Overall, I had a pleasant experience at R/S Auto Works. The staff were pleasant and professional. The customer service that I received when I picked up my vehicle was top notch. The price was reasonable and was up to industry standards. I will defiantly be returning to R/S Auto Works again and would defiantly recommend them to family and friends for their repair needs. The only bad thing that I have to say was I was not impressed with the customer service I received when I was scheduling my appointment.

Do you need a dependable, honest and reliable mechanic? This is it. R&S Auto has never let me down. I've depended on this place for years, as did my in-laws. Just today, I pulled in and needed to ask a quick question, just 30 sec. of time, he interrupted his lunch to do just that, being as busy as they are, I am so thankful. In an age where customer service can be questionable at best, this place serves it up in spades. Thanks Rich and everyone.

Very satisfied with R&S auto. The owner is VERY honest and genuine, VERY reasonable priced, and gets the work done VERY fast. Will never go to anyone else. He also took the time to explain everything he did to the vehicle and discussed any other questions and concerns I had. Wish I could give more than 5 stars on this place..

I cannot say enough good things about this garage!In the 10+ years I've been driving and owning vehicles, I have always taken my cars here. The honesty, and quality of service offered is unparalleled. They also sell tires at very competitive prices (worth looking into if you're in the market for them).Whether it's a sticker, a repair, or a new set of tires, I cannot stress enough to call R/S Auto Works first...you will not regret it!

I really appreciate R/S Auto Works. Not only do they do excellent work, but they have real integrity. They are dependable and honest. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. Their rates are reasonable, they do exceptional work, and they go out of their way to give the best possible service. They are the only ones I let work on my cars because they earned my trust which is not easy to do. I give them a 5 star in repair and service, and highly recommend them.

My family has 4 vehicles that Rich and his son have worked on over the years. I have nothing but good things to say about his business. He doesn't push work that does not need to be done. I have never felt like he was trying to squeeze every dollar out of me. Actually I feel that he has tried to save me money and do repairs that are needed and to make the vehicles safe. Rich takes the time listen and to make sure we are happy with the work that has been done. We don't take our vehicles to dealerships anymore.

Best mechanic around. He s honest will not over charge you and takes time to explain what s needed in a way you can understand most mechanics won t take that time like he does. I ll never go to anyone else!

As a new Mainer I had to have my car inspected and some work done. The people at RS were very nice, very helpful, and my car runs better than ever! I will definitely go back!

Blew a brake line on vacation from NYS.....stopped at one repair place a little down Rte 1....they didn't seem to really care about helping us....called RS Auto Works and said to bring it right in. Clean, friendly, comfortable and extremely helpful people. If this place was by us, it would be the one I would bring our vehicles to for sure!

The best place around. I wouldn't go to anyone else after going to Rich and co. Hes reasonable and doesn't find a bunch of add ons just to make a few more bucks.
