for East MILLINOCKET when I said the incident happened in East WATERBORO. I also sent an email to the address I was given to in the reply below and I got a reply saying my message was not able to be delivered (and I double checked the address to make sure it was right). You guys are truly awful at the whole customer service thing...The Waterboro, Maine location does NOT have a lot of know-how. They sold me the wrong length wiper blade and when I needed help installing it, the associate put it on even though it clearly didn t fit correctly. When I went to use my back wiper, the casing that goes over the blade was touching the windshield and scraped along the entire thing. When I went back for the third time to get help fixing it, the only remedy I was offered was an even trade for the right size blade. Not sure why I would owe anything for a mistake your company made in the first place, especially when it caused damage to my car! The manager was also rude and wouldn t even listen to my explanation of what happened without interrupting me to tell me I was wrong. And, to top it all off, upon using the wiper that s the correct size, I ve noticed it only clears water off with the outer half of the blade. Great quality - go figure they re Napa brand! Will never shop at Napa again.

Keith is less than helpful. This Napa has now given me a very hard time a out returning a bad Napa battery (record of sale in their computer system) that only lasted 1/3 of it's projected life, has sent me away without being able to sell me a headlight bulb because I didn't know if my engine was 2.0 or 2.5, and now refuse to assist me with a taillight bulb. There is one guy there that is efficient and interested in actually helping the customer and it is NOT the manager and NOT Keith. Wonder why?

Update your hours on Google. I just spent 45 minutes driving there and back because you couldn't be bothered to update your hours here to say that you're closing at 5pm instead of 6pm. Have some respect for your customers and their time.

Very convient, only parts store in town, they tend to have the parts I need or can tell me where to find them, I've been happy with their customer service.

NAPA has what you need. Great that they have this location in Waterboro. I'm not a mechanic, but am handy around cars, motorcycle's, and small engines. They are always helpful there.

Have a wide selection of auto parts and the people are pretty helpful at making sure you get what you need. I'd say the prices are fair for what they're selling
