We needed a glass table top made for a new farm table we had purchased. We brought the dimensions in to the store and spoke with the staff there who were very helpful in discussing the thickness and the need for beveled edges.We paid for half and received a call a couple of weeks later that it was ready for pick up.I borrowed a friends pickup with the hopes of bringing it home. I brought plenty of padding but the glass top was too long. My trip home was over many bumpy roads and I was afraid that it would crack.When I got home we called and asked if they could deliver it that day. They said they could send someone out that day.It was delivered in one piece which made our day. We would definitely recommend Portland Glass for all of our glass needs!!

I got there early in the morning and come to find out, my insurance ordered a new windshield for my wife s car instead of mine. I was told they would get it done first thing the next morning. I got a call later in the afternoon the same day I first went in and was told they got it done. Great work. The people were nice and easy to work with. I would gladly come back if needed.

Everyone from beginning to end was polite, responsible, and committed to providing timely service with an excellent product. Our six new windows were installed expertly at the time they promised that they would be ready for installation.

Got a chip on my windshield. Called Portland glass they got me in pretty fast and helped me get the chip repair filed with insurance and then did the repair in no time at all...so far so good. Think I will use them for more glass repair projects

Excellent customer service! They sent someone to my home for measurements and he arrived early and was very kind and helpful. The glass piece we needed came in earlier than expected, dripped it off and was done in a few hours! Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend.

Very happy with Portland glass. They replaced the Insulated double pane glass into windows, saving us from having to replace each entire window. Also fixed a few screens while they were there. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend!

Most deliveries are behind at our current times, but Portland Glass kept in contact with me to give me updates as we were waiting for the windshield for my Jeep to come in. I greatly appreciated the updates, kindness, and knowledge given at each turn. The windshield was put in without any delays on the part of Portland Glass. We had a major rain storm within the first week and didn't have any issues at all with leaking, fogging, or the like. Super satisfied with the process from start to finish.

Portland Glass is a great company. They totally made sure we were happy with the final product and went above and beyond to assure they had happy customers. I would highly recommend them for replacement windows and installation.

They were nice, and actual job on my car was very well done, however, I did not like having to wait 90 minutes, sitting outside in the hot sun, when they told me it would take 45 minutes.

Paul and Edna were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs for a new shower glass door. Paul arrived and worked quickly and was easy to work with. Our new shower door and wall looks and works amazing!

Very pleasant to work with, and the service is outstanding. I tried the competition first, and that was a terrible experience, so I will say I will be calling upon Portland Glass for all of my glass needs in the future.
