Went in for Front brake work a little while ago. The guys were great. Friendly service. Was in and out in less than 2 hours. A+ service. Would recommend them to friends and family. Very knowledgeable mechanics.~ Todd P.Posting on my Uncle's Google acct.

On a Thursday (1/12/23) when I got into my car and started to reverse, the brakes, when pressed, fell all the way to floor and provided almost no pressure. I had tried to call Baker automotive as I had been going here only because my family raves about them, and for good reason. However, this was an urgent issue that needed to be addressed immediately.I recalled seeing a relatively new auto shop adjacent to where the old cozy corner used to be across from the milk room and decided to give them a call. Working second shift, I called them around 4pm and they were able to get me in Monday morning with repairs completed on Tuesday only because there were no calipers in the surrounding area until that day.I m very glad I decided to give this place a try. Since cars are complex machines, it s hard to know if you re going to be taken advantage of in regards to the actual scope of repairs needed and its cost. I felt that Brandon was knowledgeable about the issue at hand as he immediately diagnosed what was plaguing my breaks and gave me an accurate time frame of when to expect my vehicle back. He was friendly and treated me like how you would a friend. But, above all else, I felt he was honest with me about the repairs and what it would cost. He gave me an estimate and it was exactly what I paid even though some minor additional repairs were needed.I will come here from now on for general maintenance/repairs and highly recommend anyone who wants to try out a new mechanic. If I could give 100 stars, it still wouldn t be enough. These two guys go above and beyond, and don t stop until the customer is happy. If you re looking for a new mechanic, one you can trust- you ve found your place. Years, money and time I have wasted on other mechanics for them to take advantage of me and my money. Finally, I have two honest guys who are knowledgeable, time efficient and trustworthy!Service: Engine repair

Not only is this top of the line work but these men are good and honest about the work they do. I never have to feel I'm taken advantage of and I know my car is in the best hands. The owner is a really down to earth guy and yet extremely professional. There isn't a better shop in the area. And I love a good communicator!

Was able to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation really fast when compared to a dealership. when i arrived, I actually felt like a customer and not a number. I am extremely happy and grateful that I finally found my forever auto mechanic!My car needed extensive work, the engine needed to be replaced. They were more than happy to accommodate me and get me back on the road as soon as possible. They are extremely knowledgeable, great customer service, and I saved the best for last.. Honest.Would I recommend them? Absolutely! I will be sending my mom there, if that tells you anything... Thank you so much!

I went in to have a cross member installed on older truck. When I dropped it off he saw that both needed to be done. It was gonna cost about 1500$ most mechanics would have done the work and given me my truck back and collected there money not brandon and company. He called me in once he got in there and showed me everything that was wrong and it was way way more then I expected. He gave me his opinion and that as much as he wanted the work he didn't know if it was worth fixing because it was gonna cost about 4k. What mechanic would have done that. They would have taken there money and run. He's done small work for me. And always great. Definitely recommend him.

Great people, great pricing, & more importantly, great work! They gave me an estimate that was very good, got it done exactly when they said they would and my cars been running great since then. Best recommendation I can give is that these guys will be doing any future work on my car.

Overall this business has been great for what I have needed to get fixed on my car. The customer service is beyond great and the quotes are cheaper than most mechanics in the area. I have an oil leak in my car and I was concerned that it would be a big chunk on money and I wasn t going to be able to fix it. However I was told that I could actually finance the work and make monthly payments so it doesn t break the bank.

Having been through these guys a few times I can honestly say they genuinely care for their customers. They explain everything they're doing as they're doing your service.
