Zeb is always great to deal with!! Myself and several friends have done everything from home entertainment to boat and car stereo with Downeast and couldn t be more pleased. Always a pleasure and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Excellent customer service and great workmanship. We built a new house and used Downeast Audio Vidoe to to install a Samsung Frame TV with a Sonus Arc soundbar above our fireplace. We also had speakers installed on our back porch and kitchen. The speakers are controlled with the Sonus Amp.Zeb was great in his recommendations and the site evaluation. Running the all the wires before sheetrock went off without a hitch. The final installation was problem free and looked great.The costs were inline with a custom AV installation. The Sonus products are great and relatively easy to use. The picture on the Frame TV is great. I wanted a larger TV, but went the the 55" as to not overwhelm the fireplace.

Zeb and crew are the best around. Full service home theater design and install - projector, screen, speakers, Savant automation, theater seating and the list goes on and on. If you're in the market for a home theater, look no further. These are your guys!

Red s Eats has never sounded so good!! We play music throughout the day as well as making many announcements The sound is crisp, clear + amazing. Downeast Audio is a FANTASTIC Company to do Business with. VERY Knowledgeable, VERY Attentive to a Customers desires and Dreams.We had a system that was installed in the early 2000 s, technology had long ago passed it by and there were a lot nuances that were incorporated into our original system that were very unique to only us.I tried Big Box stores for help, and it seemed they either weren t interested or didn t have the knowledge to do what I wanted.I called Downeast Audio and spoke with Zeb Beal (The Owner) for over 1 hour about our system. He assured me he could help . And2 1/2 Years later we have not only Completely revamped our Entertainment/Theatre room, but our outside deck from the house to the lake, and just this year our Fitness Room .Every Project we have given Downeast Audio has turned out VERY WELL, We Couldn t be more Happy ..Why would you trust anyone else besides Downeast Audio with your Entertainment Viewing /Audio needs ???

As someone who works remotely full time, my wife deserved a robust and reliable network inside our house. We had one that we installed ourselves, but it was flaky, and created too much stress.After I got in touch with Zeb at Downeast, I had Shawn and Tanner at my house to install a new network 48 hours later. Shawn and Tanner were professional, informative and efficient. After consulting with me about how I wanted the network to operate and giving me some recommendations, their installation of new equipment (router, switch, two access points, and several wall jacks) was clean and hassle-free, while also leaving me options to expand the network later. Once the new network was up and running Shawn even showed me how to admin the network myself, and how to put in a help desk ticket with Downeast if I ran into trouble.Our internet has been rock solid since, with zero issues. And the peace of mind we have is priceless. 10/10, would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants serious and professional work done.

My experience with Downeast Audio Video was excellent. Zeb, the owner, was responsive, courteous, and professional, and his crew of Shawn and Tanner were there same. All three of them were available for my questions and worked together to effectively problem solve a tough job. l cannot recommend them more highly.

I cannot state enough, how pleased and impressed I am with Downeast Audio Video. I have used them on two separate occasions for both complex and simple installations. Professional and precise, they hardwired my entire house, set up everything I needed in a timely manner and were quick and friendly about the whole procedure. Their work is of the highest quality, neat and precise. They problem solved and showed me options I had not thought of, and the outcome is fantastic! I highly recommend them for all kinds of installations, both complex and small. Their attention to detail is highly focused, which I appreciate. Downeast Audio is an absolutely excellent company and I recommend it without reserve.

Zeb and Down East A/V provided A+ communication and service. He stayed on budget and came up with a creative and sweet up grade for my home theatre system. His crew installed my new 4K digital projector , screen and new sound system in a quick and clean few hours. if you are in the mid coast area and looking at upgrading or having your first home theatre set up i cant recommend or say enough good things about Zeb & his crew.

Zeb and his team were wonderful to work with. I needed a sound system installed in a newly renovated restaurant. He met me on the job site the day that I called to inquire about a quote. The system looks great and sounds even better. Tanner and Shawn were the individuals who installed the sound system. I can t recommend them enough!

Zeb and team are a true class act. They provided exceptional advice on the appropriate technology and layout and the installation team is world class. Even when Zeb recommended a larger TV and i said, "nah, the smaller one is ok", he still came back to install the larger one when i was wrong. Absolutely stellar company to work with, they know what they are doing.

If you no longer want your TV room to look like the one your parents had, call Zeb. He turned my living room from an electrician's nightmare into a cleanly designed, wall-mounted entertainment area. His service was top notch, he came in under budget, and is a very nice guy!

From the planning, ordering, installing and servicing, Downeast Audio Video has been a great company to work with. They were super helpful when we were planning what we wanted for a home theatre system as Zeb is super knowledgable on all the up to date technology. Ordering with them was easy and installation was done in a timely manner. We like them so much, we are having them back in the Spring to add an outdoor sound system. I can't say enough good things about Zeb and Tanner at Downeast Audio Video.

Zeb and his team did an amazing job at setting up a home internet, audio and video environment. Zeb helped us choose the most appropriate equipment for our home (not necessarily the most expensive, which we appreciated) and installed it in a highly professional manner. When the inevitable bugs popped up early on, he worked to fix them quickly and effectively. We'll be using him and his people again for other audio, visual and internet jobs in our home!Highly recommended!

We had Zeb at Downeast design and install a home theater in our finished basement as well as hang two more large screen TVs in living room and bedroom. We couldn t be happier, the room(s) look incredible, all wires hidden, all components bundled and cleaned up. We literally have the nicest entertainment setups in our neighborhood. We also bought all of product from Zeb (TVs, mounts, wires, receivers, speakers) as he had the best quality product for the best price. We highly highly recommend Downeast Audio..you will not be disappointed.Thank you Downeast.

Zeb and his company are top rate. Had him install a speaker system for an outdoor ceremony wedding setting and he installed a top rate system and actually saved me some money on extra products we thought we needed but didn't. Can't recommend him enough and will be calling them for future audio needs.

Zeb is the consummate audiophile guy. His work is top notch and goes above and beyond the norm. He set s a high bar for his client s satisfaction and goes way above your expectations. Tanner, who works along side him is very personable. Zeb will always answer your questions regarding your audio/visual needs.I must say I was totally blown away when everything finally came together with my new 4K home theatre. It is the best. When that 7.1 sound hits your ears in combo with visuals it is nothing short of amazing.I will rehire his services as needed without hesitation.

Zeb and Tanner spent the day at my home, so by the end of the day ... they were like family. They helped sort out what old equipment I could use, and what needed to be updated. They installed 3 TVs, 3 new Apple TV s , Sonos sound bar, surge protectors, new universal remotes for all the systems. They were thorough, efficient and precise. They even helped me set up the printer for my computer. Their pricing was very fair. I even got a call the next day telling me they mistakenly overcharged me $100 for one of the remotes. Talk about honesty and integrity...Downeast Audio Video gets my highest A+ recommendation!

Zeb and Tanner installed Cat-6 Ethernet cable from my router to my LG Smart TV. They were creative (in routing the Cat-6 cable), meticulous, careful and professional. They were able to lay cable where both an electrician and the Best Buy Geek Squad said it was not possible. I am very happy with their work.

Zeb installed total house TV, Music, Camera system a few years ago and was totally satisfied. Called with a malfunction yesterday and he called back the same day and walked me through solution over the phone. That is great follow up service for a system installed at least two years ago.
