I purchased my 2002 Volvo S60 through 74 Auto and they always were quick to respond and help out when I had any sort of issue, wether financially or mechanical they were one call away, and getting to know the owner and staff personally they have grown to be great friends and some of the most respectable people I've met, they are very fair in price as well as helping wether you have a good credit score or none, I am definitely going to go through them again and again!

Never would I imagine such a wonderful experience at a used car dealership!Accompanied my friend in her car hunt today and we definitely stumbled upon a gem out here.Derrick was helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I have never encountered someone so willing to be completely sincere during a car purchase.This place deserves your business if you re looking for a used car in the area!Will be making a trip back to them for future car needs for sure.

Wow! Absolutely unbeatable prices compared to the rest of the market! I think the owner still thinks it's 2003 or something.I went down to pick up a truck and ended up buying storage container on the way out because the deal was honestly way too good to pass up.Long story short, I sold my house and I'm currently living in the storage container without power or water, but my truck payment gives me the opportunity to eat at Applebee's every night! It's a win-win!

Beware not all used car dealers are equal...these guys rock. Top notch sales and service. Bought a Subaru from these guys and had a great experience! They made the whole process very easy and I got a safe vehicle for my family!

Please do not waste your time or money getting a car here. Purchased a car 6 months ago and have already had to put almost $2,000 into it. There was a list of things wrong with the car that was not disclosed. He reassured me he did work on the car and did not. Sold it to me with the valet key. When I called to speak with him about selling me a junk car, he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and do not go here.

Derrick is one of the few car dealers I ve worked with who actually shoots you straight and doesn t feed you some bs line just to get you into a car. As far as pricing goes, def most affordable in the area and, with some cash down, the weekly payments came in clutch. Getting to know Derrick outside of doing business with him, he s a family man and a red-blooded American through and through. He s earned my business and my recommendation to any friends or family who are in the market for a car.

Terrific - after having an awful time with another dealership (that I walk out of ) I walked into 74:autos and drove out in a great car at a great price. I had the opportunity to deal with the owner, the mechanic and the woman at the front desk and they were all absolutely wonderful to deal with. It was so easy and painless to buy at 74 auto

Bought an SUV "someone else's repo" out right last year as is as seen. The gentleman who helped me sold it to me for MY PRICE on MY TERMS of course I I can't say that's possible for everyone but they did it for me and it Has had very minimal issues nothing out of the normal wear and tear. I LOVE my vehicle and I'm looking to buy again this year so this will be one of my first stops when looking because of my previous experience.

Bought 2 vehicles from them 1 year ago today October 30, 2018. The $3000 vehicle was sold to me with no ebrake, but it was stickered! In the last 3 months I had to put $400 in new tires,back brake pads and rotors. Shifting mechanism locked, $90 there. $500 to repair the right rear wheel well that had 2 gapping holes. They did fix one side of ebrake after I discovered there wasnt one after the purchase. The other side was on back order, I called and called and was given the run around with the second side, I persisted, the part came in. Was told they would get it over to another shopto finish the repair and never followed through and I called numerous times. I did the repairs needed for a sticker and when my daughter brought it over for a sticker they wouldnt pass it because of the ebrake and took the expired sticker off. Wait what you stickered it with no ebrake the first time and only fixed half of it! A call is in order to the state of Maine!!

Never disclosed to me that the 2006 Chevy Impala was an ex-police cruiser. The car has multiple issues oil lines, exhaust, wiring, and head gasket, and leaking motor. I called many time left messages with secretary and on his answering machine for the owner to call me back, he never did. Nice that you sell lemons, maybe you need to open a lemonade stand instead of a auto dealership.

My experience here was wonderful the receptionist is very pleasant my car is paid off and I still stopped in to say hi she's just a lovely person after year my car still runs great no problems with it thinking about buying another vehicle there

Bought a Cecile with 180 thousand miles it was a lemon and required thousands in parts just to make it safe. They are not a legal inspection station.

Buyer beware got a truck form 74 auto they toll me the truck was ready to go truck had motor and transmission problems motor oil on spark plugs transmission was shifting hard changed transmission fluid than transmission started to slip lost $1700 from this bad deal i returned the truck back to them because it was junk a few days later they had the truck back on the lot if the owner of this dealership would have been honest he would have refunded the money in full to me which he did not which goes to show that these people are not honest and let this be a lesson to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle from 74 auto the state should be involved and shut this place down

Terrible people own this business, I paid off my car in 4 months and handed the almost 2000 dollars and a month later the car died and they wouldebt even help,me out a little

Rip off. Very high down payments and would not negotiate even with 1500 cash...couldnt even drive one of the vans out of the lot it was so messed up.

My son got killed and they tell me I'm all caught up..So i I got little behind on payments cause car can't get inspected and I've been trying to fix it..Now they want to come repo it after it's almost paid..I've sent letters..I'm very upset and unhappy..Inspection on car ran out in September and still cannot get inspected cause so much is wrong.very very unhappy customer
