I had a tire emergency. Not only did they fit me in at the last minute, I was shown a picture of the damage, provided with a quality used tire a,s mine was irreparably damaged, and they got me back on the road within an hour.They have two roomy waiting areas with coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water and free ice cream! There's also a window where you can see into the work area and watch the progress being made on your vehicle.The price was substantially less than I had expected too.Would highly recommend for all your service needs as well as batteries and a wide selection of name brand tires from which to choose.

Very knowledgeable and efficient. I had an existing problem with tires from a different merchant who could not solve the problem. 201 came to my rescue and immediately knew what the issue was and resolved it. Thank you so much 201. I would highlyrecommend them if you have any issues.

Was a good service for a fair price. I stopped by for a mount and balance. They don't do appointments, and my car was started on immediately. Friendly attendants, nice waiting room with free ice cream!

I needed 4 new tires put on my suv. I already had the tires but had trouble finding a place that would put them on. Not only did Battery and Tire do it but it was first come first serve. I got it done same day! Highly recommended

I called to schedule AC work on my vehicle. The AC started running hot before our vacation.201 Tire and battery got me scheduled in a little over a week out. I didn't bother calling around, they already had my appointment. I was very happy, at that point knowing how hard it is to get an appointment these days.I schedule time off from work and a ride to pick me up on the day of my appointment.I show up, the person working the counter says I hope that's not the new refrigerant. I said it is. He said oh yeah, we can't service anything with that new stuff.I wasted time off, trip from Waterville and will most likely now cancel my non-refundable campground reservation as its very hot and humid , 3 hours one way and this is my tow vehicle.

We have gotten tires and batteries from this business. We also purchased a CRV from them a few years ago.Jim, Mike, and their crews are friendly and get their jobs down as expected. Today was an alignment on the truck. They have a nice waiting area to sit, watch TV, or read a magazine while you wait. They also have a freezer full of free ice creams and a cooler with bottles of water if you would like. We will definitely be going back again and again.

Needed to get my battery tested, and they provided the testing and then a used battery and the vent piece I needed to put it together, even offering to help with it. Great service, very professional, and FREE ICE CREAM aaaa !!!!

I started going here a few years ago when I couldn't get an appointment in town Augusta. They are just a short ride almost in Augusta just barely in vassalboro and worth the short ride. They do more than tires and now I am going to go there for everything. They have competent employees and great customer service. I really like them and will continue to do business there now. I spread the word and have a few other family members going there now too since it's rare to find such good customer service.... it's worth spreading the word. Good prices too which is important. I got a quote for new tires and I will buy in the spring and I was surprised at the price. I didn't shop around but I thought a lot of tires over the years and have a good feel for the price and it was a good price for my Nissan frontier.

The sign light where it talks about batteries, it is blinding. When go past, I lose sight, need it to be dimmer.

Wound up going here due to my car deciding to die at a nearby gas station ; had a friendly stranger jump start us and then we took it right over to this place ( 201 Tire ....) and found out my battery was QUITE done, when the very nice mechanic tested my battery for how much life remained , and it D I E D right there ! Lol! .... it was about 6 years old ; the original battery that came with my car . So the mechanic got us a new battery , hooked it all up in no time flat with no appointment even ! We did have to wait roughly 20 minutes as they were busy , but we were so thankful just knowing we got it DONE , before it decided to die somewhere and leave us stranded, that it was WELL WORTH the wait !Would highly recommend!THANK YOU 201 , for getting us in , we appreciate you !!

Great service. They said they dont do appoinments but when I asked them to put our work van down for a certain day they did so and got our tires on for a good price and in a timely manner, don't waster your time with tire wharehouse or towne fair tire. Is comparison 201 tire is way way better

Showed up 20 minutes before they closed with a damaged tire and they fixed it immediately and got me on my way on a Friday afternoon. Excellent service.
