While no one wants to have their vehicle in the shop for extensive repair work, I am so pleased to say I had the most exceptional experience working with Adventure Autoworks! Matt was able to squeeze me into his schedule and did a wonderful job getting my BMW X3 back on the road again. He is absolutely my guy from here on out! I am so happy with the communication my husband and I both had from Jeremy about the process. I have a few more things to have serviced on my car and have already scheduled the appointment to be back.

My friend sent me to Josh, he said "if anyone can figure it out he will." He can, he did and my rusty piece of Subaru is starting and on the road again. These guys really know what they're doing, they go over all the options and ways it can, or can't be fixed. Then for a very fair price they fix it. Not many places these days have happy customers coming in and dropping off items and being cheerful, have you noticed?. This garage has laughter, a warm waiting room even today, and reliable workers who know their stuff. Feel respected not taken for a ride and check this place out

One of the most difficult things when one moves to an unfamiliar place is finding a trustworthy mechanic for your vehicle. I recently had a major problem with my Honda Insight. Not only were they sympathetic to the position this put us in, but they carefully and thoughtfully explained the issue, the options for solutions and potential pitfalls. I will be taking any of my future mechanical needs to Adventure Autowrks, but I will be referring anyone who asks me. Thank you guys for the honesty and empathy.

Mr. Coron always takes extremely good care of my Subaru. He is a great Subaru tech and always does the repair at about 1/2 the dealership quote. Josh & Matt we're very good to me! I have a used Volvo 2005 that nobody could figure out how to fix and they fixed it but now there's something wrong with it again so it's very frustrating and it's back there and I'm hoping to hear from them soon*(they are very busy!) and I'm hoping they give me some credit cuz I spent a lot of money the first time about a month ago; not that it wasn't a good deal it's just that I don't have a lot of money! I'm also wondering if they have any AAA Plus discounts anyway I highly recommend them and I'm hoping I'll hear from them soon and it won't push me into further high interest credit card debt.Follow up! I can't recommend Adventure Auto enough! I just heard that my car is ready and I was only another $153. As a master mechanic myself it s hard to trust others to work on my vehicles.. but when I walked away from the industry I ve known my whole life to pursue something different. I found Matt and Josh! The are some of the most welcoming and knowledgeable mechanics I ve talked to in a long time. I ve put my full trust with them and they ve earned it! I would highly recommend them to anyone

Very knowledgeable staff. Prices are like everywhere else, but at least you know things are getting done correctly. They will also get you in at the last minute if something becomes an emergency. I just wish they were open for a little while on Saturdays.

The guys here are simply TOP NOTCH. I can't say enough good things. My warranty company left me high and dry, and the guys here stepped up, tried to work with the warranty company, only to have the same results. They went above and beyond, by helping me still repair my car at a cost I could afford, and gave me the best options moving forward with what I needed, and yet still pulled out all the stops and fixed every single problem I had. Ended up being a total engine replacement on a used car, because the previous owner did some real damage on it, and they showed me everything. They told me they could do the bare minimum, but didn't feel right about just doing that to get by. They explained everything and what my result would or could be. I really have to say, every other mechanic would have skirted by, and taken my money. This is NOT how they run things there, and I can honestly say, I won't be going ANYWHERE else again. This is my mechanic team from here on out! You guys are AWESOME. Thank you again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I rarely trust Auto shops these days and I usually do (most) of my own mechanical work but it's winter now and I don't have a garage or specialized equipment. So, I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about my visit with Matt & Josh at their shop this morning for my wife's Subaru Outback. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and highly competitive pricing compared to (other) local shops and especially dealerships. They also gave me estimates for more work on my other SUV so I could put that in my budget. I foresee an ongoing & longterm relationship as a repeat customer with these guys. I won't hesitate to take my vehicles there again. They were also able to get a jammed sunroof closed until we can delve into it further and figure out a price while the local Subaru dealer wanted $150 just to put my car into a bay and play with the switches. It took them less than 15-20 minutes of time, and that's exactly what they charged me for.Week of 1/11/2023: I cannot say enough good things about this shop as well as the Owners; Matt & Josh. They got 3 of my vehicles in and out this week. Aside from a stickers on my daughter-in-law's Civic they did a new muffler in record time plus new studded snows. The next day, I had my Saab 97x SUV in there for expert welding work to replace a rotted rear trailing arm mount and now, my 18 year old SUV rides like new. Then an inspection and a new sticker. I'd brought my wife's Subaru Outback (which had been hit in the front end 2 days before), up there just to pay my bill so they could leave my SUV outside for a pickup later after closing. When Matt saw that the Subaru had no low beams from the hit and run, he didn't want my wife driving it without the low beams so, he sent me down to Center St to pick up new bulbs. When I got back with them, he told me to pick up my wife's Subaru later as originally planned. They stayed late to get the headlights working again to make sure the car was safe to drive. It was already 6pm when I got back with the new headlights. When we got back there around 8pm or so, it was not only fixed but one of the guys put body tape on the front bumper to hold everything together I til I can bring it in for the collision estimate. That's truly going above and beyond for your customers!! I've already scheduled 2 more appointments up there to complete the mechanical restoration on my SUV with new front steering parts, sway bar links and new front struts.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto exhaust system replacement, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection

Three different shops misdiagnosed an issue with my car and these guys were able to fix it quickly and for less money than I was expecting. Great customer service and work ethic.Edit: Came in for a routine tune-up. Service was very quick and their parts supplier was extremely fast! I've only been here once but Josh already earned my business on all 3 of my vehicles even though he is a bit out of the way for me. If you want someone who will be honest about what you actually need to keep your vehicles running without recommending excessive and probably unnescessary repairs, give them a try.
