Did the work correctly and on the day agreed. However, I was charged $75 for $8 worth of brake line. This is why we can t trust mechanics. If they re not doubling the price of parts they re soaking you on shop supplies. $75 per hour labor sounds competitive until you realize they re making it up somewhere else.

I wanted to love this place. They were highly recommended to me.Failed me for an inspection. Told me I needed tires. Charged me $19 for a failed inspection. I then agreed to buy tires and setup an appointment to put them on. I dropped my vehicle off the night before the appointment. Got a call at the end of the day asking why my car was there and was then informed they never ordered the tires.Took my car home and got an inspection sticker elsewhere without a hassle.

Great service. Friendly staff. If you need an inspection sticker, go see them. Or if you need automotive work done, i'm sure they would provide honest and speedy services.

My family always brings our vehicles to this shop first. They are knowledgeable and communicate well. I wouldn t say they are particularly fast but do you really want that out of a mechanic? Any issues we ve had with certain charges have been promptly resolved and I will continue to use this shop as long as I m in the area.

I was recently stranded on the side of the road with 2 tires I thought had blew but happened to be 2 bent rims . The AAA driver came within a few minutes and happened to work for the only shop in the area that could help me the same day . They ordered the tires before I even got there to have them ready since I was on my way out of town and am not from the area . They saw it was actually the rims that were severely bent when we got there & Cliff called around and found 2 of the same kind of rims I needed and sent somebody to pick them up for me with the quickness . They literally were as fast as possible with helping me get to my destination before the snow came . I called all of the auto shops nearest to me before I found them and literally none of them would have been able to assist me until the next day . All of the staff was super friendly & helpful . They saved me a lotttt of money and time . I can t thank them enough If your in the area i highly recommend them!

Came in with a car that struggled to start. Asked them to please call me before performing work, but instead got a call informing me of the price and the problem. The car would then start..... for three months. Then the problem started up again.Turned out, it was a totally different problem than what they fixed, their fix only stuck a band aid on it. After finding out the actual problem, I knew my car wasn t worth fixing. They clearly just wanted to get paid.My roommates used to always take their car here also, and their car barely functioned, until they swapped providers. DO NOT BOTHER. You d be better off guessing based on google searches and trying to fix it yourself.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I didn't go to their place personally but my daughter n i had a flat tire at dd's in standish no spare n the gentleman who owned the place asked if we needed help. We said yes. We no money to give them. They were a God sent cuz they took the tires n changed the good tire i had in back over n balanced it to n kept the bad one n brought it back n put the good tire back on. Just for their goodness n kindness i would send anyone i knows to their place. They took very good care of me n my daughter. Thank you again to those 2 gentlemen. God bless

Friendly, quick, HONEST service. The owners grandson showed up while I was waiting I love that it's a family business. The waiting room however needs more seating, maybe get rid of the dusty pool table, but overall I reccomend it to anyone!

Replaced rear brakes - Fast, friendly, and reasonable. Thanks! Will be back.update:So after having rear brakes (and rotors) replaced ($300) less than 2 months ago, they are grinding when I apply brakes. Will update resolution when I take it back in this week....Ok, So I took it in and they said calipers had stuck sometime after the repair and I need another set of rear brakes and rotors, and also rear calipers. They said you could never tell when something like that would happen and I was unlucky that it happened right after having my brakes done. They did the repair and gave me about 15% discount - still cost $480......

This company towed our vehicle for aaa then refused to release it after aaa had already paid for the tow. They wanted to charge us hundreds in extra fees! Oh and they ll only accept cash for the fees.... SCAM!

Called for a quote on tires, the guy on the phone wouldn t give me any information and told me he would call me back in 20min. I never got a call back so I went elsewhere and am glad I did.

I have had brakes put on my Nissan and a cold air intake done on my Ram. These guys do quality work at a fair price.

Brought my brand new 2020 WRX to have the winter tires put on it and they put gouges all over the black rims, The next day when I noticed them I called to tell them and asked if they could have them fixed, they sounded like they were going to help but after calling 4 times and hearing the runaround I realized they didn't really care so don't bother!

Went in for tire changeover to snows. Bad balance. Now I need to have all 4 spin balanced elsewhere for $40. Would not recommend.
