I went here for years, but I honestly wouldn't recommend it now. The waiting area is dirty, and Mark himself spent 4 hours changing 4 rotors and brake pads. Nothing was seized, so it should not have taken that long. When I asked a woman if it should be taking so long, I was told "she would check into the progress" and then avoided me for the next hour.My catalytic issue kept being brushed off as a bad air filter for months.Mark is not very Gender friendly (called me an "it" because he called me a woman (I am a man) and I corrected him.The only staff there I like is Justin. He's friendly and helpful.

Always have a good experience here, often get treated better than family. This particular visit I blew out a tire on a road trip. On my way through town heading back to work I dropped the wheel off. It was beyond repair and they were able to have a comparable used tire mounted for my AWD Volvo before the end of the day. Thanks for the great service!!

Very respectful and great knowledge. Stopped in with my girlfriend and her chevy equinox because I do not have a garage right now. They checked it over and found nothing wrong but gave solid advice on things it might need in the future. All of which i fully agreed with. Having worked on all my own cars and trucks for over 20 years. It is great to find an honest garage to trust in the future.

I stopped in to get car inspected, got me in right away. Did a great job checking it all over. They do lots of work on cars here as well. Also if your looking to buy a used car seen some good looking vehicles for sale as well. They treated me very good thank you.

Had a brake line blown out on me as I was driving down RT 1. Pulled into Mark's and they treated me like a was a long time customer. Got the parts and had me on my way. And the rates were very reasonable. Would highly recommend.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I went to Mark's garage in February 2017 because I did not have the credit to buy a car elsewhere without a co-signer. This was my very first car so I brought my mom with me to look at a car that a man named Dave was trying to sell me. I noticed water in the trunk. Which could mean electrical problems. When I told them I wanted something different, Dave acted offended, as if I was now an inconvenience. After 20 minutes of "searching his lot" of maybe 20 cars he says he has a 2007 Dodge Caliber that just came in. He said everything is like new, it's good condition and low miles. After taking it for a test drive I mentioned that it was making a few noises He had one of the mechanics look at it and they said it had a bad wheel bearing. He replaced it and said that everything would be all set. I then signed the paperwork and drove the car an hour back home. After about a week the car was making weird noises again. I mentioned to my mom about the noises on my lunch break at work. She called up Mark's Garage and told them they needed to fix it. They were not very cooperative which led my mother to get upset. She had told me that they said that if I don't like my car they will rip up the paperwork and come tow it away for me. They also told her she was never allowed back on the property. When I found this out I called up and told them that I would be down the next day and they will be looking at my car because they told me the car was like new, and lied to me. When I arrived Dave told me that Mark was not happy and had some words for me when he got to the office. I told him I didn't care what he had to say, my car is here and someone is going to fix it. Mark came in and told me that my mom was not allowed back on the property because he's not going to argue with anyone on the phone and if I didn't like the car he d tow it away anytime. He told me that the loan company would be calling me within the next couple of days to ask how I like my car. He told me that I need to tell them that I like it or else the loan company will tow my car away. I told him I'm not going to discuss this with him, I want the car fixed to where it's safe to drive. He ignored me and walked out back. Eventually a mechanic came out and told me that 3 out of 4 tires were going bad and may be the noises I was hearing. (I know nothing about cars, so I believed him.) He told me I'd have to come back in a week because the tires he had were not in the building and he had to get them brought in. He said they are not brand new but they are nearly new and he would put them on for free. This made me happier. I thanked him and came back the next week for him to put the new tires on. The noises still continued. I was nervous to say anything to them because I thought they really would tow my car away and I needed the car for work. I let it go for awhile thinking that maybe it was because 3 out of 4 tires were newer than the other and would eventually be ok. This didn't happen. I took it to another garage to see what needed to be fixed. I was told there were 2 loose tie rods, both rear struts were destroyed, the front drivers side tire which wasn't changed, was 16 years old, according to some numbers on the tire. He showed me holes rusted out underneath the car that needed to be patched and the entire underside had to be coated. The total I got was about 1300 dollars. This was the work that had to be done to pass inspection. At that point I knew that Mark's garage had illegally passed this inspection themselves in order to get it off the lot. And that I had been scammed. I called the loan company and spoke to Michael and told him what had happened. At that point I didn't care if my car was towed. I told them what Mark and Dave said. He told me that is illegal and that Mark cannot tow my car away ever. And the only time the loan company would tow a car would be in a repossession. Be very careful of them because they are unstable and will lie to anyone in order to make a sale! Dave even gave a 5 star review on this to try to boost ratings. That has been reported to Google

In December myself, my two boys and a friend bought a car from Mark's Garage. My one son had nothing but problems with his oil leaking since he got it and took it back 3 times to get fixed and its still not fixed but charged him over priced when it should of been free and I will say it again it's still not fixed. My other son is having problems with his transmission and it's only gonna be 4 months if owning it. Now onto my car, went to a mechanic here in town well known for knowing what they are doing said this car should not of been sold in this condition. My whole exhaust is rotted and no they said it would not do that in 4 months and my transmission is starting to go also all around my car is rusted out they covered it with plastic rubber panels to make it look sporty . All I have to say is do not buy a car from these people. They are nice to your face but they are snakes. Just looking to make a buck and not worrying about safety or anything else on your behalf. I recommend this place to a lot of people but now I'm telling everyone I can to stay away they will screw you

Honestly... We got a vehicle and the tire ended up coming off not too many days of having it. So many issues made it not even worth it. Keep an eye out if you go there, not the most honest people..

Very personal and concerned about the well being of every patron utilizing their shop...took a longer time for an inspection than I'm use to, but I know I'm safe in my vehicle.... thumbs up!!! I'll be using Marks Garage from now on.

They are very professional and are willing to work with you on any problems that your vehicle may have. They fixed my care after hitting a deer in a very timely fashion I would recommend them to everyone.

Very unprofessional and rude staff, take your money elsewhere. This business is not worth the headache or the cost. Invest in a matchbox car, it'll get you further than their junk.

Mark and justin and of course Frenchie are very nice folks they are definitely good at what they do and very honest folks they worked on my truck even went above and beyond to stay open late just so I had my work truck back on the road for business, we are very grateful we highly recommend this garage if you are looking for honest hard working folks with outstanding customer service we are just amazing they are definitely family in our eyes.

I've had pretty good luck with them as far as doing repairs all seem to be friendly and helpful but my daughter bought a jeep from them and has had a lot of problems with it as a matter of fact it has been broken down and unusable since Las fall I don't think I would buy a used car from them they seem to have a problem with selling used vehicles but I have no problem taking my vehicles to be repaired here

They sell junk cars and threaten you when you confront them about it and ask them to fix the problems. I had an extremely unprofessional experience with them as did many others, I don t know how they re still in business.
