Randy's got me in when I had an exhaust problem within 2 days. Quality work for a decent price. Will go back after trying to find a good garage to work on my vehicles.

I have used Randy s Auto for a few years now and am extremely impressed with their response as well as their expertise is troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair. I was broke down and they literally had a wrecker within the hour to bring my truck in! Had it diagnosed within the next hour, parts on the way and had me going within a very reasonable time frame!And many other repairs they ve gone over the top with.If you need ANYTHING done to your vehicle, look no further than Randy s Full Service Auto.

Excellent service and very reasonable rates. I will definitely use Randy's again. I had my car towed down for a 1pm appointment, the estimate was done and repairs made by 4:30 same day.

My husbands Honda stalled and wouldn t drive and we were stuck on the side of the road. We just moved here so we called a few places around here, everyone was booked up until November. Randy s was the only mechanic in Skowhegan who could take us that day. He knew what was wrong with it just from my explanation on the phone, his tow truck came within 15 minutes and they had it back to me early this morning. Price was reasonable and they were honest, quick and we left with our car in great condition. I could not recommend them more!!! Thank you guys for great service.

DON'T DO IT!!! Not sure what happened to this place, they were dependable 5 years ago, but not any more. It's gotten worse and worse over the past few years and we won't be back. Great place to go if you want someone who doesn't value your time and is terrible at communicating.

My kids and I were 3 hours from home for a whitewater rafting trip when I got into an accident. Steve from Randys Auto gave my car a tow and understood I was in a difficult situation. They towed and repaired my car so that it was safe to drive home within one day. I was prepared to rent a car to get home but they offered to prioritize the repair so I wouldn t have to drive back later in the week. I know this meant moving some other repars and I am truly grateful. These folks are the real deal!

Get all my bodywork done at the body shop here. Very fairly priced and great staff. Great work too! The mechanic shop does great work as well and always willing to take in various types of jobs. Was able to drop off my turbocharger for a cartridge replacement and wheel upgrade and got it done at a good price and next day. The shop dog that walks around is cute and friendly! Highly recommend Randy's auto

Mike was awesome!! Did a great job on the alignment on my 78 trans am. He noticed it had a rough idle and slight hesitation. He said he couldn't let it leave his shop like that so he did a quick adjustment and it runs awesome.Thanks Mike. I appreciate the excellent care and service you gave my car. I do a lot of my own work but I will definitely be back if there is something I can't do or have trouble with!

Had work done on my car, Excellent customer service!! We have all ways trusted Randy's with our cars. This is the first time we have had body work done, and they did a great job. The car looks really good. Nice garage, would recommend them for all car issues!!

I used Randy s Auto years ago and was very satisfied. I moved and recently returned to Norridgewock, Maine and was in need of auto repair for my truck two times so I called Randys auto again and spoke with Randy s son Mike who now runs the business. I was alittle nervous as I didn t know Mike but his dad taught him well as their customer service is top notch, they explained everything before and after service, their prices are extremely fair and they NEVER take advantage of there customers. I can t say enough about a family run business run the way all businesses should be run...with the customer in mind.I will worn you if you need work done call right away as they are so busy as they are the go to for residents of the area and beyond.Ty Mike and the staff at Randy s Auto for another positive experience!!!!

For a place that has 4.5 stars I would think that this place would have high quality customer service, but I did not have this experience. When Randy had a check to get my car fixed for over a week and didn't have the courtesy to call me to at least make an appointment. I had called him and he told me he couldn't get me in for a while with already waiting 3 weeks I have to take time off of work because my car isn't able to drive 600+ miles a week. Not very impressed now I'm out that money with him not returning it and without a car to support my family.

Randy s auto is the most fair and honest shop to bring your vehicle. They ll take good care of your car or truck without ripping you off. There s no need to go anywhere else to get anything done to your vehicle. Glad to have a good honest auto shop in Skowhegan.

IGNORE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS WRITTEN BY FRIENDS Worst customer service, ever.I had an appointment for simply oil change and alignment. Everyone in the garage was hanging out at the desk, eating and telling crude jokes and ignoring customers. It took FORTY MINUTES for them to bring my car in, then another hour for them to do terrible work on my car. The desk people are nasty, unprofessional, and shouldn t have the job if they hate people so much.Also, their dog was jumping all over me during my wait. I am allergic to dogs.I can see I m not the only one experiencing this. If you are like me, and have to drive almost an hour to get to town, making these appointments means it is very important to have the work done on time.Rude, dishonest, and bad mechanics.Update: alignment was not actually done. Less then a month later, I took the car to another place and found that no work had been done, and the alignment was completely off, ruining my tires.

While driving back from a canoe trip, my friend's car died. Fortunately, we happened to be right next to Randy's when it happened. It was quickly diagnosed as an alternator problem and a replacement was obtained and installed for a very fair price. Amazingly, this all took place in less time than it takes to get dinner at a nice restaurant. If I lived closer, I'd take my car there regularly!

Been using them for years for my personal and work vehicles for all out of warrantee repairs. Generally quick turnaround, and they understand and respect that my work vehicles are my livelihood. Used other shops (many years ago) that would tie up my vehicles for days. Never had a situation where I thought I had been treated unfairly with the bill either.

My husband and I brought our truck in with an emergency brake problem and they took care of our truck within a few hours and for a decent price. Everyone there was super professional and easy to talk to. This is now the only place in skowhegan we'll bring our vehicles.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They are fantastic! My family was on vacation and had a problem with the breaks on our truck. We needed to get it fixed to drive home. After calling 8+ garages in the area we finally called Randy's!Not only could they get us in asap, but they did an amazing job for a great price! They were courtious, quick, reliable, and efficient. Thank you again, we wish you were closer to Scarborough, we'd use you all the time!

Not the first time and wont be the last time. Very straight forward and to the point. Simple fast transactions. If your car will be there for a short enough time that you dont want to have someone pick you up, they have a nice comfy couch and chairs with a tv to watch. Never had a problem here.

My car just died yesterday while I was in Skowhegan. It was snowing like crazy and I live an hour away. These people towed me to the garage, got me right in and back on the road. They were friendly, prompt and very reasonably priced. I was a first time customer and I will return as I feel confident leaving my vehicle in their capable hands. Thank you so much! .
