Had breaks fixed here and they repaired the calipers without calling to let me know or ask first or at least give a different $.

I called and set up a job to have my tie rod ends changed, inner and outer, Peter Kelly the mechanic/owner being in business 35+ years, changed them and I have had MULTIPLE ISSUES since, my starter/alternator both have issues now along with my battery, won t start, will sometimes so bad starter/flywheel now, when I had 0 issues before going to this shop to get just my tie rod ends changed. Went there a week ago, I m now over 1K pushing 2K from diagnosing/repairing/labor/parts/time all for someone to have to go back to get more work done to make more money? I think If I WAS ANYBODY, I would not go to this shop. After asking about the job he did on my tie rod ends, wheels sticking out and couldn t even drive 5 mph, the mechanic didn t even try to help me figure out why it was so bad and sent me away on a tow truck he paid for, which I thanked him for that, and again I have had multiple issues since I went to Two Trails a week ago.

I have been taking my Jeep to two trails garage for 6 years now. I refuse to take it anywhere else! Neil is such a great personality and gives you the breakdown of what's got to be done and what can wait. He gives in my own opinion a better price then 99% of the automotive shops in the area. On top of the great prices on work they also do amazing work. Started taking my husbands truck there and they have given me more information on it than either of us knew.

Dropped my car off to have a squeaking belt fixed. Went to pick the car up, the windshield is cracked and the belt is squeaking worse than before. Two Trails says there is nothing they will do to rectify the damage. The windshield was not cracked when we dropped it off. Your explanation for the belt squeaking even worse than before is because the battery is low. I'm disappointed my car is in worse condition than when I dropped it off. But there is nothing I can do, except to pay you and take my damaged car back. It's very frustrating.

Friendly and they treated me fairly. I should also mention they were able to squeeze me in on short notice
