4/9/24 Went to nine places to get an inspection sticker, all of them had an excuse or wanted to book me out days or weeks, for a process that takes five minutes. Some of the mechanics were just standing around outside talking and doing nothing with wide open bays. Just right put me in the shop in about an hour. No hassle, just people actually working. Best atmosphere.

Very easy to get ahold of, great customer service, down to earth, and they don t try to sell you more than you need done. Absolutely recommend them and will be bringing my car here any time we need work done on it again!

Best auto repair in all of Maine!! Lindley has taken excellent care of our vehicles over the years, and as we own European made cars, when we moved to the area we were beyond THANKFUL to find Just Right Auto Repair; our cars BMW, Mercedes and Porsche. 5 star every time!!! Thank you so much!

I went to just right Auto yesterday to have rear brakes done on my car very happy with their work the guys were all nice and knowledgeable and they answered all questions about my car I will be going to this garage from now on for car repairs oil changes Etc

I paid 5700 dollars to have a motor put into my truck. The exhaust leaks, gas line was only finger tight, improper hoses were used on the intake which caused overheating. When I tried to bring it back because it was under supposed warrenty the owner Lindsey was unhelpful and didn't seem to feel any remorse for doing hack work. He made excuses instead of being a man and fixing his errors. If you want a backyard garbage mechanic I'd recommend you go this this sleezebag.

We were on vacation in the area and our truck broke down after hours. Just Right Auto was AAA recommended so we had the truck towed there. The next morning I called and talked to Kyle. He said they already had 10 customers scheduled that day, but they fit us in anyway. The fix was to replace the transmission cooler and hydraulic lines. The work was completed that same day. They tried to avoid replacement of the transmission cooler, but it was not possible. I feel that the service far exceeded our expectations. They went out of their way to complete the repairs quickly to minimize the time needed with a rental car. The work was done right and the cost was lower than I expected. Kyle was very professional and up front with us. Overall I was highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who needs auto repairs.

I found Just Right Auto by driving by it often. After checking out the reviews, I thought I'd give them a try. They replaced my rear bumper on my 09 F250. I purchased the bumper myself. Kyle was fantastic to deal with from the first conversation I had with him. Great first impression. Beautiful facility. Replacement was at a great price. I had a lot of extra wiring but the tech had no problem dealing with it. I would go back to JRA in a heart beat. Many thx.

Dropped my car off for an alignment on a Wednesday, received a call the following Monday stating it was done when I went to pick it up.I talked to the mechanic who presumably did the alignment, who simply stated "all they matters is we got it done" 3 times while he was cashing me out, so I assumed it went smoothly. When I got out to my car I realized they had managed to knock my window off track, and then broke the track trying to fix it, and worst of all my alignment is still not right, steering wheel is not straight, and pulls under Accel and deccel.Not sure if they only aligned the front and not rear, but would have appreciated some communication about what went down.I'll take it to Napa next time I need an alignment, which is now, even though I had it aligned here less then a month ago.

Went here for a wheel bearing replacement. After the repair I noticed a sound from same area as repair... immediately returned to shop to ask them to check it out. They offer free estimates but didn't recheck or give me a free estimate. Instead simply said they didn't know what the problem was and dismissed me. I feel they should have at least reinspected the area and diagnosed the problem before having me leave...it sounds like a wheel bearing problem still...jet plane sound while driving. They did let me pay my balance on two separate days weeks apart and I appreciate that but I'm overall frustrated they let me leave with an issue unexplored when they offer free estimates...
