Easily my favorite VIP location! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and quality work!I ve had some pretty bad experiences with other shops in central Maine and it was always blamed on my vehicle being a VW because they are complicated . I m so happy I found a great shop I can trust to maintain my car properly so I can drive safely!

I initially brought my vehicle in for an oil change and I am so glad I did because during the all point inspection it was noticed that front end assembly plus wheel bearings on my right front wheel needed to be replaced! I didn't even realize it was an issue! I then was able to get rescheduled back in a few days later after my regular place I usually go to couldn't get me in until the middle of January! I've been very pleased so far with the service I have received from VIP and the staff are very friendly, courteous, and helpful!

These guys were so amazing! My husband brought our Honda in for tires and an alignment. They were nice and friendly. They got the car in and out pretty fast too. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

I was really stuck with an alternator that quit on my way to work. The dealer would look at it for 6 weeks. Had it towed to Topsham VIP and they fixed it the same day. It felt like a miracle. I m so happy places like VIP exist. Thank you!

I had a great experience at VIP Tires&Service in Topsham, Maine. I had a slow leak in one of my snow tires and wanted some air put in since they were busy and couldn't patch my tire at that time, but they made time for me and fixed my tire immediately with no appointment. It was my first time dealing with them, and I will definitely return for service again.

I have been going to VIP for a while now and am always impressed with their efficiency. They are honest about what my car needs, and will give me options when they can that will best fit my budget. If they are running behind, they are always on top of it to let me know so we can both adjust accordingly. I see myself staying with VIP Topsham for the future.

I have been using VIP since they saved me a bundle on brakes - contradicting a dealer recommendation some years ago. And VIP was right on at that time.This time I actually did need brakes replaced. VIP Topsham gave me the estimate, scheduled the work guickly and did the job. The people there are friendly and helpful. The man working on my brakes kept me apprised of an issue he found with a part intended for my car. It was resolved quickly and, in the end, the work was still completed within the original time quote. I will returrn:)

I brought my car in for an oil change & the service was impeccable! They inspected my car as I hadn t realized mine had expired. I also asked for new winter wipers. I was emailed a list of other items that may need service. I will definitely recommend VIP to everyone!

Hands down best VIP I've ever been too! My husband and I have been bringing all our vehicles here for years now and we've never had an issue! Ashley at the front desk is great, she is always willing to help. We appreciate you guys always being great with our vehicles :)

I've been using the Topsham VIP for all my oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections for two years now. They always have great customer service. Making appointments is quick and easy, and I appreciate that I don't have to wait a month to get in. The services are done in a timely manner, and the wait is rarely long. The staff are always friendly, and my toddler especially loves to watch them work through the window. Highly recommend.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

What a great place this is Especially Ashley, who probably deals with tons of people and it s so incredibly helpful and gracious I was in Maine from Massachusetts, and leaving a restaurant in Topsham, when my wipers went out at 6 o clock at night with pouring rain Fortunately, I was only one block from VIP And incredibly Are open on Sundays I parked my car and left my keys in the night slot I wasn t going to be able to go back to Massachusetts without my wipers working because the entire weekend was predicted for rain By 2 PM on Sunday, my car was done They fit me in And I was on my way with a reasonably priced repair I can t tell you how gracious they were and how thorough and also great communication I highly recommend VIP and I m sure the other locations are just as great!! I would recommend this Business/auto repair, and tires To anyone This is what customer service should be - they a rare example!!Service: Electrical repair

I would give them 0, they quoted me $150 for a band-aid repair I asked for. Then they told my wife it would be $300 on the day she dropped it off for the appointment (wich they couldn't get to that day) and in the end they told me it was going to be $750 because they couldn't do the job they originally agreed to do and nothing would come apart. Well guess what, I used to be a mechanic and had already taken it apart once, I just didn't have a new gasket when I put it back together.

The manager, Melissa, is very able and courteous. The staff is good at what they do and friendly. VIP had trouble reprogramming the tire pressure sensor they replaced in my Subaru due entirely to the difficulty Subaru seems to love to create in doing straightforward service things. It took two visits to get things sorted, but VIP came thru.Service: Tires

Really appreciate how quick and easy it is to schedule here. Everyone is incredibly friendly and informative, and open to discussing recommended services without being pushy. They are my go to place for service maintenance and prices are very reasonable.

Good place to get a alignment. Free alignment checks and a 90-day alignment warranty. Happy I'm not wearing my tires down anymore. They got me in fast and did the job fast

I was so grateful for Josh at the Topsham store yesterday. He figured out how to turn off my tire pressure alert light after another one of the VIP locations put my snow tires on. I can t stand driving with the tire pressure light on. It makes me a little crazy. I can t ignore it. At first they told me I would have to go to the dealership where I bought my car (Lexus) but I thought that VIP knew how to do this. Thankfully Josh had a Tire Pressure Monitor tool that he used to turn off the light. Thank you Josh! I told him I wanted to give him a hug!

Very helpful and kind people! Had to get a tow and chose to drop off at this location. They had a full schedule but still got me in. Changed all 4 tires, inspection, balancing and were nice even though I don t know much about cars definitely made my day better.

After hearing a grinding sound coming from the front end of our car, the technicians at VIP took it for a test drive and immediately knew it was the wheel bearings. Both were replaced, we had the car aligned and Melissa put in a lot of effort to help us get some coverage from our warranty--with more success than I thought would happen. They are all polite, explain things clearly and are very helpful throughout the process.Service: Wheel alignment

Ashley and the whole crew at the Topsham VIP were wonderful to work with. Thank you for taking care of my mom's Hyundai when it was on it's last leg. The team gave us honest feedback and we didn't feel pressured, due to the large amount of work needed to be done. Our new car is being seen soon for it's inspection at the Topsham location! Thanks again!

I had an emergent tire issue near the close of business. I went to my usual place and they wouldn't fit me in, but directed me to VIP.Every part of my experience was superior. They understood the urgency, and communicated with kindness, professionalism, and empathy. My problem was fixed, and VIP will have my business from here on.Service: Tires

Ashley @ VIP Tires in Topsham was top notch! We just got into town from PA, got a flat, and she was able to get us in immediately. Tire was fixed quickly within 30 minutes with follow up lug nut check few days later. Excellent customer service. Friendly and efficient! Highly recommend this place!

LiersMy wife had a slow leak tire. So she had an appointment with this place. they told her she had to replace both axial ties for balance. This is a total lie as her car was almost brand new. So she ended up up spending $600 + plus for two tires with what was probably a tire patch job. These guys are a sham , stay away from them as thy prey on women. My daughter has also had problems with them.Service: Tires

I came in when I heard some bad grinding sounds and Michael interrupted his lunch and came out to my car, then assured me they would be able to do a repair before too long. He couldn't have been nicer. After I scheduled the appointment, Melissa was super friendly and efficient. I didn't have to wait long for the car to be done despite it having multiple issues. The only issue was that the wifi was knocked out because of a recent big storm.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment

No one else could do an oil change for at least 2 weeks. VIP took me within a week and I hardly waited in the waiting room for the work. Excellent!!

Ashley and crew were able to get my company vehicle nice and up to date w. Services w. No issue. VIP does accept Enterprise fleet maintenance cards which can some time be a real pain to process yet they did it with no issues at all. Our recent oil change was promptly done at our appointment arrival which we appreciated. We really like Ashley (Manager at the front desk) who is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.
