Awesome service today with John.Went in to get a headlight bulb and asked if he could help me install it. He went online and googled my make and model to find out how to do it correctly .He figured it out for me and installed the bulb .I can t say enough good things about the service I received today .You folks have a great asset with John.ThanksHerb

Unorganized and not a very clean store. Always out of stock on items, and the staff doesn t seem to care much about you let alone their job. Not very helpful auto store.

Neither of the guys in the store acknowledged us, not the first time this as happened as we work right down the road. One guy was on a personal phone call and wouldn't even look at us when we said good morning and excuse me after waiting for a minute. Had to literally go behind the counter and and ask the guys 3 times to help us when we were just picking up a part. Every time I go in the store the employees are rude or just straight up ignore me.

Great service! Needed a battery, they had what I needed and allowed me to swap it in the lot so I could bring the old NAPA and see if it was available to get a partial refund and it was. Even loaned me a wrench to do it. Friendly service, too. Very few places on the island to get parts, nice to know there is a good one. Thanks!

While on vacation our car battery went bad. We called this store and they had the battery we needed. Also let us borrow some tools to change it. Great service.

Napa southwest has a great staff and the manager is very knowledgeable! Great place to get parts for a vehicle of any sort!

Curbside delivery of online order, but no one in store or on staff was wearing a mask (including the employee who handed me my order).

I had trouble finding the correct fuse that was blown and the gentleman there went out of his way to look online for the correct location.
