I trust my car with them. And I trust their personal reports to me re: the condition of my car. I've had them take care of jobs from getting all new tires and repairing all my automatic windows as well as routine oil changes and state inspection. When my battery died while I was driving they were the first ones I called to get a recommendation for a tow. I've even steered my daughter and her husband their way. Always friendly and professional, low key and considerate. Since I'm from the "old school", I would validate that I felt like I was getting "old school" competence and sensible advice. They even have a genuine "Full Service" gas pump island!

If you are looking for a place to have work done to your vehicle, this is the place to go! Very easy to make an appointment, extremely welcoming/courteous staff and top notch work. The costs/estimates to have work done are very reasonable, NO price gauging here!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

I trust this garage entirely. This garage was recommended to me by someone I trust who is a car person.Jeremy at Village Care Auto Center made a point to look at my car with me when I dropped it off and called and updated me as he worked and got parts in. One huge apprehension for me with garages in general is I don't know a lot about cars and I look like I don't, so lots of places in the past have taken advantage of that and sold me things I don't need. Jeremy has never once given me that kind of treatment and in fact will go out of his way to make sure I understand everything and will try to keep costs as low as possible. This garage makes me feel safe as a customer. That kind of peace of mind is priceless.This is the only garage I will ever go to again unless Jeremy goes somewhere else. Thank you!

Sunoco has highest octane gas in the area I believe (93) They keep the inside of this old-school establishment very clean & inviting. The staff is very friendly and the garage that does service in the back is outstanding!!! Free Air; just ask for the hose, they let you borrow it from inside! Highly recommended business, however, I wish they were open later or could at least keep the pumps on at night (like they do in Portland) must be a Scarborough thing

I was very pleased with my first experience at Village Center Auto Care. My car was attended to promptly, the issue was resolved, and Jeremy made a point of explaining and showing me what the issue was so I better understood what I was dealing with. I ll definitely be back for future visits!

Needed to have fender flares installed on our truck, parts were ordered and received into the shop within a week (not sure it even took that long! Super fast!) Scheduled a date for them to be installed and now the truck looks great! Very impressed with the ease of working with the Village Center Auto Care Shop employees, everyone is super helpful and just great to work with. Felt well informed and taken care of during the whole process. Highly recommend them! They did great quality work on our vehicle. Village Center Auto Care is an absolute gem! This family-owned and operated gas station and auto care center exceeded all my expectations. The gas they offer is of exceptional quality, and the prices are more than fair. What truly sets them apart, though, is their remarkable hospitality. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and honest. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued. With their fast turnaround time, you'll be in and out in no time. I can't recommend Village Center Auto Care enough they are simply outstanding!

I used to have my vehicles serviced by a friend from HS because I trusted him, and his group did good work. After my friend closed his business a few years ago, I took my vehicle to Village Center Auto Care. The folks I have dealt with are all great, and they have earned my trust because they are consistently courteous, helpful and professional. Village Center Auto Care is always incredibly customer focused. They ve squeezed our repairs into already jam packed schedules on many occasions. They are skilled at what they do and honest and fair with their pricing. They also have the cleanest bathrooms you ve ever seen at a gas/service station . I gave Village Center Auto Care a call last week (8.9.23) after my engine was running hotter than usual on the way to ME from NJ. I had called many other shops, who were all booked...but Pam took sympathy on me and said to come by, as Jeremy was willing to give my car a look so we could get back home safe. In just a few minutes, Jeremy cleared up what was thankfully a minor problem AT NO CHARGE. These people are friendly and honest, I would bring my car there for all services if I lived nearby! Coming here was a breathe of relief. I had issues with my headlights and they were able to troubleshoot the issue, fix it, and squeeze in time for a car inspection. They discover my breaks needed to be replaced and fixed that you great time. Great price and great quality work. Thank you for the help and giving honest and transparent services and pricing. Jeremy and his staff have excellent mechanic skills and have provided great work every time I've needed them, no matter how big the problem! My prior long-time mechanic retired and recommended I go here. I'm so glad he did! I trust them and know they are looking out for me and my car. I've been coming here for a couple years now. The staff is great, there isn't an excessively long waitlist and the service is quick and efficient.Afterwards, if there are any issues, they are explained to me how it happens and quoted for what parts I need. If it's a service they don't provide I'm pointed in the right direction on where to go.Whenever I get anything fixed I always receive a text the next week making sure I feel good about the work done on my car. I also get reminders for when it's time for an oil change (something I always flake on)and schedule my inspection.I highly suggest Village Center Auto Care

My family has exclusively used Village Auto for our vehicle repairs and maintenance for a few years. (Ever since we were quoted nearly twice the amount for repairs with our dealership) We are beyond pleased and grateful for all they do to get us in the shop in a timely manner, provide above and beyond customer service, and charge a fair price. This is a local, family-owned establishment that is a staple to our community. I appreciate their work ethic and will continue to support this business with my patronage. I've never known about cars. I'm a woman in her late 20's who has had several cars and had a few accidents throughout the years. I've been using Village Center Auto Care for the entirety of time I've had my license. They're always very respectful, kind and willing to explain "the basics" to me. Sometimes over and over again, LOL. I would 10/10 recommend The Jeremy's and his team over there! I've never had a problem and they'll continue to get my business as long as I have a license. They were exceptional in all aspects. The quality and expertise of their work is of the highest standard. Just outstanding, they completely corrected my alignment and brakes - good as new!
