I absolutely love Cold Brook. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with this company. I don't think I will ever go anywhere but Cold Brook to purchase a car and my vehicle service needs.

From what I experienced, I would have to say to keep up the great work. It was very welcoming and when I was greeted it was like they knew me already and I felt comfortable with them. I really enjoyed my time with Cold Brook. I have already told people to come down to check out vehicles. Thank you guys and girls for everything. I hope your day goes well and thank you again so much. I am so excited about my new car.

Cold Brook delivered my car to help with my busy week! Which they normally do anyways BUT I m so far away and they STILL worked with me so I didn t have to disrupt my work schedule. That helped me so much! They were so patient with me when I wasn t 100% sure with the financial part. Amazing people/business! They absolutely go above and beyond for their customers!

I bought a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SE in Diamond Red. I love all the features and I am so happy to have a vehicle that is safe for driving to work every day. I now don't have to worry about traveling. David Blodgett was awesome he helped me get a great deal so I could afford to get my very first brand new vehicle!

Bought a used Jeep I saw on the website. Couldn t take it right away cause they were getting some parts cause it hadn t been to the garage yet. 2 weeks later I got the Jeep but it still need a part. Got it home to find a loose piece. Called said they d fix it. Battery on remote died so went to use spare and the keys done work at all. 1 st drive in the snow I nearly ended in a ditch because the all weather tires they said were on it were summer tires. Show up fir service and told them about tires only to be told they d get me a price to get tires put on it. I ve been patient right up til the snow storm near accident.

I went here in search of a new vehicle for myself, the staff here is beyond amazing & accommodating! thanks to everyone's eagerness to help I was able to drive off in a brand new car! Have not at this point had to have any service done. So, the only thing I can comment on is the sales part. I hope that the service area of this dealership is as good as their sales department.

Very polite and they don't pressure you to buy a vehicle,like a lot of the other dealers around. Sale person ask what we were looking for in a vehicle and he found what we were looking for.

David and Dan was so helpful and went out of there way to help me get into a vehicle was happy to take my phone calls and answer all my questions. If you need a car go see them at cold brook sometimes it may take couple days but they will work till they get you answers.

Purchased a truck here , such a smooth trade in . I told missy just what I was looking for and she had it on the lot within two days . She was even the best and delivered it to me at work after being detailed. Dan the finance guy is super friendly and easy to work with as well . Love my new ride .

Sold a family member a lemon. She has had the car less than six months and already needed transmission work. They will promise you the moon, but after the sale customer service is a joke. You play phone tag, and argue semantics with all their employees, accomplishing nothing. She paid 2000.00 for the repairs that warranty should have covered, and the car is still not right. Now, she's out a car(her first new car), and she has to deal with the states attorney Generals office for the lemon law stuff. Avoid them, and save yourself the aggravation.

Best service and experience I've ever had with my purchase and service. The warranty is excellent and includes Roadside and Rental. It wa, by far, the best experience I've had with purchase and honoring the warranty. There was no pushy salesman when I purchased. I explained my budget, what I wanted and within a couple hours I left with the car I wanted and the payments I wanted Service is top notch. I'll buy at no other dealership in the future.

Very dissatisfied. Bought a 49,000 truck in April of 2023 was given one fob. At the time of sale i asked salesman for second fob and after checking with owner fob was supposedly ordered. After a month I called and it wasnt in yet. Called again still not in. Went in today ,4 months no fob. Salesman came up to me ,asked for fob, talked to owner.. . Owner came out, said we only got one fob. I said not my problem and he said we could split the cost.i said no talk about splitting cost. ,i was promised second fob. He went back to his office very aggitated and said i am the owner and we were not going to get fob. I said fine if thats the way you want to handle it ill just give you a bad review. I left, owner called on my way home and said if i apologize for threatning him with a bad review he would get my fob.Not likely, have a nice day and i hung up. I will not reccomend to anyone!!!!
